I've been using this moving company for over 23 years. Ward, the owner gives me a great quote and the time and day or days I need them and they are hired. I've moved within Broward County several times and they always handled the move with no problems and a great price. I recently moved from Broward to St Lucie county and also used Ward for my out of town move, again with a great price and top of the line movers. I have been using this company for years. They have moved me 8 times and I must say I've never had a bad experience. Not one negative thing to say. Ward is a pleasure to deal with and his guys he has are awesome! Big Ray, Derrick and Whitney are efficient, friendly, funny and get the job done quickly! Just finished a move with these guys. The actual moving crew of 3 men was extremely fast and unloaded a 10 ft U-Haul in 15 minutes, however aside from the job being quick and the $150 cash quote, it was the only thing that met expectations. Originally, at 8:30am I was told the movers would be able to meet me at the storage facility in ~1.5 hours. Let's say 10-10:30am would be the expected time the movers should've arrived. By 11:00am I had to follow up with Ward because I hadn't gotten a call from anyone. He said he was sure the movers would be there soon. At 11:45am I received a call from the movers saying they'd be arriving at 12:30-1:00pm. They arrived at 1:21pm (over 3 hours later) because they had a job prior to mine that ran unexpectedly long. I just wish there would've been better communication between the movers/owner to me as soon as anyone knew my appointment time would be affected. If they would have relayed that information upfront to me, I would've had the opportunity to cancel my job with them and make other arrangements. Due to the late arrival, I missed an interview which I could've made had the appointment occurred at the time I was originally told. Ward was responsive in initially setting up the job, but the execution in between left me overall extremely disappointed. Cannot get my time back or the potential job.

I had a poor experience. My furniture was damaged. I just wanted an apology but owner was defensive and blamed me.

Contacted Ward because we loved the company name. Ward is great: smart, funny, and runs a good business. His team helped us unload a trailer of household goods into our new house. They arrived on-time and worked quickly, despite the heat. They were polite, professional, and did a great job. Highly recommended.

Rude as rude gets. Canceled on me within 2 days, saying there was a prior appointment in my time slot. I called to ask what happened and how is it possible, he didn't even want to listen to me. He was talking over me and trying to blame it on me that it was my fault. Even if you do a mistake, just apologize and don't be rude. I wouldn't never book this guy even if he the last mover open. Charges flat rate of $575 , kidding me? I had only one bed room to move. Thief

Ward is the best! I used their services last year, so I knew they were professional and reliable, but this year I learned how flexible and accommodating they are too! I had some issues finding a new apartment in the Downtown Miami/Brickell area (partially too picky and partially because I waited too long to make an offer on available units), so I couldn't schedule movers until I had a definitive approval from the new condo. Finally, after all approvals and deposits were completed, I called Ward on July 26th, 2017 for a move out/in date of July 31st, 2017. He was concerned with their available resources because the 31st is the busiest moving day of the month (for obvious reasons), but he pressed forward and asked me for details about the job (e.g., where, when- specific time, how much and what needed to be moved, and how far). He said it sounded doable and he would find someone to handle the job for me, and he emailed me the quote. I also notified him that both condos (old and new) required a COI for the move out/in. He asked me to send the required info to him via email so he could get it over to their insurance company - which he did that very same day and the insurance company sent the updated COIs to both condos (per my instructions) and copied me by EOD July 26th (all in the same day)! Great and reliable service. One the day of the move, Giovanni called me 15 minutes prior to the start time (9am) to let me know he was close by. I called my front desk to notify them and ask them to open the loading dock. They arrived on time and immediately started moving everything. They were extremely professional and even wrapped some items that I forgot to protect (e.g., my mirror, glass on my TV stand, bookshelf, etc.). It was quick, nothing was broken or lost, and they were done by 12pm. Really appreciate their help again, and really recommend their services!!!

I have used this company for about 10 years now every single time I moved and by far is THE BEST COMPANY EVER!!! Ward is amazing and has ALWAYS kept his word!! When he says it's a certain price he means it!! There is ZERO extra fees or hidden prices! This move was EXTRA special because Justin and Richie were the nicest, kindest, most efficient movers I've ever encountered. They were polite, thorough and went "the extra mile". I couldn't ask for anything better than what I experienced today with my move.If you need great service and great movers while you move, definitely ask for them!!! And I WILL ALWAYS USE THEM!!

On August 18, 2016, I used your services as I had once before 6 years ago, and I can actually say that there isn't a better local movers agency as this one is. Pick up time was precise, loading time was much faster than I thought, as it was at my new location. These guys were careful, fast and yet very gentile with valuable furniture, etc. Frank and Bow, thanks for the great job you did! I highly recommend this company for those seeking to move. On August 30, 2017 I used this company's moving services (my 4th time with them) and as all the others before I was impressed on the movers well job. This time it was Eddy and Big Ray who moved us and they were quick, careful, helpful and absolutely great! I highly recommend this company to everyone out there looking for a movers company. Simply amazing! We couldn't be more pleased with our move, the price paid, and the staff of extraordinary movers! We were moving between two homes and Ward told us from the start when he came to do inventory that we would need two truck loads. He took thorough notes and worked with us on what we did and didn't want them to take. Ward was straight with us and helped us make an accurate inventory and explained what to expect on moving day. The guys arrived on moving day on time and even brought an extra (4th) guy with them so they could move us even faster. The entire crew was respectful, polite, courteous and funny. And fast! They wrapped the furniture that needed it and treated our belongs as if they were their own. It helped we were well packed already so they could do their job. A little pizza, an endless supply of ice cold water, and treating them with respect as well went a long way to a successful move for everyone. I hope we don't have to move for a very long time but if we do we will certainly use A League of Extraordinary Movers again!

Wow. Amazing service! I used them back when I moved last year. I was calling around for quotes. The first time I called I spoke to a young man. He was very nice. And then I called again and I spoke to the Husband and he was so helpful. He asked all the questions to determine what the best options were for me. He was very nice no pressure at all. I made the appointment the next day and it was a breeze from there. His wife came and was on time. She definitely knows what she's doing and was very professional. I was trying to help and she kept telling me not to (but I still tried) Lol. I had a one bedroom apartment and she packed ALL of my stuff within 3 HOURS! Omg that would have taken me 1 month. She was so sweet and very gentle with my fragile things and she's move QUICK! They offer to provide boxes for the move and also advised how many boxes I could buy myself before the appointment. This was the smoothest moving experience I ever had and will definitely be booking again. This is a family business but very high quality service. Thank you so much

Used these guys to move from Pompano to Coral Springs. Got a quote via Yelp the day before moving and was able to get a quick response at a very good price. Movers took care of all my requested items and were friendly throughout the entire move. Will be using them next time I move.

My move was on a Monday and Ward returned the wardrobe they accidently kept on Friday. And no matter what i say, I'm sure any damage and treatmemt to MY property is insignificant and irrelevant to Ward because its MINE and not his. I'm sure Ward be will go back and forth with me for as long as I respond, but I will no longer respond. We know what happened. We know that Ward has a nasty attitude and his movers are whiny. We know his movers didn't have to do anything EXTRAORDINARY. I paid and tipped them for their "troubles". You're movers. So .... MOVE stuff. If moving is an issue for you IDK what to say. I initially said I wouldn't have mentioned the issues with attitude until I saw the damage to my sofa and missing wardrobe box. But the owner/customer service isn't worth it unless you're in a rush and/or you just don't want to pay a lot. I wouldn't ever use you or your company again. You're cheap for a reason.

This is our second time using this company for a move. They are professional, courteous and very reasonable. They sent 3 men to move me from my condo to a house. They showed up on time and moved my stuff rather quickly. The entire move took 3 hours and they did a great job. Nothing broke nor was damaged. I highly recommend this company for any moving needs. We just completed my 3rd move with these guys and I can't recommend them enough. They are quick, courteous, and above all professional. They sent 4 guys and a huge truck and it took shy of 2 hours from start to finish. I love to recommend them to friends because I know they will do a good job. When it's time to move again I know Ward is who I'll call.
