DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!!!!! I had to call them the day they were to show up. They arrived an hour and half late with no supplies. I was promised plastic to wrap the furniture and a dolly to move things. They refused to use the dolly I had rented and instead carried one box out at a time. Next they insisted on moving my heavy TV console without the dolly. They tried to pick it up by the decorative side pieces. They ripped the wood off the top of the console. They would have damaged more if I had not insisted they use the dolly after that. They did a poor packing job putting my wood furniture next to my appliances and yard equipment. Every piece of wood furniture has some kind of damage, scratch or chunks taken out. I called them right after they damaged my tv console and sent them pictures. This is the only piece I am asking them to pay for. They admit they are at fault. Four months later they are still putting me off. They claim they have called someone to fix my console but no one calls me. Each communication is just another stall. Don't trust this company!!! Their word means nothing!!! Very dishonorable.

I have hired Happy Moving multiple times. I have never met such a bunch of hard-working, professional, and polite fellas!! Everything is handled with great customer service, from communicating with their office, to the finishing of the job, these guys will take great care of you. I have hired other people for moves until I experienced these guys. They are awesome!

Can I say the absolute worst moving company ever. My experience with this company was a complete nightmare. I hired this company to only unload my POD. For starters they came to my home in a small car. Therefore I asked them, where were their moving equipment such a dolly, tools etc, because I had extremely large and heavy furniture. The young guy stated that they can just carry it. I was very skeptical, however the assured me that they knew what they were doing, therefore I allowed them to continue. Immediately, after they began moving, I heard them dragging something on my driveway, I ran outside to find out that it was my refrigerator. I was in complete disbelief. I had to rush and get them one of my moving blankets that I had already purchased elsewhere. To make matters worse, they literally didn't have an type of needed tools. Therefore one of the young guy's had to borrow tools from the company that was installing my blinds at the time. Afterwards I heard glass shattering. I ran outside to see that the guy had broken my glass curio to my dinette set. I was in complete shock. He claimed that it was like that. However, he had removed all of the protective plastic bubble wrap and blankets.Therefore I asked him, 'why on earth would you remove the protective covering before attempting to moving it.' I explained to him, that wasn't for him to do. Furthermore, I didn't ask him or want him to do so. Therefore they called the so manager to come out, which was another issue because he couldn't hear, he spoke only sign language. Therefore there was a language issue. After arriving, he only was able to communicate to the young boys, and immediately refused to take any type of fault for the damages or have any type of compassion. His only response was that he wanted me to sign a form releasing them from any type of damages, which I absolutely refused to sign. To make matters worse, rather than rectifying the issue, he called the police. Therefore In return, I called the police as well. The police came and explained to him that he couldn't force me to sign anything, and honestly I didn't have to pay. Because at that point it was a civil matter. However, I felt bad for the young men that was moving my furniture, because one of them was deaf as well, and said that he had a family. Therefore we settled on half the amount. FYI, If you want your furniture to remain in good condition, you may want to stay away from this company.

One of the best moving companies I have experienced so far. I moved from Virginia to Orlando a few weeks ago. I had issues with u-haul but the movers from Happy Moving was so understanding. The manager went above and beyond to get things worked out for me on the u-haul end without me having to step in. They understand customer service. Highly recommend!

I purchased my 1st home and decided to go with Happy Moving because they had experience with moving flat screen TV. I have a 55 inch. Not a scratch on it. They were efficient and quick with loading and unloading. Friendly gentleman and I appreciated their professionalism. 2 bedroom home w/ outgoing stairs. No appliances 1 55inch Flat screen Large sofa and oversized loveseat. Other furniture.
