Called Bob at 10am on labor day !!! He was there in 30 minutes with a great attitude. Very efficient in taking care of the furniture I purchased. Very timely, no waiting time to build the ticket higher. Highly recommended this service and I'll tell all of my clients about him as well. Customer service skills have become a lost art. So needless to say that when I do find it, I praise it and shout it from the mountains!! Thanks Bob!!!!!!
