We hired Fuentes Moving to move our furniture on April 29th of 2020. During the move, they broke our balcony table and severely damaged our bedroom dressers. When we contacted them after the move, they offered to pay half of the cost of the balcony table (which was purchased less than a year ago) and none of the cost of the bedroom furniture, since that day they were double-booked, and “had to call a third-party company” to perform the move. They further explained that they could not help us with the repair since they have insufficient insurance to deal with these situations.

I used an app to schedule movers recently, and when I went outside to greet them, I found out through the app that they cancelled. I called many places to find another moving company, and Fuentes had an opening to come and help. They did an AMAZING Job. They were fast, careful, and made sure everything was perfect before they left. DEFINITELY would recommend.

Moving can be SO stressful, but Fuentes Movers made me almost wish I had more for them to move! They were professional from the start, always responsive, willing to help us understand what the best plan of action was and not only did they show up on time, but they took care of all the paperwork needed when moving to/from a Miami highrise (not an easy feat) Every single piece they touched was meticulously wrapped and carefully placed on their dollys/flatbeds, etc to move to our new place. They made sure they understood where we wanted everything to go and as they unwrapped the pieces and moved them into place they cleaned up after themselves. Four guys came for our job and they were all in such a good mood, joking around, smiling and making conversation. It put us at ease and made the whole experience a pleasure. I recommend them to everyone!

Fuentes Movers was awesome & totally affordable! $400 for 3 hours with the truck & 3 guys, and $100 for each additional hour. I moved from Miami Beach to Palm Beach, and since I had packed up everything except the furniture, we were able to do the move in the minimum 3 hours- so fast! The guys were great, and I would totally recommend Fuentes movers to anyone moving any time soon. They'll get the job done, and they won't break the bank! Just keep in mind that they could arrive a little earlier than your scheduled time- we ended up starting the moving @ 8:10 am instead of 9 am . Who ever heard of anyone being early in Miami? Lol.
