Very polite, professional and rapid response! Very helpful with last minute move. Would definitely consider them again.

I scheduled my move on 12/2 for 12/15. My "movers" showed up in an uber. They called prior to arrival and confirmed with me that they had a dolly and moving tools they needed including shrink wrap. Well, they showed up alright with nothing more than gloves! They manhandled my furniture and RUINED my brand new couch. The owner couldn't be bothered because he was "in Ocala". I sent him text pictures of the damage--a ripped up filthy couch on the front. He said "no charge" for the move. There is a charge! I have to pay to get my couch fixed. STAY AWAY from this company. Daniel Cipollone (the owner) said he had insurance but refused to give me that information and has terrible communication. I'm sure there is NO insurance. I filed a complaint with the State Attorney's office.

The process was super easy. Kris and the other guy (forgot his name, so sorry) were both very courteous and professional. They arrived early and had great attitude through the 3 hours. I highly recommend this business. Saved me a lot of money and headache for moving.

So I have to admit that I was really skeptical of hiring off of Craigslist but as this was my 19th move, I did not want to do it on my own. Plus, as this was a local move, I just needed loaders and unloading done so I wasn't able to use my usual company. (I needed someone that could load a rental truck then unload it several days later, and my usual moving company would not load a truck that wasn't their own.) I called many different companies and got some really crazy quotes for the work I needed done until a friend told me to look at Craigslist. My first response was that I was afraid of hiring off of Craigslist because when I have attempted to sell items I have encountered some pretty shady people. I was also afraid of a no-show since I've heard of stories of people accepting a job then not coming. However I saw the add for Daniel's moving service and after texting and talking to him I felt like I had come across a reputable company. The 3 guy crew he sent called me to let me know they were on their way on the morning of the move. They arrived in the timeframe expected and immediately got to work. They were careful to load my items as if they were their own. They stopped and asked questions when they needed clarification for certain items. They were very polite and professional and really renewed my faith in finding good people to do hard work. Payment was easy as I was given an invoice for the amount I was quoted and the receipt was sent very fast. Daniel was also very quick to respond to any of my questions and when I asked to schedule the crew again for my unload. I'd recommend this company to anyone in Volusia County (and anywhere else they service.)

Highly recommended! Responded immediately even though I messaged in the evening. Even though my request was last minute, they made themselves available the very next day. Arrived on time, completed all tasks (disassembling and assembling furniture, moving heavy furniture items upstairs, labeling boxes and moving them upstairs, clearing out garage, etc.) quickly and efficiently with complete care and professionalism. Very reasonably priced. I would absolutely recommend!
