Big Family Movers is excellent. Very responsive, professional, and fast. They have their moving technique down. I've never seen movers work so efficiently. Noah went out of his way and worked with us to make sure we could do our move even with PG&E street closures. This crew really knows what they are doing. We moved out of a 8000 sq ft office and they handled everything excellently. Price was also very reasonable for the quality of service.

The Big Family Movers team was great to work with. Noah was very responsive on the phone and was clear on what we needed to do to be ready for the move. The guys who showed up for the move were prompt, extremely friendly and courteous, and moved everything carefully. I cannot believe how easily they moved everything, even up a flight of stairs. Just another 5 star review for this crew! Noah the owner was very kind, a good communicator, and gave us an accurate estimate. The guys who helped us the day of our big office move (one of the hottest days this summer) were all so friendly and positive. I wanted to be friends with them all and really appreciated their good energy even with a super long and hot day. This place was the best price I found (out of 6 local moving companies), and they were beyond amazing and appreciated. I would recommend anyone moving go with this company.

Our experience with Big Family Movers couldn't have been better. I had a great experience with Erick, Anthony, Tony, Fred, and Victor, as well as the proprietor Noah. The crew were friendly and knowledgable, thorough and careful, skilled and thoughtful. They went out of their way to help me with unforeseen problems. We had a very big move with lots of fragile items, and a very long day, but everyone remained good-natured. I also really enjoyed spending time with them, which is important to me during such an arduous and stressful time.
