I had the opportunity to work with Armando, Pablo and Paul for my move. They were fast and professional. The called ahead more than 15 minutes in advanced to give me time to get to the packing location. They had equipment to make unloading fast (a collapsible ramp to go up the curb, tape to make the correct apartment). Price was fair. Response time was quick: every time I called to talk to dispatch, I did not have to wait on hold for too long.
Professional, fast, and fair! This team had it together! Junior, Sifa, and Mike all worked super hard, and took special care of fragile items and artwork. Everything arrived safely and was reassembled quickly. I recommend this company with confidence. Thanks guys!
Anthony and Diya were very helpful in setting up the move and answering questions. The movers also were courteous and even took off their shoes before walking over the cleaned carpet.
We moved around enough (far & close) to know a good mover when we see one. This time we moved locally. Paea, Surgio and Sifa was our team. They knew what they were doing and being very careful with everything. They were professional, very polite, asked where to put everything, put down stuff carefully, no attitude when we asked to shuffle things around. We were very happy with their service.
I am writing this review because my husband's past agreement did not cover grand theft. He wasted 3 weeks searching our belongings because we could not imagine his most prized possessions had been stolen. He is not asking anything other than just the return of his belongings. My husband and I accidentally left a jewelry box in our storage locker that One Move packed into a larger box as they charged us $450.00 for that packing service. My husband noticed 2 out of three missing items on the day of arrival. He did not realize his ties had been stolen (A silver bolo-tie rams head, a gold chain and cross and a 19th century gold coin bolo-tie) because the jewelry box it's self was not stolen. Immediately, he noticed he was missing two items and searched our moved contents for 3 weeks thinking he had misplaced them. I must say, he searched everything and wasted considerable time with building frustration. I had to listen to that daily. It was not until he looked at a photo of his tie collection and saw the rams-head bolo tie was missing. He knew instantly that unique piece was among the rest of his tie collection and was stolen during the move. The fact that the box had been picked told him instantly and conclusively that the movers picked the best of his collection when they moved the jewelry box into the larger pack. Searching our house and boxes for weeks made him so upset and then he realized he had been robbed. On the day his items were loaded, he handed that moving team each a $50.00 tip. At the request of One Move, on sept. 25th, he filed police report CR19-8010 with the Sunnyvale police department. The Sunnyvale PD called The One Move while he was present in the police station. The One Move representative (Diya) treated him with kindness and professional respect. If you do use One Move, ask for Diya. Diya mentioned there would be an investigation and this is the first theft of a customer's belongings in her history with the company. It is now Oct 24th he has asked for and received no update so he can only conclude nothing further is going to be done. Our total loss is $1,950.00 and we have given photos of the missing pieces to The One move and the Sunnyvale PD. My husband's bolo tie collection are his most prized possessions and he is devastated at the loss.
