Moving can be SO stressful, but Fuentes Movers made me almost wish I had more for them to move! They were professional from the start, always responsive, willing to help us understand what the best plan of action was and not only did they show up on time, but they took care of all the paperwork needed when moving to/from a Miami highrise (not an easy feat) Every single piece they touched was meticulously wrapped and carefully placed on their dollys/flatbeds, etc to move to our new place. They made sure they understood where we wanted everything to go and as they unwrapped the pieces and moved them into place they cleaned up after themselves. Four guys came for our job and they were all in such a good mood, joking around, smiling and making conversation. It put us at ease and made the whole experience a pleasure. I recommend them to everyone!

Hands down best movers I've used. I've moved 4 times in 7 years locally. They were true professionals who were very polite and funny too. They moved approximately 1300 sf from one location to another in 4 hours. I highly recommend. Each step of the move was seamless from being provided a timely quote to unpacking the last item. Will use them again if I find I have to move (hopefully not).

I used an app to schedule movers recently, and when I went outside to greet them, I found out through the app that they cancelled. I called many places to find another moving company, and Fuentes had an opening to come and help. They did an AMAZING Job. They were fast, careful, and made sure everything was perfect before they left. DEFINITELY would recommend.

I called and spoke with Maggie, who was amazing , great customer service and to the point . I immediately knew I was going with them . Today my mom moved, it was quick and easy and the movers , we used the Red Team , they were awesome . Very careful and courteous . I highly recommend Fuentes Moving . Very professional and efficient. My sister will also be using them next month for her move .

Fuentes Movers was awesome & totally affordable! $400 for 3 hours with the truck & 3 guys, and $100 for each additional hour. I moved from Miami Beach to Palm Beach, and since I had packed up everything except the furniture, we were able to do the move in the minimum 3 hours- so fast! The guys were great, and I would totally recommend Fuentes movers to anyone moving any time soon. They'll get the job done, and they won't break the bank! Just keep in mind that they could arrive a little earlier than your scheduled time- we ended up starting the moving @ 8:10 am instead of 9 am . Who ever heard of anyone being early in Miami? Lol.

As usual Pedro's guys arrived early and did the job quickly, quietly, and safely. It's such a pleasure to have a company like this here in Miami and I'll continue to recommend Fuentes to everyone.

These guys were GREAT! Fuentes Moving really saves us. We had called them, last minute, after the scheduled moving company was cancelled due to total lack of professionalism. This moving company came the very mid to morning with a group of guys that quickly moved everything and with great care. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone needing movers.

Hired this moving company for a move within the same building in Aventura during October 2017. I was simply moving apartments within the same building. The crew arrived on time and moved everything, however, I wish I had hired someone else. The crew started moving furniture but did not place any protective wrapping on the furniture. All they did was wrap SOME furniture with really thin and cheap plastic. I advised them to use felt covers so that the walls or furniture did not receive damage. But they said that it is not needed... At the end of the move, the paint in my old apartment walls got scratched. There was paint residue on my furniture. I lost the security deposit for the apartment. On my new apartment, the walls are scratched. The crew did not place protective covers on my bed frame which scratched the walls of the new apartment. Upon complaining to the crew. The crew manager simply said that it should come off with soap and a nickels worth of paint. However he did not comprehend that my rental agreement requires me to paint the entire wall if there is damage. He even tried using his own SPIT to clean the wall!! My wife and I have left multiple voicemails to the company's management office but have not received a call back to this day. Our move was in October and it is now end of January still without hearing from the company's management office. Stay away and clear of this moving company!

Hired them to do my move on Friday, Feb 23. Ended up not being able to move in that day because I wasn't able to get the keys until later in the day due to BB&T system crash and my inability to get the cashier's check to the landlord. That's a whole other story. Anyways, I called them at 9 that morning to cancel and try to reschedule. Unfortunately, they did not have availability on the date requested. When I was finally able to get the check to the landlord, I called Fuentes at around 11 am to see if there was any way they could still move me that day. The female I spoke to said they'd be there at noon. While waiting for them to arrive, I got a call from Pedro saying that he had sent his guys to another location to do a move and that he had called his friend with a truck to see if he could help me with my move. Unfortunately, the truck had mechanical problems and he was unable to come move me. Thankfully, my boyfriend was able to give them his business by moving him out of his apartment to our new place yesterday. He was moving from Axis on SW 12th to Latitude on SW 7th, so not too far away. He said he was blown away by how great the guys moved everything. They had all of his stuff out and in the truck within 45 min. The total move time was an hour and a half (of course he paid the minimum of three hours). But that time is amazing! I write this review not only for my boyfriend's positive experience, but my own experience with Pedro in that he tried everything he could to help me move given my situation. I would recommend this wonderful and extremely professional company to all planning to move!

Do not call anyone else for your move. I had an extremely stressful morning and night before my move. Everything seemed to be going completely wrong except for my choice in movers. Fuentes moving was extremely accommodating, had everything securely wrapped, packed, and out of my old apartment within an hour. They arrived early with 4 men ready to do the job. Most importantly, they were courteous, professional, and handled my belongings with care. Communication was also an A+. I had to reschedule my moving date at least once and then the time I was moving at least once, doing so was hassle free. Throughout my move I was always able to contact a member of the Fuentes Moving team, which I believe is important for anyone who is moving. As long as I live in Miami, I will not be using any other company. I highly recommend booking Fuentes Moving for your next move, you won't regret it. I have to edit and just add how hardworking the 4 guys were that did my move. They took zero breaks and got the job done so quickly in what feels like 100 degree weather. I can't say enough good things about this company.

Wonderful experience! I called them yesterday for my parents house move after I canceled an appointment I made with a Groupon moving deal (note: the Groupon deals aren't deals at all). I read the reviews and knew that this was the company that we needed to hire. They were punctual and very knowledgeable. Beyond professional and trustworthy. I would recommend them to anyone. Very happy that I followed my gut instinct and decided to do some research before finalizing any plans. Oh and I forgot to mention that the move was today...lol I'm sure that they don't always have availability on such short notice, but I'm so happy that they made it work for our needs! My parents are beyond grateful for the five star treatment. If they are happy, I'm happy! Thank you all!

Fuentes Movers gave us a great quote for our move. They showed up right on time, and worked quickly and carefully to pack up all our belongings. I was amazed at how efficiently they got us moved in to our new home. They were polite, hard-working, and took care not to damage any of our things. I would highly recommend them!
