I hired this company for my parents. They were moving about 30 miles away from the location they were living at. From the time I requested a quote via Yelp from Mike to the time my parents signed the receipt everything was GREAT. The team of 3 showed up early in a nice big well taken care of moving truck. The guys went straight to work. They were extremely professional, extremely respectful and extremely hardworking. My parents were amazed at how fast end efficient they were. When they arrived at the new house they even asked what room the boxes should go in! Amazing! When they had their first move they paid thousands to move from one location to another location that was 5 miles away. You cannot beat the prices or the professionalism of this company. Thank you to the team of 3 that helped my parents move as smooth as possible!!

Being in the Long distance and local moving & storage business in Manhattan for three generations , my guess I should be someone who knows the business pretty well. Michael Papla owner of M & M was getiing into his van, as he was finishing up a estimate in my building in Brickell. I asked if he could come by for a survey to what it would cost us to move our one bedroom from Brickell to Coconut Grove. With a big smile, and no problem he dropped by and we gave him the green light to move us down to the Grove. Three professional movers and a clean moving van this M&M team made our moving day great! Final price was right in line with Michaels estimate. Not to bad, right! We also had a small load going to our summer lake house in New Hampshire. Mike once again said no problem, because they own a warehouse/dispatcher in Boston so life is great. Not easy to find anyone who can do anything right in Miami, but for the first time can now say Yes there is finally a Moving & Stg company who can knock it out of the park. Beware of how they are storing your items. Igor and cres were great at packing me up, but I was told one thing and when I went to check on my stuff before leaving, it was not in their storage own professional warehouse like I was assured, but in an old storage facility that you drove up to and rolled up the door. No pallets, nothing to protect it if from the elements or a flood. It was only until I pushed that Mike told me it was temporary since they lost their lease. I had to delay my departure, arrange to have my stuff transported to my own, more safe and secure storage facility. It delayed my departure by 3 days and then I had to fly back. Instead of being the move with ease service that they boast (pack, store and transport), that aspect of my relocation became very stressfull.

5/5 Excellent service and price. From the first time I inquired about M&M's moving services to post delivery, Michael was always quick to reply. The movers came a bit late but it's understandable since their previous job ran over. Movers (Greg and Igor) were courteous and efficient, my furniture arrived in the same condition it left in. I would highly recommend this moving company!

AMAZING!!! From pre-booking till the very end, Alex and Igor were incredible. Top notch communication, professional, trustworthy, don't waste time, and pay attention to boxes that say "Fragile" on them!!! (I've had movers completely disregard this in the past). This is my first positive moving company experience and will definitely be using these guys again in the future.
