Everyone at U-Pack was friendly, courteous and professional. Overall, the experience with them was a pleasant one and things went smoothly. However, there were a few glitches with the equipment, so I can't give a 5 star rating. First if all, when we got the trailer loaded and attempted to install the bulkheads, we discovered that one of them was in really bad shape and defective, so my husband just nailed in extra boards to reinforce it, rather than delay our move another day or more, waiting for a replacement bulkhead. The shipment arrived at the destination on time, but the bulkhead was in even worse shape by then. Fortunately, I believe our belongings survived OK, but we don't have everything unpacked yet. They also forgot to put the ramp inside before delivering the trailer to the final destination and the driver caught it as soon as we opened the trailer. He offered to bring one the next day, but we needed to get the unit unloaded ASAP, while we had help,so we had to do it without a ramp, making some items very difficult to unload and causing extra physical stress and exertion for my husband.

UPacks corporate support was amazing! They allowed me to reschedule up to 24 hrs before our move and were always very kind and considerate of the stress involved with a move. I only have two complaints about the local movers. One, the first person didn't explain how to lock up our belongings while we had the trailer. When I looked on YouTube, the U-Pack representative showed a key and a lock. We were to receive a key and should've been able to lock it each night. I ended up buying an $8 lock because we weren't provided anything. When I called corporate, they said we should've been able to lock the temporary wall, but there was no way to do that. My second complaint is they left a huge glob of grease, which stained our new driveway. This also was tracked into our house onto our new carpet by my small children. All in all, they were fantastic and we will use them again if we ever move.

I used U-Pack Relocubes again for my move across the country from NYC to WA. Once again, U-Pack did an awesome job! I had only planned to need one cube and had to planned to load up much earlier in the day, but because of the horrible moving company that I hired to help me move my stuff from my third floor walk-up to the loading area just a few miles away I ended up in really stressful situation. We didn't get to the loading area until after dark. The movers refused to listen to my guidance in how to pack the cube. One of them physically threatened one of the U-Pack drivers! The foreman on shift overnight came out and checked on me multiple times and ended up letting me use an empty cube to store my things overnight so I could come back the next day to get things packed up properly with the help of a friend. This was a huge favor and I am so grateful to him for checking on me and helping me. The next day I returned with my best friend to get things organized. All the paperwork was sorted and waiting for me when I arrived! The cubes made it across the country in a timely manner, scheduling drop off was super easy and the delivery person was kind and helpful. Pickup of the empty cubes went smoothly as well. I highly recommend U-Pack Relocubes for long distance moves!

I used UPack to move my fathers belongings from Florida to North Carolina after he passed. I booked the trailer to arrive on Monday, it was on time and the driver called to say he was on his way. I had it picked up Wednesday and it arrived at my destination in High Point NC by 8am Friday. I got the largest trailer (28ft) and was quoted a very fair price with a guarantee that if I used less, the cost would be less. I hired a local mover (get a reputable one because the trailer is tall and it needs to be packed well to use the least space) and we got a three bedroom house in under 19ft. They adjusted the price accordingly and I saved a lot of money! Highly recommend this company. A lot of things could have gone wrong with all parts of this move and we had no issues at all. Amazing experience at a highly difficult time. Thank you!

Used UPACK to help us move cross country. Easy reservation, on time delivery, helpful driver who dropped off trailer, on schedule pick up after loading, on schedule pick up after unloading. Staff on phone very helpful. Delivery was quicker then we anticipated. I would recommend anyone use them.
