This company is unorganized and unethical based on my experience as a customer. I used this company to move in December & it was the worst decision. I was told that the moving trucks would have rails that I could hang my clothes on easily, I was told I did not have to pack my 4 closets of clothes because they could easily be transported on these rails. The truck arrived with no such rails at all, I spoke with the manager about it and he said the best I could do was to go to the store and purchase garbage bags to put the clothes in! After doing all of that preparation to move it was very frustrating to be misled by the initial person I spoke with who said the trucks automatically come with these rails, having to pack those closets added time to my move! Also the moving truck was dirty, with trash and misc items left from a prior move. A few days later I saw bugs popping up in my sons bed, as a result of using this truck for my home items we acquired bed bugs which I had to have the apartment rush an exterminator over to get rid of! I have never seen these pest before & the home i left does not have them at all, this apt I moved into was furnished with new flooring & showed no evidence of bed bugs. Considering the fact that the truck was not clean & obviously kept in poor condition (dirty truck and not well maintained as the transmission was obviously troubled and almost caused drivers to be stranded when it didn't crank for an hour at my home) Im sure the truck is carrying bed bugs in form of eggs or active pest. Not to mention the movers dragged my mattress across dirty floors during the move! After unpacking the next day and turning on the tv I realized my 47" smart tv was fully cracked and did not work! The movers did not know how to property place a television! My vintage swivel mirror, broken! Plates, cups, & humidifier all broken! I filed an insurance claim & after more than 20 attempts and over a month of calling and emailing and getting the run around, the award they offered is only $24. Unethical!

John, Rudy and Maurice did an amazing job with moving my 4 Bed, 3 Bath house to a 2 bedroom apartment AND Storage Facility! They are very knowledgeable and So Efficient! They wrap everything and give you an option to not wrap anything! Once they arrived they got straight to work and even moved around my packing stuff and Kaotic home with things everywhere. Even when I ran over my allotted time they didn't complain and continued to work with no complaints even though I know they were hot and very tired! These guys saved me such a headache and I can't thank them enough! Will use them again once I purchase another home!
