From the first call with Laurie Osorio to the pickup and unloading into a storage unit with Uzi and Denzel, all details were clear and professionally handled. They really did take the worry out of the process. They handled my items with care from start to finish. A great start to a new beginning.

I was very disappointed with my experience with Nationwide Vans Lines. I was moving from Philadelphia to the Boston area and needed my belongings placed in storage until I found an apartment. I booked it several months in advance and was promised by Rich a 2-day window for pick-up which would be a guaranteed date by one month of the move (it is very difficult for me to take off a day from work without several weeks notice). However, when I called a month before the date I was told that they couldn't narrow it down any further than the 2-day window. When I was finally able to talk to a supervisor, Alana, she explained that Rich was fired because he was giving out wrong information and agreed to stand by his promise. Rich had also told me that there would be a 7-day window for delivery. Two weeks before the move, I became aware that delivery would be impossible on the 7th day and was told by another associate that they would try to accommodate me. Move out day was fine (although they were somewhat late). Unfortunately, the price was higher than the estimate. Despite my daily phone calls they did not delivery my belongings within the 6 days I was available. I spoke to Kimberly who was rude and acted annoyed that I was bothering her. She kept insisting she would call with updates but never did. Finally when I called on day 5 she said my delivery would not be until day 7 and if I couldn't be there to accept it there would be over $1000 to delay the delivery. Fortunately I was able to speak to a supervisor, Nicole, who agreed to delivery it the following Monday or Tuesday with no extra charge. I was never contacted and the delivery date was continually postponed (which I only found out because I kept contacting them). My belongings were finally delivered almost 3 weeks after the pickup date. When they were finished 2 boxes were unaccounted for. The movers insisted they were moved in but they neglected to check them off. They refused to move anything in order to check. I guess I won't know until I have everything moved out. It will certainly not be by Nationwide Vans. Update: 2 days after I posted this review I was contacted by Rick. He offered me $500 to either take down the review or change it to a 5-star review. I would be wary of the good reviews for this company.

I normally dont take time to Leave good reviews for serviced like this because am Usually dissapointed but this company for sure knows what they are doing i hired last week when i moved from coral gables to brickell and it was very smooth they send me a two guys to help me move and the truck was very big, they provide me with mattress protectors and bubble wrap for my furniture, all my belongings were carefully taken care of and i was very happy with th service , i would definitely be using them when i move again.

We used Nationwide Van Lines for a very large move from Georgia to North Carolina in September. Dennis(The Beast) and crew moved an entire house including a full workshop effortlessly without any damage to our new house. Yes there were some minor issues but no more than with any other move. Alana who coordinated our move was terrific & was always in contact despite moving on Labor Day Weekend. In fact she followed up at a later date just to see how we are enjoying our new home. Good experience for what usually is a very stressful house move.

I used Nationwide Van Lines for a last minute move, and received outstanding customer service. I had some time restraints, and they were able to get me moved in less than a week's time. The movers, Danis and Andrey, were professional, courteous, and efficient (also quite humorous!). They made me feel at ease throughout the move (especially when I was concerned about fragile items). I have moved more times than I can count, and Danis and Andrey were the absolute best! Initially, I was a bit skeptical about using an online moving company, but the constant communication with Natasha, Nicole, and Rick was great (despite a miscommunication about the pickup time). They were able to effectively use Skype to provide me with a quote, and Danis and Andrey were able to deliver the next day. When scheduling pick-up and delivery times, I suggest not having any prior commitments because the times are subject to change (depending on circumstances such as traffic, pick-ups prior to your scheduled pick-up time, and drop-offs before your scheduled delivery time). Despite the timing mishap, I would not only recommend Nationwide Van Lines to others, but would definitely use them in the future!

You can spin it any way you want Rick, but you, me & God knows what you did to us during this move & overcharging at the last minute. You only paid 1/2 of what you totally overcharged us to begin with & that was not near enough for all of the damage, lies & deceit you pulled. I need to continue to warn these people so they are saved before you do the same to them.

Prompt, professional, clean and with a wonderful sense of humor, the crew made the month long process of moving a dream come true. It was raining I had an evening exhibit of my work at 6pm. They not only got the job done with time to spare, but even moved 20 pieces of art work I had forgotten to add to the contract. I gave them 60lbs boxes of books, glass framed art work, and a IKEA bookcase that was falling apart, and they gave a spotless delivery, and even nailed my book case back together. Thanks Nationwide Van Lines, you rock!

UPDATE: 6 years later! I was contacted by management at Nationwide to discuss my poor experience moving way back when. Their goal, was to resolve the issues I had all that time ago. I was taken back by the call due to the fact, any other organization most likely wouldn't have cared enough to go back and review past customers' feedback. We had a simple conversation and worked out a resolution that, finally, closed this 6 yr old chapter. So, let me say, WOW! Impressed and thankful that this new leadership team actually cares about the feedback received from their customers think and wants to have a positive outcome. Impressed. Thank you.

We recently moved my mother from Pembroke Pines to Atlanta. I put in a lot of time to do research and get estimates from many moving companies. It seems that all moving companies have their horrifying reviews and we exercised extra caution as a result. We ultimately decided on Nationwide based on their much better reviews and friendly customer service from Jessica. I am pleased to say that Nationwide did an excellent job and we could not have been more happy. Jessica was absolutely wonderful throughout the entire process! On the delivery end Fernando, Dwight and Denzell were outstanding!!! All three were a pleasure to deal with as they were friendly, professional and very careful with all of our belongings. We are so glad that we chose Nationwide and will again when another one of our family members is ready to move.

I am, was, still very upset with the service that my Mother was given by you all. Not very fair at all. I had my Mother let me listen to the way that Alanna/Alana speaks to customers. I heard her speaking and while explaining to my Mother what was going to happen and I was floored. How is a human with such lack of moral compass in a service industry, let alone given "management" duty's. I thought she may just be having an off day, so I called myself to see if she if she was still going to think that she knows everything. I found out real quick that NOPE, she is the exact same, no matter the person. It was so upsetting that to know my family was treated this way by a vial person. My experience was very disturbing to say the least. I called and a Kimberly picked up the phone, who was too good to speak to me, she transferred me to the manager alanna/alana who busy as well, so a Jessica answered and tried her best to stall while her "manager" was busy. (word of advice, make sure the person is on mute or hold before you say that "its that crazy b*tch again). Not realizing that I speak low and soft from throat cancer, I AM A MAN, NOT "THAT CRAZY B*TCH" Hints the name Anthony. Finally I speak with the lack of management and let her know what I just experienced. She not only, said ma'am, which I was still shocked about, but she said "if you want help, dont speak to the help speak with the manager/myself who can make a decision and get you what you an answer, not someone who screens her calls". I told her we did not want to do business with them and she said if you all think that you will find a company out there that is as good as we are then good luck, I am too busy to convince someone. (Just plain ignorant). Wow I hope you all find Jesus and a Moral Compass AsAP, but until you get a manager that is intelligent, Bob Norman from the news is being called and CC'd on this as well, because you all should be exposed for who you are. IF THIS GETS REMOVED, I WILL HAVE MY LEGAL ADVISERS AND ALL MY SURVIVOR FRIENDS WILL POST THE EXACT MESSAGE, UNTIL IT STAYS. YOU ALL HAVE NOT HEARD THE LAST OF US. ITS SAD THAT IN THIS DAY AND AGE THAT THIS IS GOING ON.

Used Nationwide for our move between Atlanta and Philadelphia. Uzi and Antonio were very professional with the move and did a great job packing up our apartment. They were very quick given what the job entailed and nothing was broke during transit. The pricing was very fair and most importantly there were no hidden fees. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a long move!

From start to finish everyone that i have dealt with at Nationwide Van Lines have been nothing but professional. They made my move from NY to Miami less nerve wrecking. Everything arrived on time and in the same condition and they put them in the appropriate rooms. I will DEFINITLEY be using them again.

Expert staff for a long distance move! Our move was very challenging. We were downsizing from 4000 square feet in NJ to 1500 square feet in Miami. We had to make several changes to our content list as we sold or gave away furniture. Rachael was extremely patient with us and so helpful! In addition the things we were moving were difficult and probably the three most hated categories for moving companies - 1. Large exercise equipment weighing 1300 pounds, 2. Several pieces of large antique furniture, 3. Extensive art collection including 15 large artworks under glass. Our coordinator Johnny was fantastic! We were packed up in a day, delivered to our new address in 1 week and unloaded and set up in 4 hours. The South Miami crew was nothing short of spectacular delivering all the exercise equipment up a narrow flight of stairs. All the art and glassware arrived in perfect condition. Johnny was kind enough to bring to our attention that one of the joints in the dining table had been slightly compromised during transport. An easy fix that Nationwide paid for. It was so slight we may have never even noticed. Honesty, affordability and expert service - we will definitely move with Nationwide again!

We have used this service twice to move from NJ to FL. Both times everthing went exactly as expected with the exception of the men who arrived to load and unload our belongings. Both times they were friendly, careful, patient and gracious. We could not have been happier.

My family recently moved over 700 miles, in what should have been one of the most stressful times in our lives, we found the entire experience beginning to end to be wonderful, stress free, and reassuring. The crew that moved us was careful, professional, and took their time to make sure that our items were handled properly. Communication was great, and we had our items within 5 days of our pickup. I needed my stuff delivered by the Tuesday after a long holiday weekend, and the guys were here on Sunday before, doing my drop off in the extreme heat.

I used them while back to move from one apartment to another. It's a nightmare dealing with the condo rules and regulations of moving but they did everything perfectly. Can't even tell you how easy they made it for me. I even had my mom use them recently and she had an amazing experience. Definitely will use them for any future moving needs.

This is my second time using Nationwide for a move - dependable, courteous and careful movers. My most recent move was from MD to GA. The first team picking up my items was Uzi and Luiznee. Uzi patiently walked through the paperwork and they both wrapped up the furniture and moved the boxes with care. The second team dropping off my items was Richardson and Luiznee. The drop off was lightning fast! They use a "bingo sheet" to tick off all items as they are moved into your home. Very effective. Nothing was lost. Even our glasses arrived unbroken. They also assisted with placing furniture where we wanted it to be. Management should know that the assistant, Luiznee, is an incredible employee. Hardworking and with a great disposition, very courteous to customers. I would highly recommend using Nationwide Van Lines for you next move between states.

Another move by these guys I have never seen a great bunch of guys that took so much care and put up with my wife's nagging orders .. both crews these guys and the guys that moved us 3 yrs ago were both totally amazing I would never use another company after the service and treatment we have received from these guys
