AllTrust Movers singlehandedly, professionally and transparently maneuvered all of my valuables into my new home without so much as a scratch to the furniture or walls or floors inside the home. This is a moving company that doesn't take you for granted as a customer. This is proven by their actions and consistent ability to perform at a higher level. I am deeply impressed by this exceptional moving company and with their incredible moving services. Everything was accounted for and all our needs pertaining to the move were met, whether it was assembly, disassembly, packaging or carrying. They did an awesome job. I highly recommend them for your next move.

The two movers were courteous and eager to help, but several pieces of my furniture were damaged. They didn't bring enough blankets,in there business model is to upsell bubblewrap,and boxes,pads etc. The salesman Albert said that they would have enough blankets to take care of my needs, because I specifically asked him that question, obviously that's a false statement. Even one of the movers mention that the sales guys have amnesia some times to fully disclose. I would've had the material at the house already. The sad part is not even a follow up call after they damage my furniture. They under estimated the hours that would take, and how many guys. Once again accompany all about the up-sell. I know that I will get nothing out of them for my damage furniture. So if I stop people from using them, and go through the ordeal that we did then, that will be my restitutions. So if you want to take the chance and get a lowball and then get your furniture damage, then use that moving company. I really don't trust them at all . NOTrust movers!!!! Really Thomas! You made your movers call me after my post! How pathetic is that! You as a manager/owner don't even have the decency to call me. I gave the guys a tip because they worked hard in the rain. The damage was done after the fact, plus you guys already knew you damage my furniture, they called the office so you guys knew. I was told that you would call me. So people believe whoever you want to just beware.

WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE WARNING: GET MOVING INSURANCE. THEY STOOD BEHIND NOTHING! There is so much ore horrible things but I'm oly going to give a small cross section. Used their very polite, accommodating staff many times before but nice doesn't make up for idiocy. Three men that can't finish packing a small condo in 10 hours when one entire bedroom was off limits, paid $180/hr., then run out of room in the truck and have to leave plenty of my furniture behind. What movers do you know who ever left furniture behind. It's Friday and they can't delivery until Monday and offer to pick up the rest Monday. It's a condo with strict rules! No you can't just show up until you get authorization. They don't open until 9:00 Monday so they leave everything. Now I'm told I'm going to pay for a 2nd move. That didn't go over so moving man tells his company I said just leave it. I'll move it. Really? Then twists my words and calls me a liar. Monday delivery, Tuesday unpack(totally my fault) but almost every piece of furniture damaged and their idea of repairs a royal joke. Mover tells me one obvious LARGER than life scratch was already damaged before move and again I'm called a liar. I never leave reviews but the owner writes a reply on my fiancé's review, FAKE. HE THINKS HE IS DONALD TRUMP? Not getting away with that remark. Also wouldn't even replace 1 missing thing. Who are these people? GREAT MOVERS UNTIL THEY SCREW UP! You're warned.

I can happily recommend AllTrust Movers because they are saints compared to other companies in the area that were misleading and pushy over the phone. AllTrust Movers was highly professional and productive throughout this entire moving experience by maintaining the schedule we established and securely loading and transporting all my family's things. This move really couldn't of gone much better than it did. AllTrust Movers gives transparent pricing and very professional service overall. I can confidently recommend this moving service to others!

Owner called to argue with me. Said I called his men thieves and I said NO! Accidents happen and one box didn't get here. I tried for 30 minutes to get what I deserved and I finally hung up. I got so upset I raised my voice to a pitch that was making me sick. I never raised my voice until he pushed me to the brink. I was thought I was getting a professional mover. I had used them 4 times before and FIFTH time from Hallandale to Boca. Literally told I was their FAVORITE customer. 1) emptied out rented storage room and dumped our garbage, papers with old tax files in an alley behind someone's house. Homeowners got phone# from papers and threatened to call cops. 2) needed something in their storage facility and found my property thrown against concrete wall. $2,500 bed destroyed. ONLY USED THEM BECAUSE THEY TOOK CREDIT CARDS (5%), we'd paid in advance and we had no cash. THEY OWNED US 3) Ran out of room on truck???? 4) Left HUGE pieces of furniture in Hallandale and said a 150 lb frail 75 yr old man said, "Let me move it. Duh? 5) So late on Friday couldn't deliver-Gate wouldn't let them in at 9PM even if I said come. Unloaded my property over weekend for another move and loaded 2nd time- delivered Monday? 6) Broke or destroyed 40% of my EXPENSIVE furniture. Did you EVER hear of a mover that moved 20 pieces of furniture and 105 boxes that you would bring a truck that wasn't large enough to fit all your stuff. OMG! It didn't end there. Their employee put a 9" rectangular shape scratch on my nightstand that should have been refinished. The best was the lie the mover said that HUGE scratch was already there. NOT! I polished the nightstand before they picked it. LIAR! He likes to do that a lot. I can go on and on but I think you get the picture. 7) Lost ONE BOX and would not stand behind their loss even though I had book and #51 was not crossed off. After all the damage all I asked was to replace THREE things out of 20 in that box. My eyeglasses alone cost $1,200 to replace and I asked for $1,250. BUYER BEWARE! These were lovely people until I needed repairs or replacement for their mistakes. THEY SUCK! The manager even said to me"If employee left that furniture it's not hard to compute he lost a box and backtracked those words today. Worker called me a LIAR! Very favorite customer lies? I don't think so. I warned them I would write this review if they didn't do the right thing. I felt it was my responsibility to tell my story to protect you from them. If this is the way they do business DO NOT EVER USE THEM. I swore by them.

I used Alltrust for my recent move from an apartment to house. I used Yelp's Request a Quote feature and got feedback from a lot of different folks. All were charging around the same price, but Dimitriy was the first to call me and was pretty straightforward. The quote seemed lower than others, but I knew that my move would take longer than quoted and thus, end up being $1000+ which is what everyone else was saying. I was a little nervous because he didn't ask as many questions about the amount of stuff I had, but seemed confident and it ended up being a-ok. The morning of the move, the crew arrived even earlier than scheduled and the three men crew led by Kaz was ready to go. They worked very efficiently and with care. Super self sufficient! We paid for extra packing materials as needed to specially wrap some furniture, and I also had them pack up the kitchen which took extra time and supplies. It adds up but wasn't too crazy. Moving can be super stressful and I was very nervous to hire a moving company; however, this turned out a-ok! I sincerely thank the three men for being all stars and great to work with.

What a disaster! Contracted with Alltrust to move from Florida to Ohio. I have never had as much damage from a move ever. This is the quote from this company "Unfortunately, especially on a long-distance moves damages happen." The driver who delivered in Ohio when finished unloading asked me if I had everything and I asked him if maybe he should be checking off the inventory as he unloaded. Damaged night stand, dresser, headboard, footboard, destroyed a bar stool and completely destroyed a curio cabinet. Their offer for damages was $129.00, what a joke! Another quote from them "That's why we have insurance for free $0,60 cents per pound per article, or we have optional full value protection which is 10% from the stated value of your stuff. I'll attach the second proposal for the full value protection. Which should have been chosen before the move." In my 72 years I have made several long distance moves with no damage so what a surprise.

After coming across Alltrust through Yelp's "request a quote" feature for movers, I was continually impressed with the entire team. This included the flexibility of their scheduling department on move date, the care they took in delivering several large and fragile pieces of furniture, and being very patient with my elderly parents on the day of the move. I highly recommend Alltrust for any move.

This company just keeps getting worse! Now the manager is lying in responses to posts on other sites, saying that a secondary moving company caused my property's damage... THERE WAS NO SECONDARY COMPANY! The damage was noted as the movers unloaded my furniture from their truck into my storage unit! The manager also has been giving out my personal number to other moving companies, attempting to have them harass me with repeated phone calls! He contacted a different website where I posted a negative review and tried to dispute my review, saying I was never a customer! PLEASE...spread the word.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS HORRIBLE SHADY BUSINESS! They lie, damage your property, and make you pay for this abuse!

I requested an estimate about a wk ahead of time. Albert came out and did a thorough inspection of every nook n cranny of my small 2 bedroom apt. He said the job shouldn't take more than 6/7 hrs. He seemed honest and straight forward, so I was willing to pay the $1760.00 he quoted... Other movers contacted me and asked if my quote had been guaranteed, I ignored them. I was so sure Albert had been honest with me. These movers saw me coming and quickly realized that I clearly just left the move up to them. SEVEN hrs later, they were just getting ready to drive across town to unpack into my new apt. IT TOOK 3 OF THEM SEVEN HOURS TO LOAD THE TRUCK! At this point they looked into the face of a single woman, clearly alone and needing to trust the men I had chosen to do this job! One of the movers coldly looked into my eyes and said that from that point on it would be costing me an additional $220.00/hr I realized what they had been doing all along, I had been victimized! There were THREE of them with just me, I had no desire to say anything that could upset them. They took my silence as being a weak stupid woman that they could take advantage of. I expressed my displeasure at what had transpired to Albert by phone. He said he was going to speak to the owner. The owner did NOTHING! Finally I had to calI a MALE family member to my apt to address them and get them moving. When he questioned the slow pace at which they were working one of them stated that he should help because the longer it was taking, the more money for them, JUST LIKE THAT! I shared this information with Albert, and again nothing was done. I ended up paying $2556.50. It took them over 10 hrs to move a 2 bedroom 1100 sqft apt to another location 20 mins away! Had I remained alone, the fee would easily have been in excess of $3500.00 So customers beware, get a guaranteed quote from this company and if you're a single woman don't attempt to get any speed out of them solo. Get male assistance. I am so upset by my ordeal that I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau.

I had a very positive experience working with AllTrust Movers throughout this recent move. I have a home down in Miami and also there's a storage facility with some of my furniture, antiques and boxes in it. AllTrust Movers was able to successfully transport my things that were in storage into my home in Miami. They communicated with me during the move, so the final drop off was completed without any problems. I am satisfied with the AllTrust Movers team. Excellent company to do business with. Arrived early, the guys were hard working, polite and never wasted time. Anthony and Deion were the best. All and all it went extremely well. It might be helpful to get a quote that gives you a better idea as what the final bill might be. Mine was quite a bit more than our original quote. So it would be nice to be prepared with the proper payment amount. Other than that, I highly recommend Alltrust to my friends and neighbors. Thank you guys!

AllTrust Movers performed above my expectations for this move. The owner Dimitri is a straight shooter. Very honest, professional, and accommodating. They transported my furniture correctly and securely. I was impressed with Dimitri's attention to detail and willingness to adapt to all my needs during this move. From what I've seen, Dimitri is very patient and trustworthy. Hence the name for the company! Thanks again for maintaining efficiency this entire move.

They moved us in a time crunch. I am not a fan of moving companies, but AllTrust Movers definitely lives up to their name. And to be honest, some things take some extra muscle to get accomplished. Lucky for us, this was not super expensive muscle. They showed up to my grandmothers house on time, with extra materials, and a smile on their faces. Dimitri, the owner, was very friendly and professional. He didn't charge us for the extra boxes they brought. I guess they felt compassion for my grandmother, which is more than most companies would feel, I'm sure. They definitely proved themselves to be compassionate with their approach and genuine enjoyment for moving. Having an affordable, hourly moving company like Alltrust Movers, significantly reduced the time and strenuous activity my body had to endure. It was a good last minute idea to have them move us. They are a budget friendly moving company, so if you're big in saving money then this is already your type of company. The owner coordinated the pick up and drop off of my things in an organized manner. He spoke with me like I was a customer and not a burden. I enjoyed the speed of service, even though I was on an hourly deal. All my furniture and boxes were maneuvered inside the correct rooms, thanks to their team. So professional! These guys went the extra mile for me! I was surprising someone with a piano, the timing was all important. Not only were they easy to communicate with via calling and text they even accommodated us needing to park them around the corner until they we were ready. They didn't have to, but they even helped move furniture in the house to place the piano where it was best suited. I highly recommend this company!! Oh, I almost forgot... they built the piano bench for me, and left a furniture pad for me to use to hide the piano whilst we set-up!

I moved with Alltrust Movers recently. They were on time polite and professional. They wrap my glass table with special bubble wrap what I requested that not be damage. So everything went with no surprise. Definitely good moving team especially Alex. He did such a great packing labor he knows we he do. It's good to feel when people knows their job!! We used Alltrust to move myself and daughter into two different apartments. The two staff members were on time, didn't waste anytime and were super efficient. We are now using Alltrust again to do another move. A trip to our storeroom was included in the price. Very happy with Alltrust and would recommend them highly. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and efficient. Thanks for a great experience (have done two overseas moves with terrible outcomes) so I was wary of moving companies, Alltrust was a pleasure from start to finish.

Great moving company. Exceptional customer service, experienced movers, and licensed and insured. They also charge hourly, which is the best way to guarantee you don't get ripped off. I spoke with the owner Dimitri over the phone for about 30-40 minutes before establishing that they were a great fit to move my family. My family had furniture and paintings that we were interested in seling. We needed Alltrust Movers to move some of it into storage and the other half to our home in Fort Lauderdale. They did an awesome job taking direction and keeping our belingings safe. They upheld the hourly charges as well. It was much more cost effective and intelligent of me to hire a company like Alltrust Movers. They are wonderful movers and are worth every penny and then some.
