Moving blows. Moving from a 2 story townhome blows even more. Just the thought of carrying my mattress up and down stairs made my back, knees, forearms, chest, elbows, calves, neck, pinky, ankle, second toe, shins, buttocks, thighs, wrist and right ear lobe hurt. They were sore before I even lifted anything. So I decided to be an adult and get movers. After all, I'm not a cash strapped college kid anymore...I can spend a few bucks for the sake of my sanity - and body. After searching various businesses on Yelp I landed on Angel's page. I requested a quote via Yelp and got a reply back super quick. He sent over the quote, directions on how I could set up a deposit and contact info for follow up questions. I called him to set up - and found that the price he had quoted me was now different. He made a typo and said the first 3 hours was $250 - but it was actually just the first 2 hours. It's all good, I set up my move date. Then...my landlord asked me to move up my date (which I'm so glad she did because I would have never had enough time otherwise!) I called Angel to change my original move date a few days sooner. Those few days sooner ended up landing on Memorial Day. No problem. He'd have two guys there to assist me, and it wouldn't be a problem to change the date. Awesome. Moving day I got a call. They'd be ready to come 2 hours early - if I wanted. Actually, yes, that works out great for me! The earlier we start, the earlier we finish! Two gentleman arrived right on time....I signed some papers...and they got RIGHT TO IT. I had some big items like the aforementioned mattress, 2 dressers, a desk, and a couch. Plus, various other random items. All of my possessions fit into the truck - and there was still half a truck left. There's plenty of room to pack your belongings. Back at the new place they unloaded everything (I assisted and had 2 friends help carry some of the smaller stuff as well) and we finished the entire job in two hours flat. Like, exactly two hours - on the dot! It was nice to see the two gents work their asses off the entire two hours. There was no slacking. No milking the clock. Instead they were efficient and quick - while still making sure to be careful with my belongings. I had a fantastic experience - and hiring movers might be the best decision I've ever made. I got it done in half the time I would have. But, most importantly I saved myself some major soreness. Can't recommend Angel's enough if you are planning a move.

I have used them at least 5x times. They are very affordable. Moving is expensive. True, it's a mom and pop operation, and sometimes you can't believe they will get the job done, but they are very quick and efficient. Ask the right questions - know what are added extras and what you can do or buy on your own, as far as boxes, covers, etc. If you are moving last minute and your need flexibility and someone reliable, I highly recommend them.

Didn't have a good experience at all...they never mentioned the men who was helping us move was an older man who my husband ended up helping since we felt bad for him since they CHARGE PER HOUR....they also arrived LATE AND they NEVER told us they would charge extra for removing the fridge handles so they would fit through the door,,, ohhhh and by the way, one other thing, because they removed the fridge handles, they lost a small screw which was DIFFICULT TO FIND and NEVER APOLOGIZED for all the flaws...on the contrary, they wanted and seemed to be expecting a tip at the end after all went bad???!!I learned my lesson, if you need to move, ask if young men will be the movers...

The movers said they wanted to start at 8 but did not arrive until 9. They charged me $90 for their drive time because they are located an hour away but waited till 2 days before the move to notify me of this charge, which by then it was too late for me to find another mover. They moved extremely slow and took their time taking breaks for phone calls. They had no clue how to pack a storage unit which caused an even longer delay. The whole process was excruciating.

Told Angel the correct date via email and phone multiple times, yet he booked me on the wrong day. This is a big deal because I'm moving between condo buildings which require elevator reservations that are hard to come by. It was a mistake due to lack of attention and it completely screwed up my move. I'll probably have to wait weeks now, with my stuff in storage, to move into my new place. Huge disappointment.

AWESOME! I looked on Yelp, submitted a few offers to a few companies and Angels Moving response was fast and very affordable. The moving process was great.They were fast, friendly and so easy to work with. Strongly recommend using them.

Great movers! I've used them twice. They were very flexible with our situation, and great rates too. It is cash only, but it was a great deal, and they're very very hardworking and professional. Highly recommend.

I only needed them to move my stuff from a studio apartment on one side of Brickell to another one on the other side of Brickell, but I was very impressed that these guys got it done in under two hours! They were very efficient and super friendly, and I'll definitely use them again if I have another local move in my future!

These guys were awesome! Super professional--confirmed the appt a day before, came exactly on time (I think a few min early), and moved all with care. They had extra boxes and tape on hand for us for the last min stuff. These guys worked hard in the sweltering heat and up and down stairs, AND were super patient that we didn't have everything completely packed and even helped us deal with our loose, unboxed items. We totally went by yelp reviews to book this company and they were all on point (thanks fellow yelpers!) So glad we went with our "yelp gut" on this one as so many other Miami movers can be a bit shady.

4.5 The time had finally come: I was escaping Miami Beach! Barely able to contain my glee, I knew the last step in this process was one of the most important: who was going to move me? Looking around on the internetZ, all I could find were horror stories and tales of woe. Being Miami, I was primed to believe every sad and exasperated word. I didn't know what to do. Wait. I lie. I knew what to do: I asked someone who would know. Super Elite Eve C came through big time for me. She told me that she'd used Angel's company in the past (with the 5-star review to prove it) and he was who I needed to complete my escape. Trusting her, I called Angel and left a message. He called me back by the end of the day, explained the process, explained the costs, and went about handling everything else from there (insurance with the new building, time, etc.). I was on a specific time table (thanks to the rules from my new building) but Angel assured me he had it under control. He did (thank goodness) but I couldn't help but be nervous. Because, you know, Miami. His guys showed up on time and ready to work. At first I was concerned that there were only two guys. I was moving from a 2/2 with a ton of junk and a ticking timeline thanks to an elevator reservation at my new building. I shouldn't have been concerned. Not only were these guys strong as oxes, but they were total pros. These were professional movers, not some guys picked up off the street. They knew how to carry the heavy, awkward pieces without breaking/scratching anything. They were polite & courteous. They were wonderfully efficient. And, beyond all of the above, they were quick. Even though part of the pay scale rested on time worked, at no time did they move slowly or rest on their laurels in hopes of pumping up the bill. The respected my time and my wallet. I couldn't believe I was dealing with a Miami moving company. It was a pleasure to tip them out at the end of the day. From morning (pick up) until afternoon (delivery), Angel's guys came through in a big way for me. If you're moving locally in the 305, there's not another company to consider. Angel has you covered from beginning to end. The experience actually gave me faith in Miami businesses.* *It wasn't long until this faith was broken by another shady business.

I recently moved units within my building and used Angel's Delivery for the move. Gustavo & Basilio were extremely friendly and efficient. They moved fast and wasted no time. Both were very resourceful and friendly. Will definitely use again!

They were ok. Were not upfront about charging only CASH OR PAYPAL. They also asked me to pay the % that Paypal charges them which was never disclosed. Small apt one bedroom from Midtown to Kendall= $515.00 with very little furniture and I had put evertything out in the condo hallway so they did not have to come in and out of the unit. next time we use a moving company (wont be in a long while) everything has to be DiSCLOSED !!!

On time, professional, worlds away from any other moving company I've dealt with in Miami. I don't remember the last time I worked with people that were so efficient. There is no question that I plan to hire them again for our next move.

We called Angels Moving Company late afternoon yesterday to come today at 8 am. I received a phone call at 10 till 8 am, they were on time, were careful and professional, will definitely use them again.

Have used them twice and they were great. Jacob and Gustavo were super nice, very fast, and very conscious of getting everything moved within the shortest possible amount of time. Of course, you have to be a responsible "movee" for them to be the most efficient! So I made sure to have everything in boxes, already taped shut AND all of the boxes stacked in an easily accessible location for loading & rolling right out the door. I even had a misunderstanding about the booking time/date with Angel. But when I called him worried a little bit after the movers were supposed to be there, Angel juggled the schedule around so that they could fit my small move into the day!

I was very happy with the two movers Angel sent for my move on 2/21/14. Gustavo and Jacob were very professional and careful with all my furniture. They were fast and got the job done. I would highly recommend this company for any move.

This was my first time using a moving company out of all 5 times I have moved and it was definitely a good experience. Through the booking process, Angel was very responsive, answering every single one of my e-mails and phone calls (I changed my moving date three times so there were several calls and e-mails). His three guys showed up ten minutes earlier than expected and had my 3 bedroom house moved out and completely into our new place in 3.5 hours. They were very professional and worked the entire time without taking a break. Nothing was broken or lost in the move. The pricing was excellent as well. I got quotes from two other moving companies and Angel's Delivery and Moving was the cheapest. They only take cash so keep that in mind when booking. I would highly recommend using this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

Best moving experience we've had with professional movers. Great communication, fantastic work packing and boxing, careful loading, unloading and storage of all our belongings. And very reasonable prices.

hired this company for a recent move..and well...it was ok. It started on the wrong foot...were supposed to arrive at 8am and ended up showing up at 10. The moving guys were good...a lil on the slow side...costing me an additional hour, but I have to admit I do have a lot of stuff! My only suggestion will be to be on time, if time is money for them....then they should also have the same consideration for their customers.
