Top Notch Movers are definitely top notch! They provided a reasonable quote over the phone, called two days prior to our move to confirm and showed up ready to go on the day of the move. Andre and Arthur were extremely professional and hardworking and cared about their work (and our items) and loaded up the truck in no time. The following day Tony and Jeffrey unloaded into our storage unit and again, were very hardworking and professional. The job actually took fewer hours than estimated, and we were refunded the difference. WOW...great company, great move, definitely TOP NOTCH!

We hired Top Notch Movers to move our family from Miramar, FL to Viera, FL. The process was very smooth. Henry came to our house to do the estimate. He was excellent! Very professional and honest. The quote was very straightforward, no hidden fees. He provided us several options and costs for each of them. The communication from the quote stage through the actual moving date was very good. They were always there for any questions I may have. I selected to have the services of full packing and delivery. The team that came to pack and deliver my goods was excellent. Very professional crew and they cared about all my goods. They packed very well to the point that NOTHING was broken. A very important note about this job was the honesty and professionalism of the crew. One of the guys found some money that I forgot in one of my drawers. The gentlemen came to me and told me about the money that he found and delivered to me. Not a penny missed. That's HONESTY and PROFESSIONALISM. I value that a lot and I think is very important for the Movers business. Thank YOU Arthur. Based on my experience with Top Notch Movers I will hire them again without any doubt. We moved a 2 bedroom apartment into a 1 bedroom, with a stop to drop off a bed, mattress set and TV. It took from 10am to past 6:30pm which was not great. The team was slow. The quote was initially fair for the amount of time it SHOULD have taken. Instead of $1,300 with some light packing, it was just about $2,200. They charged for boxes that weren't new - they were used. The 3 wardrobe boxes they promised for free - were, but then pillows occupied several others that were unnecessary. I supplied some boxes and loads of packing materials but never recieved any consideration for that. In the end, they ended up crushing a ceramic Tiffany piggie bank that was under my daughter's bed when they switched out her headboard for the full bed we moved from the original location. They never told me about that, although they did caution that the bed's screws were getting stripped so to be careful in the future if moving it. I never went back to look at the bed as we were racing to get to the new location before we lost use of the service elevator. The 4 gentlemen were respectful and nice. However, there was no hustle or seemingly any need for speed. The office staff was nice and well intentioned. I don't know if I would hire them again. I might but it is difficult to fight the pricing increase with loads of additions listed at the end of a very long day. Keep the job tight and they might be right for your next moving needs. I went down swinging.

I used yelp to find movers and was very happy with the result. They called two days ahead to confirm the time, and were accurate in their estimate of what time the movers would arrive. Tony and Richard were both polite, professional, quick and pleasant. One of the smoothest moves Ive ever had and at one of the cheapest quotes I got back! Will absolutely recommend to others who are moving.

DO NOT GO with these people! They will con you into getting a telephone estimate! Then on the day of move they will screw by acting all surprised that you even have closet boxes ( as if people don't wear clothes at all) then they will pull out a list and go over stuff and refuse to mover anything unless it is on that stupid list! Down to each freakin broom! Then ask you for more money coz they know you have to move. If you do move with them, they will damage your things!! PATHETIC

Terrible service. People who came to my house were not focused. Packed clothes so terrible, just threw expensive clothes, shoes, hats together with lamps, etc. I paid around 1500$, but they fooled me and left did not finish their job. One bedroom was not assembled. Very expensive service, but no quality.

I've moved with Top Notch Movers twice over the last 3 years. To be fair, my first experience with them was probably a 4 star experience which caused me to hire them a second time which turned out to be a major mistake. My last experience was my worst experience with a moving company that I've had to date (if there was a negative star rating I would give one). Items were broken, improperly packaged AND *most importantly* items were stolen during the move (this isn't conjecture, this is 100% fact). Unfortunately I didn't learn about most of it until months later after I was able to inspect our items post-delivery. Here's the full story: I hired TNM to help me load a storage container in FL that I was having shipped to my new place of residence (about 7-8 months later). However, once we received our container, it was CLEAR that certain high value items (computer, luxury items) were stolen during the loading of the container. I contacted the moving company to inform them of the issue - I was initially disappointed in the way that it was handled by Top Notch. There seemed to be no accountability at all on their end, they continued to lean on the fact that the move was "too long ago" for them to take any actions. So, I was forced to report the theft to the police, AND I was forced to file a claim with a 3rd party (MovingClaims.net) which remains unresolved. I've spent hours, days, weeks and months now performing my own investigation into what happened on the day of my move. Luckily I had DETAILED records of our stolen items, including serial numbers of the computer and some unique identifiers/photos/receipts of other items. After reporting the stolen goods to the police, it turned out that one of the movers at Top Notch had #1 sold our stolen items to local consignment stores AND #2 tried to PAWN our stolen computer which led to the pawn shop reporting the stolen item to the police. This led police right back to the mover who was responsible for packing our items in the container. It's an open and shut case that either it was a rogue mover or a coordinated effort by the movers to steal our high valued items. I'm not sure if TNM can improve upon this review - but if they are fully accountable for admitting a mistake was made in hiring a mover who has a history of criminal activities AND provide some compensation for our losses, that would be a good start. Every company is entitled to making mistakes in their hiring ONLY if they're fully accountable and own up to the issues that this has caused a repeat customer. Trust me, it has caused me A LOT of misery and taking up A LOT of time over the last few months. And they need to give their current and future customers some assurances that issues like this have been addressed and will not happen again. Side note: My advice to anyone not only considering hiring TNM, but any movers in general is to keep *detailed* records of the items that you're moving and try to inspect said items ASAP post delivery. It will help you down the line in case you find yourself in the same situation. In this case, I was taken advantage of because the movers knew that I was keeping my items in storage for a long time, and I'd have no way of checking their work until months after the fact.

The Arthur and James the movers that came did a great job. We moved to another floor in the same hi-rise. We had basically two bedrooms of furniture and a couple of dining room items. One was a grandfather clock. Upon arrival the movers said they had been told the only item to move was the clock. Anyway they quickly adapted and moved everything in about 2 hours and 20 minutes. The minimum charge is 3 hours. They came with a big box truck, that seemed unnecessary as they never used it. Anyway the move cost about $500. Everything was moved damage free. Need better communication between dispatcher and the men doing the move. Overall very satisfied.

I reach out to Top Notch n got in touch with Henry who gave me z great price to move from Fort Lauderdale Fl to Maywood NJ. Henry was on point with price n because I didnt gave z place in NJ. Henry offer to keep my stuff store in their storage. The came in n packed every professionally. When I moved to NJ I reach out to Henry n I got my stuff in a week. The guys Alex n Viktor deliver my tuff to Jersey save n sound. The were professional as well. I reccomend Top Notch to everyone. Great people great service.

Hired them to help my elderly parents move from a condo to another five minutes away. The highlight of the move was that *the movers stole all of my mother's credit cards* during the five minutes that she stepped outside to check on the elevator. They also broke a table and a lamp. Regarding the broken items, they promised they will have their insurance compensate them (no news after six days). Regarding the stolen credit cards, they take no responsibility whatsoever and claim their employees are all very honest, despite the fact that the cards were all stolen during the move and someone tried running charges on them the day after. [The non-response from the service provider is all untrue. They stopped answering our calls after the claim was made and are now sending threats via email. Stay away from this dishonest moving company!]

My boyfriend and I used this company to move our two apartments from Miami high rises all the way to a high rise in NYC. Long distance moves are not easy and you have to find a dependable company that communicates clearly with customers. I'm so happy we chose top notch, they gave us a great rate and were very good throughout the process. They delivered our things on the day we moved and worked around the building's strict moving schedule which saved us a weekend at a hotel. The movers actually forgot two of our boxes and a painting but they quickly brought it to us in the same week. I highly recommend using them and I will use them again in any future long or short distance move.

Really disappointing. They get two stars because their movers were friendly, at least. To begin with, they "hid the ball" on estimates--moving it up at the last minute (by that time it was too late to switch movers) by more than 10%. They told us that the higher amount would only be charged if the movers needed to take additional time. Well, guess what? The movers didn't need the additional time and they charged anyway. Then they tried to make us sign a document allowing them to charge another $200 if we challenged the charge on our credit card. No surprise that they had that document cooked up already. None of our stuff was broken, but we'd never use them again. UPDATE (2.27.2017): On closer inspection, it turns out that there were some pretty significant dings and scratches to a table and chairs that were moved. We didn't see it initially because the movers (conveniently) put the damaged side up against the wall. We'll post pictures so you can see for yourself. This Yelp review has now generated a response from the movers. At first they were conciliatory, but now they are threatening unspecified "legal action" based on this review. Needless to say, this one won't be taken down. If a company has to threaten to sue its paying customers, maybe something is wrong?

I have moved twice with Top Notch Movers. Each time is better than the last and both times were 5 star experiences. Top Notch Movers hire the best crews with great attitudes. The men handle your things with care and they are always willing to go the extra mile without complaints. Moving day is always stressful, but moving with Top Notch Movers takes the stress out as much as possible. I highly recommend these guys for all of your moving needs. Average cost of moving is $25 an hour per worker and usually will need 2 workers minimum. Asked for a quote to move furniture for a single bedroom only 6 miles and was told it would cost $400 dollars. This would be a two hour job maximum and is way overpriced. I would look elsewhere.

When we were left high and dry by another moving company at the last minute I found Top Notch Movers and my husband gave them a call. Long story short they were able to accommodate our next day move with expertise and a smile. Don't hesitate to call these guys!

Top Notch movers were amazing on the day of our move-in! The process of receiving a quote all the way to finishing with the move-in was all very smooth and easy. Our movers arrived on time and although it took an extra hour as opposed to what was quoted it was understandable. Would definitely use Top Notch movers again

This was my first time using Top Notch Movers and it was a wonderful experience! Sam and Tony were very professional and fast. They paid special attention to all my items by making sure that everything was securely covered and taped up. Not to mention they were very comical as well. They were able to get my whole move done in about 3 hrs. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a quality mover.

Top Notch is probably the best moving company I've used, and I've moved around plenty! Ramaz and David were phenomenal. Would recommend this to anyone moving locally or statewide. Well deserved 5 stars!

Avoid at all costs.... To preface my recent move with Top Notch, I have moved 6 times in 8 years all over the country with various movers. This by far was my worst experience with the most outright broken furniture ( over $3500 in new furniture). Years ago, I read an article that stated to make moves easier you should find a local company willing to go long distance, with their own trucks, using their own employees. Also that it was best to pay a little more for direct moving services with just your belongings on the truck (as opposed to national companies loading multiple shipments in a truck)and it was recommended to get full valuation insurance...so I have done that with all of my moves previously... I assumed this move would be no different given the prior ratings I had seen for Top Notch, however I was sorely mistaken. Andriy helped me initially to give me a quote and set up the move in May for a July move date. I told him I wanted a direct delivery to Texas, with just my belongings on the truck and he said ok they will pick up on Friday and deliver in Texas on Monday. He told me that they didn't offer full valuation insurance themselves only the crappy 60 cents per pound ( should have been my first red flag) But since it was a direct delivery he told me that it should be fine and I thought it would be. I get a phone call then in Jul, 1 day prior to them packing, from Noah in dispatch, who informed me that they would pick up on Friday but weren't sure when they would deliver in Texas-could be the following Tue or Wed. I was shocked, given that I had lined up everything in the last 2 months for Monday delivery in Texas. He said oh you paid for direct delivery, but no guaranteed...I said, what is the difference?, I was never offered anything but a direct delivery, also if it is direct to Texas, why would it be later than Monday...He offered no good explanation and said well he is not even sure when he will get a driver to go to Texas?. He also said if I wanted I could cancel, I was livid, you mean cancel my packing and moving for the day after??..so he thinks I am going to find new movers in 24 hours.. He also said well if I wanted I could call this third party insurance for full valuation insurance. However, at the point it was too late for me to get insurance after calling the 3rd party and because I had trusted Andriy back in May saying I don't need it...after a back and forth and speaking with the Manager, Henry, I paid extra to have them deliver on Monday in Texas. On Monday, Just 2 men came to deliver my things (even though I have a lot of boxes which took 3-4 men to load in Florida) WITHOUT even a hand dolly or any other moving help. So they lifted heavy boxes for 9 hours to move my stuff in! The company clearly did not care to equip them properly or care for the safety (given the heat, back issues lifting).... After they unloaded everything it was apparent the packers were not professional, at all...Large pieces of furniture were damaged/outright broken due to negligence. ....I expect small dings from moving but this was large damage just due to unprofessional movers. I called Henry, the manager to resolve the issue, and of course given the run around again saying well you can see if you can get 60 cents per pound. This company was terrible in every way, if you care about honesty and would like your belongings intact upon arrival I would definitely avoid them.
