Orellana is great! I have used them twice in the past few years - first to move my bedroom to my new apartment, and then to move all the furniture in our apartment to our new house. All my moves have been within a few mile radius, but they charge by hour so I think distance is covered through that. They do a great job of wrapping all the furniture pieces to make sure that nothing gets dirty or damaged. They will even take pieces apart and put them back together if needed (I was surprised by how quickly they reassembled my bed!). They also have these boxes with metal bars so that you can take the clothes hanging in your closet and keep them hanging during the move. There are a few items that they didn't move, just because they were small/delicate so they didn't want to risk them breaking in transit, which I could appreciate. The only issue with Orellana is I feel like very few of them speak English, especially the woman who makes the appointments. The first time I used them she only wanted to communicate via text and would barely say anything until I said something in Spanish. This last time was a bit easier, although when I first called she did transfer me to someone who spoke English. It was fine for me since I speak Spanish, but something to be aware of if you don't! Other than this, these people are fantastic, friendly, and trustworthy movers, and I would definitely use them again!

Most of the guys worked very hard but we paid for the extra guy to help with the move and two were in the condo while the other two waited doing NOTHING downstairs. Then after we were quoted one price over the phone in the end of the move we paid Double!!!!!!!!! Not even $100 more we had to pay $400 more!!!!!!! Things were not broken or lost, but I would have them come and give me an accurate written quote before using them.

I sent a detailed request to Maria on 9/19 requesting a quote on a upcoming move. "I have a family room, kitchen, dining room and garage on the first floor. I have 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. It is a single staircase to the second floor with direct access to a double front door. I would like to know if you wrap all the large pieces of furniture with quilting; tape doors and sliders; and disassemble/reassemble the beds etc. Is there an extra charge for the single stairs in the house to load from? Is there an additional charge for garage storage items such as boxes? Do you charge for the tape or wrappings? Is there extra gas or mileages charges? How far in advance do you need a reservation for this type of move? Would I need to list any heavy items, oversized or delicate items to you in advance? " I did not hear anything back so I resent the email a week later on 9/26. I received this in response to my request for a quote: "Hello Michele. Thank you for contact me. Please give a couple for the estimate. Thanks. María Orellana" A bit confused I decided to send the same request for a quote from above to Milton R. Gonzalez Jr., Manager at Ezee Moving Inc. 305-726-6055 | E-mail: junior.gonzalez@ezeemovinginc.com | www.ezeemovinginc.com I received a detailed quote from Milton answering all my questions from above within 24 hours and with an apology for taking that long to respond to all my questions. I have not used them for the move yet but am planning to at this point. I will comment in detail on their business practice as a professional mover but their initial customer service has been excellent.

Excellent moving company!!!!! I used them twice already in the past 4 years. On moving day They showed up on time they were courteous and professional. (They call me before to advise they were on their way). Once in my apartment They protected all my my belongings (furniture , tv's, mirros etc etc ) and did not break anything. They worked very hard! To be honest I would use them again in my next move. This is who you need to contact for any of your moving needs. Efficient, friendly and professional. It is a family owned business and they treat their customers as such.
