Had such an awful experience with these guys from the start of the move to the finish of the move. So rude and condisending to me and my family. Just was a real mess. These guys are a bunch of con artists! They will charge you one price and then double it on pick up day!
Update on my review: It is now December, I have not tried to reach Frank for several months now, and when I did and asked for him to pay me what he owes me for the damaged TV, he laughed, said I had cost him money and hung up on me. All I ask is that he honor his word as a decent business man should and reimburse me for the damaged TV. If he would just do that, it would go a long way in improving his reputation.
I am still waiting for my roll of plastic wrap to show up. Since they used mine, I was promised a replacement. I was never asked if they could use it, they just did. I bought it retail for my own use. Also, I had to call at my appointment time, on the day of moving, since I heard from no one what their ETA would be. The lady that answered the phone was very professional, and helpful. She was able to remedy the situation quickly. One confirmation took place via a text confirmation request app. Once they arrived, they went right to work. A large clock with the time component (hands) covered, had a scary moment when the mover wanted to brace it to upright boxes with a tightening cinch! He argued with me when I stopped him from destroying it. That was a close one! It was laid flat as it should have been all along. I may use these movers again, if I get my plastic wrap replaced, and I will also update this review.
BEWARE! He moved me out of state and is unlicensed!!! They broke my new bed, the triple dresser has scratches and chunks of wood missing, DR table is scratched beyond repair, lost the hardware to other furniture. He said he would pay for it then kept dodging me and hasn't paid for anything. Matter of fact he has 2 locks and keys of mine he refuses to return. LYING CROOK. FMCSA is now investigating him. He will pay for it.
DON'T DO IT!!! My expensive table leaf was RUINED. IT CANNOT be repaired. It was put unprotected into a truck and was deeply gouged by another item. The owner Frank, made all kinds of excuses and said his subcontractors should pay for it and that they were not working for him the day the damage occurred!!!! REALLY???? WTH?? He also invited me to take him to court and got nasty when responding. He appears to be uninsured, 2 of the 3 days, his guys were late and got lost in one day. I did not ask for or expect him to pay the full value of the table. His unwillingness to even entertain paying for damage is unprofessional! The only reason he got 1 star was because the guys were at least courteous. BEWARE!!!
