Horrible experience. Bait & switch. Untrained movers. After we agreed on the given moving services I was told I needed to pay and additional hour, and also decided to not move my couch without an additional $400. When I followed up with the company, the "management" was unwilling to even consider their disfunction's. This is my 5th move with moving companies and by far this was the worst experience. I also was told that if my furniture was damaged that the company would happily resolve issues. I sent in pictures of my damage both pre and post move. When I followed up with management they lied about the services provided during the move & would not fix any damages. I am taking these guys to court. Just horrible people who have it coming to them.

Max and Victor just moved us out of our storage unit in Oakland and brought everything into our apartment in San Francisco. They were courteous, friendly and communicated when they hit unexpected traffic over the Bay Bridge. Everything arrived in tact and we actually spent less on the move than we expected. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a stress-free move in the Bay Area. Thanks guys!

Jeff and Ricky were legends with our super difficult move. We had many obstacles from start to finish and they did an awesome job. They are super easy to work with and were very professional. There was no way we could have done this without their help. I highly recommend them if you are moving, especially if it's a difficult move (ie. Awkward old SF houses with narrow passages and stairs). Thanks guys!

Jeff and Ricky helped us move within the city last weekend and made a typically grueling experience a smooth and efficient one. Jeff has many years of moving experience and hustled like his life depended on it. 100% would use again. However, when obtaining a quote from the front office, I was not provided with accurate pricing details (quote left off things like stair/elevator/long carry/glass item/TV extra charges/fees). Lesson learned and next time will be more specific during the quote process. Nonetheless, this wasn't the movers fault and this five star review is specifically for the employees who did a wonderful job and made our move as easy as possible.

I have used this company before and was quite happy with everything. This move, they were immediately responsive to my request for a move date. I never received a quote as advertised but I estimated the price within $15 myself (total was 1500 for two bedrooms, with heavy items, some stairs, and a long walk into new place- completely reasonable and state required extra charges) so I consider their price fair and accurate. I was surprised that they did not wrap the furniture with pads, just plastic wrap. There was some damage, a few things broken, and one item dropped. What irritated me was when the mover assured me "it was fine"- how would he know when it was wrapped? It was not fine. However, after some negotiation, the matter was resolved exactly as I asked. Accidents happen, and they were completely responsive to my wishes. Jeff the foreman runs a tight ship and very thoughtfully gave me a heads up courtesy call when they were about 30 min away. They arrived punctually, were quick and efficient. They had challenging street and parking situations at both addresses and handled it all with no problem. They were very professional and courteous and I had no uncomfortable creepy moments. Overall, I was very happy. I wish I had been a little more proactive about the wrapping but it was a very short move (5-6 blocks) on flat ground so perhaps it wouldn't have changed much except increased my bill due to time. They made all the choices they could to perform this move as expeditiously and cost effective as possible and o can't imagine how anyone would want anything more.
