Totally awesome. We have moved many times in our 37 years of marriage and have owned huge pieces of antique furniture. In all these moves, we have had, maybe 3 outstanding movers and this move was one of the BEST! No difficulties from start to finish. Owner kept us informed and responded to each inquiry. The men were polite, respectful and careful, knew the art of angling and maneuvering each piece, how to best pack the truck... it was a long tough day and they remained up beat and cheerful throughout. 5 Star Three Thumbs Up No holds barred referral. This review is long overdue but needed as I would warn people to look elsewhere for a reputable moving company. We have moved cross country multiple times for work opportunities and this by far is the worst company we have used. The wife & husband duo is great at the beginning but after the consultation you never hear/see the wife again & the husband is highly disorganized. They do a great job selling, but it goes downhill fast. Our pick up and pack ran well over time scheduled, they did not check the home before completion, forgot to pack the garage and did not wrap key pieces on furniture. On arrival at destination, one of their movers fell badly and sprained his knee, we watched this happen. He needed to see a doctor but was told to keep working. His knee swelled up and he was literally crying during the move. There was no organization to this move and we quickly noticed how much damage had been done to our furniture. Scratched furniture, smashed flat screen TV, and broken appliances. It gets worse, by noon time we realized they were not going to complete the move by days end to catch their flight home. In order to finish the move at out own costs we had to get another set of movers to get us situated and moved into storage. The very worse part of this issue was the owners shocking, aloof and constant rude responses for owning anything. EXCUSES and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. Support local businesses but not this one. This was by far the worst moving company I have ever worked with. We had a complicated multi-stop move and I specifically chose this company as they seemed responsive and familiar with the Tampa Bay Area. The owner was great over the phone during the sales process but proved to be disorganized and careless when it came to actual logistics in the days prior and day of the move. The three workers were friendly to chat with but proved very slow especially for a three person crew. Additionally, they were careless and unprofessional with our things. Only one member of the three person took any initiative to understand our boxes and properly strategize how to beat pack. Unfortunately he was a junior member of the team and it was clear the lead did not want to acknowledge him. They broke multiple pieces in front of us without any regard and carelessly tossed boxes (even those labeled as fragile). At one point the lead, wearing flip flops instead of proper shoes, tripped over his own feet and landed on two of our boxes, completely crushing them. Again I had great hopes for this company as I really enjoyed the sales calls with the owner but in the end it seems they were a terrible choice.

My Real Estate and Building Company have used Big Man Moving for services. We have had nothing less than great experiences! On time, extremely careful and professional. The owners actually care about their company, employees and customers. I highly recommend them!

I've never used a moving company before so I didn't know what to expect. 2 things really surprised me - they showed up early and how they wrapped all the furniture. In the past I always had friends/family help me move and this was by far the best moving experience. If you're on the fence just go for it. Afterward you'll be glad you did!
