My daughter lives in Miami and I set up Tommy's moving for her when she moved this past August. They are really one of the best movers I have ever done business with. Rosie who sets up the move is amazing and makes the entire process very easy. They are professional and reasonably priced. Also they went out of their way to start early since we were having issues reserving the service elevators and did the move hassle free and no damage to any of our furniture. I highly recommend this company.

Worst moving company. Cancelled on us the Friday before our move by email. Could not reach anyone from their pathetic company over the weekend. Should not even be in business. Very unprofessional.

I have never been more disappointed in a Moving Company than I am with Tommy's Moving. I received 5 quotes from local moving companies for a total move from my Pinecrest home. Although Tommy's was not the lowest quote, I decided on going with Tommy's because of my conversations with Asela. I felt she was upfront and trustworthy. We have a large home so I knew it would take many hours. Much to my surprise, when the second day arrive, 1/3 of the items were not touched and nothing had be packed as promised. Aslea arrived at my home and told me they could complete the move but for an additional $1,600. A blatant Bait and Switch tactic that I would have never expected. They left my home completely after my dissatisfaction and left me in a position of finding another Moving with the remaining 6 hours that were left for me to be out of my home. Fortunately for me, I contacting Sunset Moving and Storage who had given me a quote earlier and they made their way from Broward to get me moved in to my new home, even worked until 1;00 AM to make it happen. This is how a professional company should be run. and not one complaint of any of the three me who helped. All very hard working, gentle with items, and even did so with a smile on their faces. Be forewarned, this is not the company you can trust and I have plans to contact the Better Business Bureau of their tactics. Gregory P.

My experience with Tommy's Moving & Storage exceeded my expectations at every step of the process. After having signed an agreement with a top national moving company they called me literarilly the day before the actual move to tell me they didn't have a truck!!! I could not believe it... I was paying a lot of money for what I thought was a reputable company but what a disappointment!! My wife and I were shocked to say the least. We had already packed everything and had to turn the keys in the day of the move to the owner. Someone in my building suggested I called Tommy's as the experience from several other residents who had moved in or out and used Tommy's was very positive. They were so understanding and gracious. They immediately went to work on a solution and to my surprise they did offer to move me the next day, and at a much lower price! I couldn't believe it. The movers arrived on time, were super nice, professional, and showed a great attitude throughout the move. They pack all the fragile items, were very careful, and took their time. Rosie, at the office, was amazing. She even offered very creative solutions to obstacles that building Management offices put on moves that are not always reasonable. I highly recommend Tommy's and only wished other service providers could take a page from them when looking into their Customer Service.

Was moving my daughter into another apartment in Coral Cables and looked to Yelp for help. Yelp came through again and directed me towards this top notch company. Rosie could not have been any more professional and efficient and kind. Provided me an excellent estimate and provided me with excellent movers. They arrived at the time they told me and we're done in two hours. They treated my daughters furniture with respect. They took the furniture apart and back together again.
