We completed our move with Sweet Lemon yesterday and Eduardo and his team were a dream to work with. The guys arrived a few minutes early and got right to work. They took great care of our stuff and helped us move in less than three hours. Even with my dark barking his head off from the bathroom, these guys had a great attitude and wonderful customer service. While moving the stuff into my new place, Eduardo noticed the laminate nose on one of my newly installed stairs was loose. He very kindly got out some wood glue from his tool set and re-set the stair at the end of the day. I appreciate the way this team went above and beyond to make my move stress free!

Sweet Lemon gave me a great quote for my move from Hayward to Roseville, CA. One thing I love about them is that they don't charge you for the drive back to the Bay Area (if you are doing a long-distance move). Instead, they have a base rate that covers the drive back as well as all the moving supplies they use. The guys that came over were super professional and nice! They did a great job in taking care of my furniture and wrapped everything up really well. We had everything pretty much boxed up and packed before they got there, so that made it go faster.

The movers were prompt and quick with their work. Everything was moved without damage and and disassembled/reassembled in perfect order. I had never used movers before so didn't know what to expect but the experience was incredibly easy, the staff was friendly, and the work done very efficiently. I had to revise to 4 stars after discovering some significant damage to a piece of furniture that occurred during the move. I have a couch with a storage compartment under the cushions and I discovered that a hole had been punched through it, straight to the floor. This is something I can't repair. I didn't see it until after the move (since it was concealed under the cushion) but am disappointed that I wasn't informed about the damage at the time. Would recommend or use again, though this time I would invest in the moving insurance or be more thorough in my inspection of the furniture.

Eduardo, Antonio, Daviei, and Guilherme were amazing! Professional, efficient, and worked their tails off! They pulled off an incredible move with one of our larger couches that had to go upstairs. Amazing! They took special care of everything and protected all of our things. What a team! We will for sure be back when we move again and we want those 4 every time! Thanks Sweet Lemmon!
