Brian C. to Brickell Moving Storage and Packing

Very disappointed. Although they are friendly and usually efficient, one of the workers they provided was inexperienced. They caused damage to a valuable item and some less important things. The boss promised to deal with the matter but has failed to return text messages or phone calls. Now I will have to institute legal proceedings.
