Great professional crew. They were on time, did not mess around, and handled everything with care and skill. On time: being on time is crucial since most condos require appointments and there is always the late and unorganized people trying to get your time slot. No issues there. Professional: they came prepared as expected, with blankets and dollies and tape, wrapped all my furniture. Price: great deal with Groupon price. I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely do NOT do business with these horrible unprofessional rude atrocious thieves. They lost (or stole) an entire 18x18x18 box full of my possessions. If that was all they did wrong, I wouldn't be posting this, it's how they handled their mistake that makes them insufferable and to be avoided at all costs! I specifically shopped for insured moving companies. When I contacted them regarding the missing box, rather than simply make it right the person was rude, insulting, extremely unprofessional and I received no compensation despite the insurance. Worst moving company I've every used. Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!

Guys, let me tell you what an amazing experience I had with Xpress Relocations. I've moved a lot in my life, and used my fair share of moving companies, and this was by far the best experience I've ever had. After doing a lot of shopping around and getting quotes for a local move for my one bedroom shoebox, I was fully prepared to pay about $1000. I called Xpress Relocations and got a quote from Joselyn For about $350, inclusive of a $75 stair fee, for four hours of moving service with two men and a truck. I thought to myself that this sounded too good to be true, there had to be added fees, they were going to charge me extra for mileage, extra padding, a roll of tape, who knows?! I was still fully prepared to pay over $1000 for my little tiny local move. But I went ahead and scheduled it anyway. I was told that the movers would arrive with the truck between 8 and 10 AM and paid a $50 deposit with my credit card. I figured worst-case scenario, I could fight it with the credit card company. On the day of the move, the movers called me right at 8 and said they would be arriving by 8:30. Surprisingly, they showed up at 8:30 on the dot. They walked through my apartment, took a look at what I had to move, and gave me a rough overview of what the process would be. They said that it would be about an hour to load, and about an hour and a half to unload. They gave me a load start time of 8:45 and got right to work. They disassembled a bed frame, tightened the legs on a dining table, loaded a bunch of boxes and furniture in about 45 minutes. Less than an hour later, we left from my old apartment to my new place at about 9:30. When they got to the unload location, they did a quick check of how to get from the parking lot to the unit and started unloading at about 10:15. By 11:30, they had everything unloaded, my bed reassembled and were completely done. I have never seen two movers work as quickly and efficiently as these two! At the end of the move, they called in to the office and processed the final charge. Still less than $350! No hidden fees, no extra charges, nothing. I was shocked that the move was completed in less than the planned time frame and stayed within the quoted rate. I cannot express how happy I am that everything ran so smoothly. I have literally been telling everyone I talk to that if they need a moving company, this is the way to go. Xpress Relocations, you have a new loyal customer and will definitely be calling you again in the future. Thank you for restoring my faith in moving companies.

There are so many moving companies in Miami, why waste your time with incompetent and rude employees that talk back and aren't even efficient with directions. I made the mistake of hiring these folks for our moving and I was very wrong. They were 2 hours and 45 minutes late on top of the fact that they kept getting lost and telling me I was giving them the wrong address. Once they wrapped everything up, they tried exiting through the long way just to consume more time. Both employees needed a SERIOUS ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT. In the end, when I was ready to pay to get them out of my face, they tried slipping in a hidden fee of $75 after I had revised the estimate and not seen it listed as a line item. Thankfully, I signed the CC auth form for only a certain amount so they were unable to add the fee. They only worked for 2.5 hours yet rang me up for 4 hours. One employee even came back INSIDE MY HOUSE to tell me never to call him again for a moving WHEN IM THE CUSTOMER! Businesses like this are a dime a dozen & without THE CUSTOMER they are nothing. Poor work ethic. Deceptive business practices. RUDE employees

I'm still waiting for them to call me to tell me where the screws are for my $4k Mitchell Gold bed. It was an emergency move. They were able to come out immediately, but I had to call twice just to get the quote. The contract was smooth after that. The movers arrived with a ridiculously large moving truck (more than 20 feet) A 2/2 took from 10 am to 4 pm where I paid over $700. This same move was less than $500 just 6 months. It rained so there were start/stops, but the bed had to be taken apart which took an hour.. The Xpress truck couldn't fit in the storage bay with another UHAUL 20' truck in the bay. the Xpress movers walked the items from the street to the elevator for an hour. Finally, the other UHAUL 20' truck that was moving when we arrived, left so xpress could drive the truck into the bay and finish up. They wrapped the furniture for storage, but neglected to attach the screws to the furniture. There were screws everywhere when I returned. I called the next morning to ask where the screws were for both beds. The owner said that he would call back. I'm still waiting. Just use JoChas Moving...

Worst company! I had them move me into a new place. They damaged my furniture and neither reduced the moving price, reimbursed me, nor fixed my furniture. I've reached out to them but to no avail. Be warned that they do not care about your furniture and items. They clearly are just a money hungry and dishonest company.

The moving team was absolutely wonderful! Wish I could give them10 stars. My movers cancelled that morning and they were able to accommodate me In the time that I needed. They were fast, friendly and even offered to help put things together for us. Highly recommend!

I hired this company to move me last month. They 'Mistakenly' kept two large bags of my packed clothes and then when I asked them about it, they made up a story about leaving inside their truck by mistake. They returned the bags however they had opened the bags and gone through all of my items, kept 5 of my work Pencil skirts, 3 of my tank tops, 1 new blue knit sweater in total about 10-15 items of my clothes were missing. They may have a side business stealing people's belongings. It's pretty horrible when you pay and trust them to move you and they end up robbing you! Disgusting and horrible!

Great company to deal with. The process was simple and smooth and the movers know what they are doing. I have used them for a few moves and highly recommend them. I highly recommend Jaxson and Cooper they made my move less stressful.

Whatever I asked for they accommodated. Ericka, the owner, called to apologize for a mix up with the contract and did everything she could to make it right. I'm very happy with the service and for their attention to their customers. This is how you run a business. I recommend them and if you have any concerns give them a call they will work with you. Next time you have to move don't do it yourself call them!!

Had a great experience working with this company. I inquired about my move through Yelp to several well-rated vendors, but Eynel (the owner) got back to me the quickest. He was very pleasant and his prices were competitive. We decided to book with him. I think the quality of the company's customer service can be measured when you run into problems and you need to work together to get help. We had a delay in the closing date of our home purchase, which ultimately meant that we had to cancel the move until we knew we owned the house. Eynel spoke with my wife and worked it all out. He answered even though he was on a current job and he pleasantly told her that it was ok, and even though it was less than 24 hours notice, amidst the circumstances he did not charge us any cancellation fee. We rebooked them for the move, and even though the weather was bad, our movers Jackson and Wendy were phenomenal. They were VERY pleasant and personable... but mostly, I admired their professionalism. They offer full service, from stretch wrapping furniture to boxing up mirrors. Needless to say we were very happy with the quality of their work. I would recommend them to my friends and if I relocate in the future I will use them again!

This company is the best for moving! I have moved cople of times with different moving company and had terrible experiences. There was always trick to charge you more like my last moving company brought very tall boxes($ 15/each/rent) to put all my stuffs even though it was packed by boxes and charged me extra 10 minutes for hour rate. Xpress relocations is very honest and responsible. Eynel responds your any question/concern quick. On moving day, the movers showed up on time and they were so diligent,nice. I forgot their names. They were great! I highly recommend this company to everybody!! I moved on 8/15/17. I was so satisfied with this company. I have to leave a good review for everybody who dont need any headache. Absolutely fantastic! I was in need of a moving company and only had two days to spare! I completed one of those "search Questionnaire" for Movers and was BOMBARDED with phone calls. In addition, I did my own GOOGLE search and located many. Wow! this was the toughest job! There are sooooooo many companies with sooooo many different prices and sooooo much BS of "charges for this and charges for that" I though I would loose it! LOL... I then found THIS company and spoke to a very nice young lady by the name of Josslene(I'm not sure how to spell her name). She gave me an EXCELLENT and competitive price, plus assured me the movers would come the next day in the morning. I got so nervous because it sounded to good to be true and I HAD to move this furniture from my rental property that morning. True to their word. they arrive on time the next morning! My movers were named Ruben and Alberto. WOW!! These two guys were INCREDIBLE!!!!! They disassembled my three beds, wrapped all my living room furniture in plastic and dining room furniture - then took it downstairs and loaded their truck! Their supervisor even popped in and began to help. Also, this company, like most, has a three hour minimum and I think it took them no more than an hour and a half. Then they drove it to my storage facility and carried all this stuff to my storage! Rueben and Alberto were just FANTASTIC!! They were also very friendly and pleasant. Let me just say, I don't believe the negative reviews are coming from customers. I believe its probably some of their competitors. Trust me, LOOK NO FURTHER! This company is truly fantastic. You will not be disappointed. :-)

I had an unusual situation regarding my move; I had large items at multiple locations. I spoke with Eynel the owner who was very fair and accommodating in pricing the additional work. On the day of the move, he was in contact with me before our agreed meeting time, met me on time at the first location, and moved through the job at each location very efficiently and professionally. I was extremely impressed, especially as one location needed to move heavy items down from an upper level storage unit in an unfortunately awkward and difficult fashion. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I received and would highly recommend them to everyone. I'm sure not many enjoy the moving process, but if you find yourself in need, you need to contact Xpress, you will not be disappointed!

My husband hire this people to do our moving from Miami to Massachusetts. First of all, THEY ARE NOT THE ONE TO TRANSPORT YOUR MOVING, THEY SUB-CONTRACT OTHER COMPANY FOR THAT SERVICE. I received my boxes in really bad conditions, part of my furniture were damage. I have 3 boxes missing, and 2 piece of my desk and bed. Eynel just tell us "we keep looking for your boxes" but they pick up our moving on September 28, 2017, almost ONE MONTH. I honestly don't know what to do, I have many important things in those boxes, including my wedding dress. I really DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

Great job by Wendy and his team. We gave him a lot of work, even had to do 3 flights of stairs but he kept himself and his team moving, very professional and friendly. Highly recommend them for the job however phone communication needs to be improved. It doesn't seem like they have a dedicated person for the phones and the voice system is very annoying.
