These people are the absolute worst! I was moving with my 10 month old baby and I spoke with this company. They sent someone to come to my home and get an accurate estimate, which I thought was nice. After that, we did all the paperwork for my move on July 1st on June 21st. On June 30th(which was a Sunday) around a few minutes after 3pm, they called and told me they couldn't make it and asked if I could reschedule! Not once during that 2mins call did the guy apologize.

Sadly, we had the worst experience of any of our moves with this company. They were recommended by a friend in Orlando who had just booked them them, but not yet used them for their upcoming move. Based on their rec and online reviews, we went ahead and booked Sam's Express and Scott Winkelman to move us cross country and fully pack our home in Orlando. The friend who recommended Sam's Express to us also ended up have a very negative experience and we both agreed that an honest review needed to be published so other people don't have to go through what we did. We had over $1400 in broken items that had to be refunded because of "the worst packing job and truck loading" the company on the other end had ever seen, a missed "guaranteed" delivery window by multiple days, and the rudest customer experience from Scott Winkelman who personally screamed at me over the phone and hung up on me after I called to calmly, but seriously, tell him what all had happened to our belongings and how disappointed we were. Instead of trying to help us fix the situation or offer any sort of sympathy to just how bad our things were ruined, he went off like a toddler having a temper tantrum, yelling and screaming. They also treated the truck driver, Larry, who came to pick everything up absolutely awful from the moment he arrived and bashed him and his work ethic to me, their customer, even going as far as to use profanities to describe him. Thankfully, on the other end of our move, the truck driver, unpacking movers and National Van Lines as an overarching company were all very professional and tried to make up for what a terrible experience we had with Sam's Express Moving and Delivery and Scott Winkelman specifically. If I could do it all over again, I would certainly choose a different company (honestly, any other company) in Orlando to pack us and coordinate the truck with National Van Lines.

We got quotes from at least 10 other companies and Sam's beat them all! Customer service (thanks, Scott!) was great and the three movers who moved our 3/2 from Orlando to Tampa were friendly and professional. They were quick and efficient and not a single piece of furniture was damaged. They also bill by 15-minute intervals, while most other companies round up to the next hour. Would definitely use them again!

My appliances were dented, my new King size bed frame was gouged and scratched, they poked a hole in my new sofa. I have called twice and left a message and no response. This company has gone down hill fast. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and it looks like I will have to stop payment on the Credit Card or file a law suit to get any satisfaction. They claim they are bonded and insured, but unless you read the fine print and buy their move insurance they will screw you out of everything their monkeys destroy! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This whole affair gets worse by the day. Bad enough that they damaged my property, but now they are trying to lie about it. I guess this idiot has never heard of the court system. Now I have to sue this this clown because he is a flat out liar. I have witnesses that saw the damage that happened on many of my items and this clown was to try and blow me off for $75 !

This is our second time using Sam's Express and we've been incredibly happy with the service we've had. The first time we used them was a move from Gainesville to Davenport. We found them through one of the "get quotes from several movers" and the owner gave us by far the most competitive quote. We contacted them again for our move from Davenport to Orlando and once again they beat all other quotes. Their quote for a 3 man crew was lower than the quote for a 2 man crew from other moving services. The crew was friendly, efficient and careful with our items. They assembled and disassembled all our furniture quickly and correctly. Moving can be really stressful and I can't say how relieved I was to find a reliable service that gets the job done the right way without any hassles. For the price, I'm not sure you'll find any better.
