I purchased a Groupon for Sunsine Movers, which is a company under this organization apparently. I needed them the same day I purchased the Groupon, so I was thankful they were able to accommodate the last minute appointment. However, after speaking to the manager on the phone, agreeing after my Groupon I would owe $45 for fuel + transportation, the two men showed up to my house, asking for a payment of $109. I insisted over and over that I had already spoken to someone, I purchased a Groupon, and I was not paying $109 when the Groupon only cost me $64. One of the men called his boss, who then gave me the phone. I sat on the phone for 15 minutes while the boss "looked into" - aka did nothing on the phone to sound busy. After which he asked how much cash I had, and said the $50 I had would suffice. They absolutely tried to take advantage of the situation, trying to scam me had I not fought to pay only the difference of the Groupon. I do not recommend them AT ALL. They were very rough with my furniture, and had no organization trying to fit it all in a storage unit. You're better off moving things yourself over calling these people. Awful experience.

Worst moving company ever!! Do not let them rip you off! They showed up in a Uhaul truck to move my 3 bedroom house and charged me for two hours in advance. I was told that my house could be moved in 2 hours but it could take up to 4 hours at the most. 8 hours later I owed them $400+ and only half of my house was moved to the new house. I spoke with the owner, he did not care or offer to take money off, offer to move the rest of my house at a discount rate or free of charge. He could not even admit or apologize for sending too small of a truck because he forgot that I had a 3 bedroom and told the movers that I had a 2 bedroom. His reply was "it's the customer's decision to accept the services when the trucks shows up for the job", knowing that he would never give a 100% refund if the services were turned down. The movers did not work diligently at all and one of them was new so the other guy had to stop what he was doing to show the new guy how to properly cushion glass table tops. It was a nightmare!!! Do not call them whatever you do!

I do not care if they offer to move you for free DO NOT use this company!!! They are unprofessional, ill mannered, and utterly incompetent, Sadly I have had the misfortune of witnessing people not perform a job even to subpar satisfaction for the 2 hours we paid through Groupon for their services and 30 seconds before the time was up we were informed we need to pay them 500.00 dollars or they were done and had barely done anything!!! I would not recommend anyone use them to move my dogs house much less my home. Be warned DO NOT use this company you will regret your decision if you do.

Do NOT use this company. I found them on Groupon. First red flag should have been that I had to prepay. I should have known better. I was scheduled to move between 8:00 and 9:00 a.m. They called the day before to confirm. My move date comes and no one shows up. at 9:15, I call them and the idiot on the phone says they are running a little behind. They were four hours away! I needed to be at my new place by a certain time to get the keys and they knew that. I had to get someone else to come help me and spent another $800 getting a truck and having to move it ourselves. I told them I would like a refund and they are telling me that they are keeping $350 for a cancellation fee when I didn't cancel, they never showed up!! When they told me they were going to issue a refund, they told me it was the whole amount, not minus $350. This company is a scam. Do NOT use this company. The person on the phone barely speaks English and they are the worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life.

The initial payment process had a little bit of a rocky start, but the moving company pulled through on their promise. I paid for 2 movers for 4 hours. They sent 3 movers and moved my apt in 3 hours. Phenomenal workers, very courteous, very helpful, very respectful, and VERY efficient. I wish I could give 10 stars on this review. So, thank you for making this move possible and as quick as possible.
