We recently used U-Pack for our move from Florida to North Carolina. My husband went up before our 2 children and myself, so I was responsible for coordinating the logistic aspects of our move. U-Pack was very professional, easy to work with, pretty timely, and they stayed true to their estimate (which was essential for our budget). The only reason I'm rating 4-stars instead of 5 is because we received a 26ft trailer that was easily 4-5 feet off the ground (difficult to manage as a 140lb woman who had never operated a ramp before), and the cranking mechanism on the bulk-head that was supposed to be installed after loading didn't function correctly. Minor things that didn't impede my move aside from some bumps and bruises (and I pretty well knew what I had signed up for). The driver that dropped off the trailer at the origin point was very helpful in explaining how the equipment worked, I'm just a clumsy ditz on most days. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

his was my first time using the ReLoCubes. I have moved across the country and long distances many times. I contacted many companies and ABF Freight was the best priced and had the best reviews. Their main competition Pods wanted to charge me a storage fee when I only needed transport. Also I found out that ABF freight and ONLY ABF Freight (u-pack/ReLoCube) employees handle the cubes. Unlike their competitors that bid out/hire out drivers to move the pods. Therefore they may take longer to get to you and why they charge a storage fee. Also, these cubes are put into a tractor trailer and moved unlike the competition as they are just exposed as they are in transport and have been know to leak when it rains. I placed my order, requested the drop to my home in Vegas. The driver was AWESOME as well as the people in the local office. I could only have these in my driveway for 24 hours due to HOA. They were dropped at 4 on Monday and picked up at noon on Tuesday. Perfect. I kept receiving texts and updates on the location of my cubes. Loved this. They were actually a day ahead of me going to Florida. They arrived in Pensacola on Sunday. Received text. Called the local ABF on Monday morning. They were delivered on Wednesday morning. I had 3 days to unpack and the weekend does not count. I could have taken till Monday with no extra charge. However, all via the link in my ABF message I was able to request pick-up on Thursday night and they were gone by Friday morning. The people in both locations were Wonderful. The tracking was top notch. And everything was as I packed it. Thoughts: 1) you can order a cube or a fraction of a trailer. If you use the fraction they will drop off a Semi Tractor trailer and let you fill it. If you cant have a Semi in your parking area then go with the Cubes. They will drop as many cubes as you think you need and Only charge you for the ones you actually did use. 2) pack TIGHT. These cubes will bounce around. So you want to pack your cube tight so there is NO shifting of boxes, etc. 3) because they are a real freight company your cubes will move FAST. So if you are driving to your destination plan accordingly. They are now my Go To moving company. If only they had a frequent customer discount

We had a great experience with the company. We moved from Florida to California, and they made it smooth for us. We used a 6x7x8 ReloCube, and filled it to the brim. We definitely used every single inch in that cube. The gentleman that helped us on the first call was helpful, insightful, and respectful. He guided us on what size to choose, and it definitely didn't feel like he was upselling on anything. The price we paid we thought was a little overpriced. Although, he did help us through bringing the price down with certain discounts. After the whole process and move, I look back and still feel that it was overpriced. I guess because I know there are moving companies who will load/unload and store for a lot less. The drivers - both who picked up at the Florida-end, and the one who dropped off at the California-end - were friendly, and helpful. They were experienced, but also had the customer-service personality to match with. I will definitely consider using U-Pack again. Depending on the prices. Which is what brought me to the conclusion of 4 instead of 5 stars. But again, it was a great experience. Thank you U-Pack team! **TiP for those moving: 1. Consider and check out all their cube sizes first. 2. Once you feel like you made a choice on the size, create an open space and measure the dimensions of the cube on the floor. This will be your guide for what will fit into the cube. 3. Start "packing" into that square that you just measured. 4. Make sure to measure that you aren't stacking higher than the height of your cube. **Tip Credit to my wife!

I made a move from Ohio to Pensacola almost mid-January. To say that I was happy with my experience with U-Pack is an understatement. Every aspect of my experience, from the customer service department to the Columbus, Ohio location to the Pensacola, Florida was top notch. Even with a snag or two, the company's representatives stepped up their A game. The price was more affordable than a mover and a u-haul. If I ever have another continental move again, I will most definitely use ABF U-Pack again!

I love ABF. The first time I used them was in 09 when I *quit* (yes daddy) quit nursing school in tampa to move to DC to sit on waiting lists for nursing schools in the DMV. Their customer service is amazing. You call up, tell them what you need, and they work with you. They find you the cheapest pricing (are you a student, do you get military discounts, maybe wednesday is better..) And they get the job done. There's nothing better than having a cube delivered (which actually fit my entire 1 bedroom sans couch) knowing that you'll be on your way sooner than later. They give you a couple days to load it, you call them up and they take it away. Approximately 3, yes THREE!, days later your pod will arrive at your new destination. And the contents are secured (with your own lock) and are as intact as you packed it (if things shifted, thats all you bro!). They give you another couple days to unload it, and *poof* it magically disappears one day. :) Cheaper than the other guys (::cough pods cough::) and really reliable. Also SUPER reasonable rates if you want to keep it in storage. Under $200 a month if I remember correctly.
