I used This Side Up moving twice on a move to Florida. We used them to move office furniture and I was so pleased with the service - I decided to use them for my home move also. The movers were on time and overcame a lot of unique challenges that were weren't expecting. One, when they got there was actually more furniture needing moved than we had anticipated in the quote but they didn't let that slow them down they got it taken care of in a very professional manner. Two, some of the doors that are usually unlocked were locked since they came on a Saturday but they were creative and found a way to keep the move going smoothly without adding much time. They got the office furniture down to our new office and unloaded it in a timely manner. I honestly didn't think they would finish the unload the same day - but they did and did a great job at following through with setting up items that I couldn't do on my on. I'm very pleased with This Side Up service and responsiveness. Highly recommend.

We recently moved to Louisiana and decided to use This Side Up to move us. Jacob came to our home and met with us to discuss details and to look at what we were moving He was professional and very personable and put us completely at ease describing the care his team would take with our relocation. On our moving day, Romello, Delray and Shawn showed up at the scheduled time. They were also professional and personable and immediately started to work. The care they took with each furniture piece and each box was more than we could have hoped for and was greatly appreciated. They were hard workers and got the job done in less time than anticipated. There was no checking of cell phones every few minutes which was so refreshing. They worked and worked hard. They were polite and very caring. They arrived to unload at their scheduled time and took the same care unloading and setting up as they did packing and dismantling. Everything arrived in perfect condition. Even the glass pieces we had on top of the bedroom furniture arrived in tact. This Side Up made our move better than we expected and we highly recommend them to anyone looking to make a move. This Side Up Moving moves our offices to a new location. It was seem less. In one day our offices were moved and everything in place in the new location.

Given that I have moved now 4 times in two years this is by far the worst moving company I have experienced. This move was me helping my ex wife move into her new apartment last month and she used this company. To start with the movers are very unprofessional in appearance and attitude. One of the movers asked her for a hair tie to keep his hair out of his eyes. The two movers complained every time they had to move a large item. The speed of service was also slow and I do not mean a safe slow more like stalling to get more time slow paired with many breaks. I would make two or three trips to their one. I had to leave before they finished and the mover that needed the hair tie was hitting on my ex wife and made her feel uncomfortable. She called the operations manager and he never called her back. After she posted her review the owner called her to try and get her to take down her review because he said his men were doing everything that he trained them to do. This company may be a bit cheaper per hour, but will make up for that in extra time spent during he move.

So I moved many times through the years and never have used a moving company before. The movers showed up and did a wonderful job! They were professional and did a great job. The only complaint I have is I had very little to move and they moved slowly. As a result I didn't make the time I paid for and had to pay more. Also, they charged me another hour and a half for there slowness. Not happy about that. However, everything else was great.
