Matt Carpenter and his crew (Lori B, Renee T, Mike S, Matt Lowe, Josh M, and Claude T) were amazing!! They took great care of our belongings as if they were moving their own personal things. If I could have given them zero stars, I would. This is a very unprofessional moving company. Their website says a coordinator will give you personal attention. Nope, I called to get information and had to call numerous times because no one (David) would not call me back. When I finally spoke with David, he was rude and obnoxious - just let me get your information no quote given. I had to ask him how much he charged. I was given a price of $150/hr for 2 men. Ok he said we will be at address at 8 am. I called the day before and was told we were not on the schedule. I spoke with David 3 weeks before and scheduled the move. Tiffany called back and found us two guys to move us and was given her cell phone number in case something went wrong. Two young guys showed up 30 min late and one guy was great and the white guy stayed on his cell phone and I constantly had to go behind him to get him to work. He was extremely slow. After job was completed - 3 hrs later- the guy said did anyone tell you it was a 4 hr minimum and we have only been here 3 hrs. I called Tiffany because no one quoted me that and I would not have hired them with that quote. 4hrs to move a 1 bedroom apt across town is ridiculous. I recently used another company in Birmingham that moved a 3 bedroom house in 3.5 hrs. As expected, Tiffany did not answer the phone. I refused to pay this amount. I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I have used moving companies a lot and have never been treated with such disrespect as this company. Now I know why they are not BBB rated.

Inexperienced, unqualified amateurs. This is the absolute worst company. I would rather move every stick of furniture I own by hand than use this incompetent company. The owner is an immoral liar. The only reason I gave one star is because I was forced to, otherwise, this company deserves NO stars.
