Master Movers has moved my family and I on several occasions. They were efficient, speedy and affordable. My closing changed several times and they made accommodations for the unforeseen changes.

Don't waste your time or money on this racist thief. I had to hire another company to clean up the mess he made. He was nasty, and did not complete the job he was hired to do. He is someone to avoid. Furniture was damaged, used boxes from another mover and tossed my uhaul moving supplies in a box. Glassware and China broken and missing. Prepacked box of DVD's missing.Fred changed the price upwards in the middle of the move. He showed up at my new home and tried to shake down me down for more money. I have called the police on the theft of my household goods.. He has no cargo insurance. Works with no receipts or paperwork.

Fred and his team are AMAZING!!! I was in a bind and needed something moved in a hurry. I contacted Master Movers early evening on 11/16/18 and in less than 24 hours the job was complete. They were in and out within 30 minutes. If you are looking for a friendly and professional team, look no further! I will recommend this company to everyone I come in contact with.

Do not waste your time or hard earned money. This company and its owner are unprofessional. Fred is nasty minded and unprofessional. They are super slow. They will arrive late and will not be able to complete the move in the time frame. Call another moving company.

One star instead of zero due to the company's swift work and open availability. We called Wilton at 3pm to ask if he would be able - by some lucky chance - to help us move our pre-packed Penske truck. We only needed his help moving our possessions from the moving truck to our 3rd floor apartment. After a brief - although not all-encompassing - description of our possessions, Wilton quoted us $310 and told us he would be at our location by 6:30pm, and he and his crew would work until the job was done. We were thrilled. When we opened the moving truck, Wilton and his two employees gasped. When I talked to Wilton on the phone, I had unintentionally forgotten to inform him that we had a small weight set and several tool boxes which also needed to be moved into our new apartment. Because of these unexpected items, Wilton told us he would charge more than the quoted $310 because he bases his prices on the hours of labor and the total weight of the items moved. He did not quote us a new price, and at the time we did not question it. We were actively helping Wilton and his crew move our items, so we trusted him to charge us fairly. They moved everything in 3 hours, and the time to pay arrived. Wilton charged us $759. More than double our originally quoted price. We were dumbfounded, but paid the amount because this businessman whose services we had already employed told us this was his price. We were so exhausted from the many challenges of moving and just wanted to get back to a normal life. The following day our landlords learned of the price he charged and were outraged, causing us to fully realize how thoroughly he took advantage of our situation, desperation, and exhaustion. Do not hire this company. He will abuse the opportunity to take care of you.
