My sister used these guys and they were amazing. All her stuff was handled with care. I would definitely recommend them for all moving needs.

This is the worst moving company we ever had, I worked for RH and they are doing our personal moving right now. I am evaluating their job to see if I can have their company in our relocation bids but no way. They show up with 2 small rented trucks The movers very rude They broke a box of wine bc they just threw your stuff they don't care It is hard to communicate They show up at 4Pm and stay until almost 11 which you never do that. Now they are holding our stuff bc there is no big truck to drive. This is the worst moving company, no logistics, no customer service nothing, now let's see what comes I will go forward with a complaint at BBB and also have to hire a lawyer, the sales guy just keep calling you and after you ser up he doesn't care about we sent email 4 days a ho and he never replied, our stuff arrived and a lot stuff broken and the customer service is horrible they left many furniture with out protection

I recently used Best Movers for a local piano move. I've used another mover in the past but this move needed to be done by professional movers. This piano was an heirloom in my family and was fragile. The movers that came we're not only professional but very prepared to move this piano from a 2nd floor to another 2nd floor. My piano was turned into me just as I have given it to them. Thanks for the awesome service!

Beware of this company, save yourself some troubles and don't deal with them, they will gave me a quote even I took pictures of all my furniture and sent them multiple times to make sure I get right quote, they keep coming back and said "you will be fine", so I trust them signed a contract for $2800 for 600 cubit feet....big mistake, they came with a truck half full with other people stuffs, they told me my stuffs will be more than 600 cubit ft.....so I ended up paid them $4800 total and still a lot of stuffs left. I told the sale agent Jay, that I want my stuffs be there on the weekend, so plan to pick up my stuffs ahead of the time, so they came Wednesday and told me that if I want to delivery on the weekend I have to pay $1200 more for rush delivery....what? they said the first available is Sunday, I called and called to figure out if they can delivery on the weekend as promised with no extra charge without any answer. so I go ahead planned for Sunday......nobody answer until late afternoon, they said they will do they best and get back to me in the morning. Thursday morning they called me back and said still working on it. Thursday night about 8pm, the delivery guy called me that he's on the way and delivery my stuffs Friday morning......what? it's 600 miles away and I already planned for Sunday....so I have to drove 600 miles overnight to be there for delivery, when they delivery the broke my curio buffet cabinet base, and all mattresses were dirty because they dragged on the floor and torn the plastic covers. I called the company right away talk to lady name Pauline, she was nicely asked for some pictures so she can do claims and promised to contact me back Monday....one week go by with multiple voicemail and email without response. I contacted again today and said "go to www.movingclaims.net and file your claims"......avoid them with all cost and save you some troubles, I can't believed this kind of business model still exist today.

Beware of this company. They will give you a low quote, then charge you an additional fee in the middle of loading your things, by telling you that you've exceeded the cubic ft quoted. The sales person will warn you about the other moving companies, but everything we were warned about, this company did it. We were told, it would take 1 day to load, which end up being 2 days. They arrived late, on day 1 and didn't leave our home until 12:30am. Then returned on the next morning to work an additional 9 hours. The size of the home and items was known. They showed up in a midsize truck to move a 3,000 soft home. On day 2, they had to rent another truck. Not only were we charged an additional $1,600.00, we have a lot of our things damaged. They will appear to work with you, but then tell you to fill a claim. It's been a month and we are still without our bed. They charged us an additional fee to specially pack the dresser mirrors; because they will not move them unless there's in packing. When 1 of the mirrors arrived, the packing was removed, frame broken into multiple pieces, and the mirror completely removed. This is just to name a couple of things damaged. We even had our plastic bends split, handles broken off, and crashed to the point of disfigured; which shows that they didn't care how they handled our things. We packed our items with bubble wrap, extra padding, and even marked the things that were fragile. All to be disregarded. We even had a box to come with broken glass inside. When I went through each item, to see where the glass was from, I noticed items missing. They knowingly damaged our things, tried to clean it up, and delivered them without notifying us of the damages. This has been the worst moving experience of our lives. I do not recommend this company. If you don't want your things damaged, don't us them. They have NO regard for your things and you will have a lot of damage. If I could post all the pictures, your face would drop to see how they damaged our things and the quantity of items damaged. I am very upset and disappointed. WE WILL NOT STOP UNTIL WE ARE MADE WHOLE
