These guys rocked!! I used them a couple months back and was so happy. They were a little bit late, but it was totally fine (Gave is more time to pack). They called and let us know, no problem. They were very professional, took great care in our valuables ( blankets, bubble wrap, hand trucks), and were FAST! Have all your stuff packed and ready and they will get it done. Highly recommended

Jackie Movers were super helpful/ efficient. They moved all my stuff and packed remaining furniture, took apart and even reassembled my bed. I'd definitely recommend, they made my move very easy

I highly recommend Jackie Movers! I needed last minute movers and called them just a day before my move. They were able to book my appointment right away and at a very good price. Movers showed up at the exact scheduled time. They were very nice and worked fast and efficiently. If I ever need to hire movers again, they will be the company I call.

I called to discuss my move from CA to NY. First, the person who answered the phone did not seem to have any knowledge. She wanted to give me another number to call but it turned out it is just her colleague that she can anyway transfer me to. Then she said the colleague was busy and that she will help me get a quote after all. Regardless of the fact that all this sounds shady, as I am talking to her, I realize that their website says that they dont do long distance but that they contract out, however she told me that is outdated and so their website is not up-to-date. She then gave me a quote 3-4x higher than any of the other companies I had contacted for a one bedroom apartment with no furniture to move! Only boxes! When I asked her to double check, she said "yeah because it doesn't matter how much stuff you have, we still have to send a truck." Folks beware, the level of unprofessionalism and customer service is very worrisome.

My friend and her sister recently used Jackie Movers and was very satisfied. I was getting a dining room set and large heavy china cabinet and washer from San Carlos to Burlingame. My friend recommended that we should use Jackie Movers since the last time was successful. I was very impressed with the two movers Mario and Jose. They wrapped everything. Nothing was broken or scratched. The China cabinet was very heavy and Jose and Mario did an excellent job getting up the stairs into the house. I will definitely use them again.
