Five stars for Dawayne,Jacobe,Harry,and Christian!!!!,..they did an excellent job moving a beautiful and very heavy dining room set,..they are 100% professionals,...and we thank them for their outstanding service!!!

We used two men and a truck 3 months ago to move a three bedroom apartment. It took 5 men and 2 full days (extremely inefficient), in which they broke a vase, damaged furniture, forgot to take half the stuff of one of the rooms (we had to move on our own- including a crib and piece of furniture we had to dissamble), and were not even able to assemble the bed they dissembled. We have been trying to get damaged at least for the vase and one piece of furniture that is unsalvageable, and they stood us up 4-5 times for an "inspection". We received an offer to get paid less than what the vase costs, completely disrespectful. If you want to be charged fairly (we paid 3,600 usd!), and have your things taken with care, stay away.

Dont do it! This company has very low standards. They broke lamps chipped frames of artwork.. their truck broke down with the furniture in it!! When we moved on June 1st. After the drivers informed their office that the truck was not starting this morning (drivers told me). In the end , they will no be responsible for anything. The manager has zero customer service skills.. Dont do it! I was told and did not listen. I have made my prerogative to tell as many people as i can no to use this company services. See all the pictures of damages. Also notice how all their responses in yelp are copies and pasted. Bad , bad , bad

You ruined my new move!! My furniture was broken. I paid for insurance. No calls back. Nothing. Men sat on the job and billed me for lunch breaks and Hanging out. So disappointed in service! Made me feel So uncomfortable. I keep calling for resolution and no help!! This is horrific!!

The most unprofessional company ever. Even spoke with the general manager and he was extremely rude

I scheduled them for a Saturday move- it was a pretty small amount of items so they scheduled me as the second move of the day and I was told movers would be there between 12-4 and to call day of to get a better estimate. I first called at 12:30 and was told the movers were finishing their first job between 12-2, I called back at 2:30 and was told it would be a little longer, and by 4 pm was told that someone from the company would be calling me. Apparently, they use a phone service so the people I was speaking to the entire day weren't event actually with the company. At 4:30, I received a call from a moving manager who first tried to tell me that the movers had shown up to the apartment but couldn't get a hold of me. When I explained that my apartment balcony looked out onto the street and there's no way movers would have shown up without me seeing them from my apt, he backtracked and said he had just received an email from their phone service and wasn't sure what happened. Regardless, he ended up sending another set of movers who didn't arrive to my place until after 5pm. The move itself was fairly quick and the movers who did show up were nice (it wasn't their fault the company lost or mis-managed a booking) but I basically wasted over 5 hours waiting at my apartment for movers so I can't really recommend them. Moving is stressful enough and there was so much other moving-related stuff I could have been doing. I did receive a call the following Monday from someone at the company who asked about the service - they also were unaware of what occurred. I told the company rep about my experience, he apologized and said he would look into it as well and get back to me. It's been over a week and I have yet to hear anything from the company.
