Great job and easy move. We went from Boston to Naples, Fl and these guys were absolutely professional and didn't make a scratch on our belongings. We were very nervous based on all the horror stories out there when it comes to moving but this company is totally legit and we would recommend them to everyone!!! A+ 5 Stars!!!

3 guys showed up close to on time for my move. I thought it was priced affordably for just a bedroom set without the mattress, patio furniture, my entertainment center and desk at $540 to move just down the road 4 blocks. The 3 men were cheerful at the first apartment, and appeared to be very helpful. I had written on each box which room they should go in of my new apartment. In my new apartment, the bed didn't need to be set up because I was getting a new one, so they just left it, as they did the desk, which had the legs removed, at their suggestion, so it could be easily transported to my daughter's house after moving it to my new apartment. They 3 men mentioned at least 3 times that they would appreciate a tip. I agreed. Immediately following the move, I realized that my entertainment center was not connected as it had been, and didn't completely function. One of the men, Huntley, stayed behind, while both of the other men disappeared. None of the boxes were put in the rooms that were noted on the boxes, but were just brought in and piled in the corner, until I mentioned that, and then a few were moved. The entertainment center still does not work 2 weeks after my move, and I just realized that though the bed was moved to my new location, there are no nails or screws with it for the new owner to assemble it correctly. Disappointed with the move, but Victoria in the main office called while Huntley, with a great attitude, was still standing there to make sure everything was satisfactory with the move. She told me that I had up to 6 months to make a claim if I found anything was missing. Huntley tried to help me connect all the wires to the entertainment center, but eventually just left it, and said he thought they left a wire at the 1st location, which i never found. I ended up tipping Huntley $30 to share with the other 2 guys because such an emphasis had been made on the tip, but with hindsight, I should not have tipped them. My daughter moved just 2 weeks later, and I recommended she find different movers.

I am beyond disappointed about the service. I was moving my belongings from my storage unit in Fort Lauderdale to my new place in Dallas last year. Originally everything went well. Tali was direct and very helpful when I was looking for quotes and information. But the day of the move, I was charged an extra $75 due to the truck not being able to get closer to my building. Josh was borderline rude. Then the second guy bailed midway of unloading. Josh didn't even think to mention it. I just happened to notice he left. I physically helped the entire process of unloading my own boxes. The process took hours since essentially I just had one mover. Every painting has broken glass. Then two mirrors were broken on arrival too. I dealt with broken glasses and chalked those up. Boxes were wet. The experience went from stellar to poor.

I got this mover from my cousin's Angie List subscription. I would not recommend this company at all. We've had a few issues and the job requested was very simple: Remove our things from 5x10 storage unit and bring it to our new apartment. First, they left the headboard of our bed by the elevators of the storage facility. We found it ourselves the next day. Second, we have at least two boxes missing that had crystals, glassware and some heritage items. Third, the way the handled some of the furniture caused damaged to the legs of cabinets. Fourth, the men that arrived looked like they were pick up from the street for the day. The were dirty and not in any professional uniform. Being that this is a nation wide company, I would at least expect a uniform. Overall, I would definitely not recommend this company. If you do hire them, watch them like a hawk. I'm going through the process of placing a claim on their insurance policy. Wish me luck!

I recently moved from Miami to Spring, TX (Houston metro) and I hired All American Van Lines to transport my belongings to my new home. They packed my glass table, my chair and other stuff in a perfect condition that it arrived on time without any damage. Tali and her team assured me about the arrival and I paid cash to the driver. They have humongous trucks that moved all over US. This is the best moving company in Miami! Thank you All American Van Lines!

Last week was my third move with all American Van Lines, unfortunately, in the past 5 years, I had to move three times. Every time I have been impressed, especially when moving.( It is stressful as we all know). The movers were fast and sufficient, on time ( for me a big thing), and the best part was no surprises in the end. What Tali quoted me on her home estimate is exactly what I paid! From Miami Beach to Brooklyn. My apt is on the third floor. Delivery was smooth, even that they had to carry my big L-shaped sofa up the stairs because it didn't fit in the elevator and take my front door off. These guys will do whatever it takes to get the job done. excellent service! I hope I don't move anytime soon, but if I do need to move again, I will not hesitate to call them back. Highly recommended.

DO NOT USE!!! They packed our items so poorly that almost everything had damage. One of their packers was caught doing drugs outside my daughter's room. The worst experience we have ever had with movers. Pay more and get all of your items delivered in the condition you left it. Seriously!!! DO NOT USE!!!

I used All American to move recently and had a great experience. I have a one room so I didn't have much stuff, but they were very professional and packed everything up without any problems. I have had horrible experiences with movers in Miami (South Florida) so I skeptical, but they put mind at ease from the start. They stayed true to the quote I received and moved me very quickly and painlessly. I highly recommend these folks if you are looking for a mover on the Miami / South Florida area.

Although I avidly believe yelp is for restaurants, I had to comment on the EXCELLENT experience I had with AAVL. I had to pick up and leave my place fairly quickly, I called and spoke to a nice woman who got movers over the next day. She quoted me a reasonable flat rate and I was billed exactly that. The 2 movers they sent were POLITE and PROFESSIONAL (wow!) and had no problem dealing with the crazy south beach parking or really terrible elevator in my building. They packed up all of my things and loaded them into the truck within a few hours. I would recommend to all of my friends and family, I'll definitely be calling them again!!!

Awful experience . I used them to move fr Florida to NJ bait and switch with packing . Broke practically all my fine furniture . Showed up uhaul instead of promised air ride truck . I paid for insurance and covered nothing because it wasn't packed correctly . I can not recommend them even to my worst enemy . Shameful company very dishonest .

Very pleased!! I never really take the time to write reviews, however I have had some really bad experiences in using moving companies. I talked with a Tali. She gave me a free quote over the phone, gave me great tips. It was actually a fun experience. It made my move from Atlanta To Hollywood Florida a pleasure and gave me an awesome start in my new move and transition to Florida. Great experience !!

I was recommended to use this company after a friend moved from Miami to NYC. He had a huge 5 bedroom house and was moved with no issues. When it was my time to move for the first time, the owner assisted me trough the whole process. The actual day of he move, the movers were on time, we're friendly and set up my furniture exactly as I wanted. When it comes time for me to move again, I'll definitely call All American Van Lines.

A friend told me about this company because I was looking to move both my house and a storage. Since I have some very delicate items in storage I wanted to make sure that I do it with a reputable and reliable mover. I see that some people gave a one star here on Yelp for this company and I am glad to have found this out after I've hired them because it could have made me think twice. However, I seriously couldn't be happier with the professional service that we've received. I am giving them a 5-star due to the fact that we not only got great service but we've found out that we had to move out earlier than anticipated by 4 days and they were more than willing to accommodate the date change for us with no fuss and no extra charge... Kudos!!!

Update two weeks later.They came by to reassemble our table and apologized for the treatment we were given. Took some pictures of the scuffed bed and left.However, I just realized two additional things: 1) They had placed our sectional ,really expensive couch wrongly on the truck and now the two pieces don't fit together any more because the metal that was supposed to hold the two pieces together has been bent out of shape and therefore it does not fit correctly,so I have to get up every 30 min or so when lying on the couch to push the two parts together (for a while).This bugs me a lot,given I have had this couch and taken excellent care of it for 11 years and is once again due to the carelessness and lack of professionalism of these movers. 2) (and this one REALLY freaks me out): the morning after the disastrous move I woke up with a huge red mark on my hip ,like a bite .Two weeks have passed and this has swelled and gotten infected and painful to the point where I am going to the Dr tomorrow because I suspect it is a spider bite. Where we were living before no such thing ever happened to me or to my husband and where we moved to was a totally empty apartment that had been thoroughly cleaned and disinfected before we moved in,so the only other option left is that whatever bit me (and it looks like it could be a spider bite,maybe a brown recluse spider) came from the moving van.I saw this van the day of the move from the outside only and it certainly looked dilapidated and old...it had a worn out sign saying "two men and a truck",barely visible,as if that had been the former name of the company that owned the truck or something.So, to add insult to injury,I am now having to deal not only with the pain and discomfort brought on by this lesion but also just thinking it may have been a brown recluse spider and that it may now be in my apartment is really giving me the creeps. I have the nagging feeling this truck may not have been as clean and sanitary as one should expect,so, a word of caution to all those using this or any other moving company: check the cleanliness of whatever truck takes your stuff before they load it and ,if not satisfied,don't load your things on it!! Pending the Doctor's diagnosis (though,by my symptoms of diarrhea,nausea,painful swelling and pus,I can pretty much foresee what his diagnosis will be), I am not looking forward to whatever treatment I will have to undergo (probably antibiotics and maybe lancing and draining the wound).Just one more consequence of having used this company.

They not only lie, delay up to four weeks late, delivered mold growing on my mattresses , dents on my furniture and refused to answer calls. Do Not Ever Use Them! Will waste your money!
