After struggling to find a reputable moving company, reading bad reviews one after the other, someone recommended ETG moving. I cannot stress enough how pleased I am of the service I received. Jorge and his moving partner, arrived as scheduled and started working from the get go. They handled my fragile items with care and ensure to use extra protection to secure everything in place. Jorge was very courteous and asked me questions if he was unsure about moving anything. Honestly, I don't write reviews a lot, but they truly deserve this one. I hope I don't have to move anytime soon again because of all the stress that comes with it. However, they made me feel comfortable and worry-free. Most importantly, Jorge and his partner had to maneuver around a few cars to load the truck from my apartment and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend this company, from calling to schedule the appointment and quote to the unloading of the truck, exceptional service was received. Update: The attached photo literally proves my point about their poor communication skills. Also, sending multiple text messages because you don't agree with a review is totally not sketchy. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I didn't get to use their services, so this is just about the attempt at using their services. I was contacted by them after they answered a quote request, for a large cardboard pickup today, on Labor Day. I specified this date in my quote request, because I understand not all businesses are operating. Anyway, I go through the quoting process, send photos, communicate the scope of work and they gave me a reasonable price. However, they go on to tell me they are not available until Thursday or Friday. To this I reply: I requested this date specifically and they replied 'It's a National Holiday.' Well, it would probably help if your reading comprehension skills were better and you didn't respond to quotes requested on days you're not operating. Huge waste of time but fortunately another company was happy to accommodate.

These guys were very easy to work with, and nice. The move went mostly well, but there was a large gouge left in our brand new condo. The moving company has been nothing but trouble to try to get this fixed. First offering to fix it themselves if we bought all the supplies, and then refusing to hire a professional to fix our wall. Several items were damaged (which is to be expected) we used the moving insurance and paid over $600. After over $1400 in damage to a desk, credenza, and a broken Martin Logan speaker the insurance company is refusing to pay for anything. This is always the case with moving insurance, better off not bothering with them. Sad move.

It was Saturday morning and I was in desperate need for a moving company to help me load my apartment furniture into a moving truck the following Tuesday. Omar answered my call and by Monday morning had provided my (very picky) building with the requested COI (my building had by then rejected three other moving companies because they didn't satisfy the building's COI requirements). Tuesday came and the loading was seamless. After three hours my two bedroom apartment was expertly loaded and packed into the moving truck, and I was ready to move.

I needed to move a baby grand piano but was concerned about finding a mover that would handle it with care and have it arrive safely at its destination. Omar and his crew kept me informed of his arrival time and they took very good care in handling and protecting it by covering with multiple blankets and shrink wrapped.
