I'm late on this review but I used Small Time Movers about a year ago. They were so wonderful I am about to reach out to have them help me again! Eddison is quick to respond, reasonable and just generally easy to deal with. His men were professional, courteous and went above and beyond. One of them even helped me load stuff into my car that I hadn't packed up, which he didn't have to do but was a nice touch. They arrived early (when does that ever happen with movers?!) and I was able to get my own stuff done while they were there because of how efficient and out of the way they were (really appreciated when working on a tight schedule!). For all of the aforementioned reasons, as well as a few I am sure I forgot, I would highly recommend Small Town Movers!

I've used them twice and they have been great. Reasonable prices, respectable employees and they work very hard. I recommend using small time movers when you need to move. I would definitely use their services again.

Moving is rarely fun, but this necessary evil can be mitigated by a good moving company. That was my experience thanks to Small Time Movers. They came recommended from a trusted friend. At first, I'll admit I was a little hesitant because I had a bit of trouble getting consistent communication. But as the move date got closer, everything was firing on all pistons. The movers showed up on time, were honest and helpful, and made our moving process totally seamless. The peace of mind this gave my wife and I was invaluable, especially for their fair prices. Hopefully others will take heed and use their services when needed.

These folks were outstanding! Prompt, reliable, reasonably priced and just pleasant. They made the process easy for me. They worked really hard; treated me and my things with respect; and were diligent and careful with their task. I would recommend them without any hesitation. Thank you!!

I could not be happier that Small Time Movers was recommended to me! I needed someone to move me from one apartment to the other in the same building without having to pay a super high travel/truck fee,which all the other companies wanted to do. I was only charged a $25 fee for gas and travel expenses and only needed to book a 2 hour minimum at an extremely affordable rate. Paying the kids down the street would have cost me more. The 3 guys who came to move me were polite,professional and very careful with everything they needed to move. They were even a little bit early which in this day and age is unheard of. This is the company I will recommend to everyone needing to move and for all my moves in the future.

My mom and I just used them for our recent move and could not be happier! They handled all of our items with care and were super professional the entire time. Their prices are competitive with other companies in SoFlo and would definitely recommend them to anyone of my family or friends that need a moving company.

Highly recommend this mover, I have been used them three times already. They are very professional and reliable. They wrap everything very well and respect all items you have. They are on time and enthusiasm about what they do.

I hired them for the second time and it was (again) the best and right choice. They are extremely polite and puntual. They arrived 15 minutes before 9 am. Most of the stuff inside the apartment were in a box, so they started with that, once they finished with them, bed, couches and dinner table were next, they disassemble everything and wrap it to protect each piece. Two guys helping and bringing everything downstairs and one organizing everything inside the truck. Again, extremely glad With the service they provided. 5 stars for them.

I found myself having to do another move and once again I contacted Small Time Movers. This latest move was extensive and complicated , we needed to make three stops to pick up furniture to deliver to one location in the Keys. The truck arrived on time, with four men to prepare furniture for the move. As in the past my possessions were treated with care and respect, all items were carefully wrapped before loading on to the truck. The move took over nine hours, the men were very professional and the price was very reasonable.

I found this fabulous moving company on Angie's List: A+ rating & uniformly wonderful reviews. I can see why prior patrons recommended them. The three men who moved us each went out of his way to help with all of our needs. They disassembled an IKEA bed & perfectly reassembled it! They were professional & intelligent, kind & careful. And they finished quickly! And no scratches on our beautiful wood floors! The company owner, Edison Cruz, always was available by phone, promptly responded, honest & made it easy to coordinate our move. The rate they charged is exceedingly fair. I feel very positive recommending Small Time Movers. No more searching for movers: I'm sticking with them!

Small Time movers has helped me move two times already. I highly recommend them. All my furniture was delivered safely. So worth it I was able to relax and have a great move. The where very professional and sufficient with their time.

I was very disappointed this third time I used Small Time Movers. The first two times were great experiences, but this time, not so much. The movers were quite rude, and never even thanked me for my business. They just made me walk back to their truck (in the hot sun) and just said "here is bill." They arrived at my condominium in very large truck, initially blocking the driveway. when I had advised dispatcher that I only had about 18 letter size boxes. They claimed truck could enter the public storage building, but ended up having to park their large truck outside. The bill was double what it was several years ago for the same time and work. I do understand prices increase, but was surprised that it was double. I will look for another mover next time. David L. Coconut Grove, Florida

Wow! I can't say enough great things about Small Time Movers. My boyfriend and I moved from a 1/1 first floor apartment to a 2/2 third floor apartment and hired Small Time Movers. Both of us have had mediocre to horror experiences with past movers so it was very important for us to find good quality service. I did my research and saw that their prices were at or below other companies' prices. I spoke to Edison over the phone who was friendly and guided me through the booking process. He sent me a quote and short video about their company. The movers exceeded our expectations. They were punctual, professional, and fast. I highly recommend them and will definitely hire them again for our next move.

The where able to move me out of my storage and into my new house on short notice saving me from having to rearrange my whole week. The guys where polite, professional and did a fantastic job. Incredibly trustworthy, honest and dependable movers (a hard combo to find in Miami). Individually wrapped all furniture items and our out-of-area move went without a hitch. Ownership is top notch, so you are in excellent hands from the top down. Pricing is very reasonable as well. We had a simultaneous home purchase and sale, which was stressful, but Small Time Movers took away a lot of the anxiety related to the move. Highly recommend!!

We hired this company for our move from miami to Orlando. We can honestly say that Edison and his crew were amazing. They helped me pack my house and move all of our furniture carefully to the trucks. They were awesome uploading and unloading everything. They took good care of all of our stuff. They know what they are doing. They drove from miami to Orlando and worked extra hard since our original storage was not going to work last minute and they ended up driving to another storage to drop off all of our stuff. We definitely recommend this moving to anyone in miami that needs to moved. They are amazing and work very efficient and hard. I would give them ten stars if there was an option for it.

The movers were on time, pleasant and extremely efficient. They were very careful with my belongings yet worked as quickly as possible. The price was very reasonable and I will definitely use them again in the future! Highly recommended!

I cannot recommend this service to anyone! If I could go back in time, I would have never used it - they were friendly, that is true... And they also damaged severely 2 brand new pieces of furniture. Gave a million excuses - none professional or legitimate, refused to pay for the damage. Irresponsible! Stay away! Poor customer service! They don't care about your property!
