Absolutely horrible experience!!! The person (I believe her name was Teresa) who coordinated was extremely disrespectful!! She gave an estimate via phone, then doubled that estimate once the movers arrived. After negotiating the price with her, she again increased the price once the movers had our belongings on their truck. When I called to express concern regarding the new price, she began aggressively stating the reasons for the price (which included charging us for the time spent negotiating the price). Before allowing me an opportunity to respond, she threatened that if we didn't pay the price she was demanding, they would drive off with our stuff and put it in storage! My mother (who had originally set this up and was paying for it as a gift to us) was in tears over how horrible the experience was, how disrespected she felt be Teresa, and how disappointed she was that something that was supposed to be a blessing to us turned out to be such a stressor. When she called her, Teresa cut her off repeatedly, spoke over her, and made threats. I intend to report them to the BBB and any other entity I can because I truly believe that people who treat their customers this way do not deserve to be in business!!

This might be one of the worst moving companies on the planet, if there was an option to give 0 stars I would have. I scheduled a move with them a week ago (2-22-17) and spoke to them yesterday (3-2-17) and they confirmed that they would arrive between 8:30-9:00 AM the following day (3-3-17). I received a call this morning at 8:52 AM (8 minutes before they were supposed to arrive) with a lady named Carla who told me that they would not be arriving to do my move, which is completely ridiculous. I do not know how this company is even in business, I asked Carla to call around to some companies for me and she offered me telephone numbers and was extremely rude. I would absolutely steer clear of this company and save yourselves the headache. They are a completely unprofessional.

Used them Tuesday, July 22, 2014. They were on time, pleasant and the move went smoothly. We were told the procedure is to pay BEFORE the furniture is unloaded. We paid and signed the papers or we wouldn't get our furniture. The next day we discovered the flat screen TV stand was broken. I called and was told they would have to talk to the movers and send someone out to see the damage. She asked if we had signed off on the move, and we said yes. She said it would take 2 or 3 days to get back to us and it has now been a week. Since this time, we also discovered the leg of our utility cabinet had been broken and put inside the cabinet and never mentioned. If you use this company (or any moving company), sign nothing till they are completely done. (good luck with getting your furniture off the truck though if you don't sign before you get a chance to see the furniture).

We used them a year ago and they were great. Used them again recently and they took twice as long, damaged my floors, walls, and furniture, and charged more than double even though the move distance was much shorter and we had far less furniture.
