We used these guys in 2014 and 2015 and it was exceptional service 5 stars. We referred them to many of our friends. However one of these friends used them in 2017 and they showed up 90 minutes late. Then we used them ourselves in 2017 and they were also a 15 minutes late, slow, disorganized, told us we had too much stuff, didn't move everything we asked them to move. Asked us if they could quit early. When we asked for a portion of our $500 back we were ignored by the owners. We won't be referring them anymore.

Moving to a new place is always so difficult and sometimes seems almost impossible when you see all the things that need to be taken from one place to another. Well First Class Movers made it look like a piece of cake. The service was excellent. The staff was efficient yet careful with all our belongings. They arrived on time and were very friendly and polite. We couldn't have done it without them!

Best moving experience, the guys were very hard working, courteous and on time. Everything went as planned. They were also the cheapest from three different estimates that I got. Very happy with the way everything worked out. I will definitely use them again.
