FANTASTIC company. I got so many quotes and I found Mark and Cara to be extremely honest and professional about their quote and advice. They packed a POD for me and the team they sent was AMAZING. Professional, Friendly, efficient and hardworking. Very reasonable prices and no hidden fees.

Don't let the fact that this company doesn't have so many reviews dissuade you. They are a new company, and give every customer their full attention. Family owned and operated. The person you talk to on the phone is the person who will be managing your move. They treated me very professionally, and moving day went like clockwork. Everything arrived in great condition. Can't be happier! Will definitely use them again next time.

Moving sucks plain and simple ! However , when you hire a professional and courteous company it gets a little better. Marc the owner and his wife were very professional in setting up my quote and appointment even though there were some technical issues on their website. On the day of the move Nick and Jean arrived promptly at 9:00am on the dot. They were professional, efficient and respectful. The move was smooth as ever. All my furniture was wrapped, taped , and treated with respect. They don't try to nickel and dime you for every little piece of tape or boxes that they use. Remember the cheapest is not always the best! Veteran moving company is well worth the money due to their professional service and moving expertise. Thanks again guys Dean R

They moved us twice, efficient, friendly, on time, well priced; however, we have discovered multiple boxes marked fragile all over that had damaged goods in them, a new washer & dryer scratched, several pieces of expensive furniture damaged, dinged, scratched and or torn. We wrote to Mark to share this and he had no reply other than to acknowledge his contact with homeowner to repair ceiling that was damaged day of 2nd move. He did not say any apologies, thank you's or any consideration for our damaged goods. Three rating is averaged out over two moves. We would suggest a 5 star rating for customer service, but a two star overall for overall experience given damages.
