Allen and his partner were efficient and hardworking movers! Very kind and accommodating people. Made our move from the city to the east bay a breeze! Would definitely use them again. Highly recommend!

So glad they had last minute availability for me! My whole experience from the call to the delivery to the payment was exceptional. The nice lady on the phone was so sweet and helped me book for a move the next day. I was so relieved they could help. The 2 guys that moved my things went the extra mile and secured a lot of my items in thicker boxes and plastic wrap to keep them safe during the truck ride. They were extremely fast and efficient in loading and unloading. I moved to a much smaller place and they put the boxes labeled "clothes" and "kitchen" inside my studio and the rest of the non-essentials into the garage. The boxes in the garage were stacked neatly and I was able to get to them easily to unpack. I highly recommend them, you wont find a better value. And dont forget to tip them!

Allen and his staff at Jia Jie Moving are the best! They helped us with a very complicated move. They were punctual, very efficient, and showed great attention to detail. Allen even gave good recommendations on furniture placement in our new place. We have moved many times, but Allen and his staff made this the easiest move. If I could give 10 starts, I would!

We hired Jia Jie last minute because our first movers unfortunately did not show up. Allan was responsive, gave us confirmation, and came right on time. He and another person moved our things efficiently, safely, and quickly. They wrapped our furniture and handled them with care. We were extremely satisfied with their service and have already recommended them to a friend.

Allen and Kevin were amazing. They took good care of my stuff, were very fast, and cheaper than anyone else I was shopping for. Can't ask for anything more. Definitely will try to use them again and would recommend them. Speaking Mandarin may come in handy.
