So it's been awhile, and I've been meaning to write this second review. I moved back to Miami in 2016 and immediately contacted Pierre Byers Moving to handle my move. My past experiences with him had left a good impression. I had packed everything into a Door-to-Door storage container, but in my new building, that wouldn't have been feasible to have it delivered. (Note to self: Miami apartments/condo are not good for that type of moving.) The team met me at the storage location in Broward County, loaded their truck, and then met me back at my new residence. All in all, it took about five hours and cost about $510 + generous tip. Seriously, I wouldn't recommend anyone else. Hire them for your next move. And for those who didn't have good experiences, that seems so unlike them and I hope that those who read these reviews give less weight to them. I have found Pierre Byers to be courteous and clear in setting expectations for what they can do and meeting my expectations of my items and myself being treated with care and respect.

By far the best moving experience I've had. They were fairly priced, had an amazing crew and made it up 3 flights of stairs with all of my items, including 2 large sofas, and did so with care and didn't hurt a single item. I will use them for all my moving needs and recommend them highly!

2nd time very satisfied customer. After using Pierre B. Moving in 2016 (an outstanding experience), I did not even bother to get any other moving quotes. I knew we would want Pierre Moving again to handle this usually stressful task to move our dtr from her CONDO to her new home. Again, Pierre & his crew were professional, with exceptional care in pre-packing & wrapping each fragile piece of furniture with padding which resulted in each item arriving safely at final destination - without incident. His rates are fair and his team worked diligently to maximize their time efficiently. HIGHLY RECOMMENT PIERRE BYERS MOVING!

I did my search looking for a good moving/packing company and I decided to contact Pierre Byers after reading the reviews. I have to empty the house in 12 days and I explain that to the owner. UNFORTUNATELY or maybe fortunately my experience was just cut by trying to get a quote. This was one of the worst I have ever had with a SERVICE company. First: I had to call several times to get someone to my house; second: I was promised to receive a quote by next morning, I had to call in the afternoon to check what was going on; and, third: two days later I haven't received the quote. Now, because I was waiting for him I am more than behind! Then, imagine how is going to be the move if I decide to use this company!!!!!!!!

After I read all the good comments I decide to try and all I can said is my experience was so bad, first they spend around five hours to move just one room and all boxes from my home to an storage located (just two blocks away). Second just one person did all the job because the "assistant" o second guy spend all the time doing nothing also he has very bad actitud, last I feel that they did everything to slow to charge more hours, I this is not good, good work deserve to paid good, and I really upset when people try to earn money in the easy way..... honestly worst experience and I don't recommend this company!

After being ripped off by Father and Son Moving and Two Guys Moving, I was hesitant about hiring another moving company. I'm so glad we called Pierre. He works very hard and efficiently. There are no hidden charges (like the two other companies I mentioned) and Pierre offers the best deals. Most importantly, nothing was broken or damaged. You won't regret calling this company. No games and no gimmicks!!!

1st class service all the way. Pierre and his team came by and loaded up my stuff. He disassembled my bed that probably required an engineering degree and put it together just like new at my new place. Best of all, after they were done he even gave me a ride back to my old place to pick up my other car, free of charge. Highly recommend, they're professional and very polite. Everything including price was explained upfront. No hidden fees or surcharges. Just by talking with them I knew my stuff were in good hands. Thanks again Pierre!

I have used the service of this company trusting all the reviews on Yelp They are all true and more I had the best move ever in my moving career. I have moved countries, states and city so many times, if only this company would of followed me as well, my life would of been easier. My move with Pierre Byers was the smoothest, nicest and easiest Not even a dent, scratch or a broken piece. These guys are good. I used the u Haul "pod" system to move from Rhode island to Florida. U Haul has a list of movers that will do final move from the drop off location. I contracted Pierre to move it upstairs from the box. They called immediately after I signed in RI and full information on what they would do and how to make it go smoothly. It was smooth and on time and a perfect experience. Btw. The u Haul system is very easy and cost effective

It's been several years since last I needed Pierre and his talented movers. I had but a few items that needed to be moved into storage. They were big, heavy and antique. Pierre took the time to carefully secure everything and to make sure it all was protected. They were quick, efficient and as always friendly. I've used other movers but I will always return to Pierre and crew as they have never tried to pull one over me or do a shoddy job.

These people were hired to move a 2 story house with three rooms and they showed up with two movers. They also were paid to pack. You would think they would come prepared with more movers. They worked at the pace of a turtle. Thankfully, I had already packed most of the house. Towards the end, I found one of my favorite home decorations in pieces and when I asked them about it, no one knew anything. I feel they didn't plan their day well. They came unprepared and chose to only use 2 movers so that they won't have to split the money amongst more workers. I regret hiring this company and I recommend that you look elsewhere for movers.

Pierre has moved my family 5+ times in the last couple of years and he's GOLD! The efficiency and amazing job they do has been the best I've experience in my life. Living on the move because of my job has made me move almost every year for the the last 15 years and until Pierre, I dreaded the year anniversary that meant another relocation. He wraps and packages the furniture that there is no chafe for it to be damages (unfortunate accidents apart), he's a master at storing and his team works very fast and efficiently. If you need to move CALL HIM. You won't regret it!

This company is an example of how moving companies, if not all companies should operate. Amazing customer service, quality care and consideration of items being moved and great staff and movers. I spoke with Pierre when he saved me after another company "move for less" failed to show for my move (I scheduled it with that company a month in advance). Pierre Byers had less than 24 hours notice and they showed up exactly as agreed with 3 men owner included and no extra side charges for use of their blankets to protect my belongings (this is called Gold Standard in my opinion). The company moved me during a very busy rush hour on Thursday night and let me tell you they moved me in less than 5 hours (totally beyond my expectations for a Broward to Dade move). This company is a class act and will forever get my business and will be my ONLY referral when it comes to moving. If you wanna get jerked around and angry call someone else, but if you want to be treated with Gold Standards call Pierre Byers my only source for moving - thanks so much guys :-))

Excellent service!! Pierre was courteous and responsive, able to accommodate a last minute move, and did it professionally and at a great price!! Would recommend him without reservation!! He gave me an accurate price quote, came exactly when he stated, called me on the way, and even fixed some screws on my bed frame (broken long ago) when he was reassembling it!!!!

Had to make a quick last minute, same day move..... Everyone gave me high priced quotes for 2 boxes I need to move soooo I Gave Pierre a call and his answer was an IMMEDIATE YES!! Pierre Byers was highly recommended to me by my coworker, as she has used his services for all of her moves in Miami, and I will recommend him to others as well. He is first of all, very reliable/punctual, which is hard to find in Miami! In addition, his quotes were reasonable for the amount of time, effort, and materials required in my move. Further, he and his staff were extremely professional and courteous and basically eliminated the stress of moving. Highly recommend.

Professional, Trustworthy and Honest!! I called to have them move me from a down stairs unit that didn't workout that I had previously moved in earlier that week. Due to some problems with that apartment we had to move back to our old place (which had a much better view of the ocean anyway) so no love lost. They we quick careful with all of our stuff and did it in record time! The price was fair and they showed up the very next day after my call on time and ready to do the heavy lifting! I would def recommend them to my friends and family!!
