Dishonest and manipulative people. A huge mistake and they will take advantage of you. Do not use these people for anything.

We used these guys for our move on Sunday June 24th. They came highly recommended so I had pretty high expectations. We had to do our move over 2 days so we packed up Sunday the 24th and unpacked Monday the 25th. Before the move it was confirmed that we would have 3 movers on both days. We were told that on Sunday the movers would arrive between 12 and 2. They arrived just after one and got straight to work. The movers were very professional and careful with our belongings. They took about 4 hours to load everything up. When it came time to pay for day 1 the lead gave Richard a call so he could take payment over the phone. We were told our card was declined (not possible btw) and because it was getting late we could just pay all in one the next day. Monday rolls around and and our arrival timeframe was 2-4. Around 12ish my husband and I go for a quick lunch and get a call from Richard for payment. To make a long story short the issue with payment was on THEIR END and after using two different cards and getting charged TWICE we finally paid. This is after multiple calls from Richard, to Richard, to our bank etc. This has literally taken up well over an hour and we finally get to eat our food. We get a phone call right at 2pm from the lead saying they were at our new house...no courtesy call to even say they were on the way like we were told we would get. I tell him due to RICHARD we are now running a little late and we arrive at our new house at around 2:25. Only once we arrived were we told we only had 2 movers for the day and would receive a "discounted rate". Umm what?!? We had just been on and off the phone with Richard for over an hour and not once was that ever mentioned. We were also informed that good ole Richard was starting the clock at 2pm even though we were late because of him. Due to there only being two movers it took ages for them to unload and assemble. It was super hot so I understood and it was not their fault. My husband ended up unloading half of the truck and I helped as well...being 7 months pregnant...in the heat. Awesome. Again the guys who actually moved us were great and did their best. I will never use them or recommend them to anyone because of Richard. I also let me realtor (who is VERY well known and respected in the Orlando area) know the situation when she called to check in on us and she is spreading the word as well.

Just used these guys to move from Orlando to Kissimmee, even though they were a little late, Sean and Julio were excellent! It was extremely hot today, but they were able to move me in under 2.5 hours. 100% profession, would use them again.

Please beware of this company and do your research. They have at least 8 complaints against them with only one resolved with the BBB and a C rating for terrible service. They reassembled furniture wrong, lost the screws and bolts, stole tools, and damaged furniture. All furniture was new within the last two years. I moved down the street. Instead of loading the truck they walked my belongs down the street. it took forever and caused damages. They do not return calls or emails for complaints or claims.

We could not be happier with the promptness, efficiency, and professionalism of the crew. Expedient was very flexible with scheduling, even though we booked only a few days in advance. And on the day of the move, everything was completed quickly and easily.
