I'm updating this review. The owner's assessment of this situation is rather inaccurate. He also contacted me to ask me to remove this review, which I believe to be unethical. This was not a misunderstanding, this was result of disorganization and misinformation on the end of the business at hand. I'm sure this company is lovely once you've got them scheduled, but again, I found this scheduling process quite unsatisfactory.

I am very happy with this company. Alex and Jacob did my move today and they were amazing! So happy I went with this company! On time, professional, clean and overall hard workers! Couldn't ask for a better moving company! Although I was nervous about booking them without a personal reference other than online reviews due to a bad experience in the past with another company I am very happy with the service they provided. They don't nickel and dime everything or try to rip you off! Great price and service! This company, I-75 Movers are very professional and very hard working individuals. Thank you John for booking my move last minute and sending Alex and Jacob to get the move done. This is the first time I've actually used a moving service and I definitely picked the right one! They came early and took half of the time estimated. Both men were professional, polite, friendly and knew exactly how to move every piece of furniture. Everything came in perfect condition and were reassembled exactly were we wanted it. I will be using them in all future moves and will recommend them to friends and family in Central Florida.

I am way overdue on this review. I hired this company in August 2018 for my move on 17 September 2018. I had a storage unit with items to be loaded (mainly boxes) and then items in a master bedroom on a 3rd floor apartment. My movers, Mark and Larry, showed up a little early. This was not a problem as the 1st stop was the storage unit and I was less than a mile from there. They quickly loaded all the items as requested and then we proceeded to the apartment and they loaded up my bedroom furniture. (I had been sharing a 3br apartment and was moving to my own place). They quickly and efficiently unloaded my items at my new place. Both Mark and Larry were very professional, personable and took great care with my belongings. I did not incur any significant damage (just minor scratches on drawers on a dresser). I would definitely recommend this company and these gentlemen. They were on time, went over all details and completed my move expeditiously. I would use this company again and highly recommend. I do apologize for submitting this review so late.
