This is my 4th move with the same team from 3 Guys Moving. My team is headed by Jason Witkop, a very professional, well-trained packer, mover, and driver. Other team members are Chris, Eddie, Alex and Randy. We have very heavy furniture and somehow this group keeps their cool, have a terrific camaraderie, get the job done and never complain about anything. They are a pleasure to work with. Not a single thing has ever arrived broken or damaged. I hope this is my last move but in the event we have to relocate, this team will be my first call. Jane

Today the movers were scheduled to arrive at around 11am. We got a call in the morning that one of their guys had been in an accident and would be late. No problem we said that was fine. They got here at 1 and then said that we did not provide them a walkway to move stuff so they couldn't do it. We moved ourselves everything in the open area from the stairs to the door into the driveway with no help so that they would have "access". MJ then told us that we had too much stuff - not true because we moved it all before with the same size truck and we told them that anything that wouldn't fit we would move ourselves. End of story they said they were not going to move us. I begged them to take just our big furniture. They said no. Because we have to be out of our apartment that put us in an EXTREMELY BAD spot. my opinion is that Samantha was extremely rude, disrepectful, not understanding and CLEARLY had no customer service. They had moved us before and we had not had any major issues. They were not great but they were ok. The price was good and that was why we decided to go with them again. I did get upset with them... and understandably so!!! I did tell her I will be in touch with my attorney... which I will. You get what you pay for. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We think the reason they decided not to do the move was because they didn't want to work late. They kept telling me before we scheduled that they didn't want to work late. MJ moved our furniture before. He knows some of it is heavy rh furniture. We are completely floored that a company would sign a contract to perform a service such as this and then BAIL! Unethical, unprofessional. Use at your own peril. I can't in my opinion say enough bad things about them. Can you imagine as a customer what I am going through now trying to figure out how I am going to move this furniture myself today to my new residence? Good luck with the Karma you just created for yourselves 3 guys moving. in my opinion you are the worst.

UPDATE: After a VERY rugged start, a call from the owner and a weekend of hard work, we pulled off our move to Orlando. This company gets four stars now because our movers on the second run, Lorenzo and Alex, were GREAT!! They did the job, they did it with courtesy and respect, and were pleasant to be around. My wife and i felt at ease around them. Well done you guys.

3 Guys moving was A-OK, although the first time I used them was better that the second one. Some of the equipment and mobiliary that they moved was not done with much care, and apparently, the person who did the initial assessment did not take into consideration all the furniture I asked. Never the less, service was friendly and courteous.

We needed a few guys with a truck to help us move large furniture from a storage unit to a new place 3 miles away. I called and with what I described got a quote of $595. Upon reading the agreement to sign there were a few things that sounded like we'd be stuck paying the bill if we underestimated based on what I described over the phone. Instead we had someone come out and eyeball the items for a more accurate estimate. We all decided that we would stick to the budget of $595 for just the large items and 4 hours of work. That we would move the smaller items ourselves. We were told they would be there at around 11am on Sunday. We called them that morning and the guy in charge asked if we'd read the weather report. We said that we hadn't but that it always rains in Florida and asked what that meant for them. He stated "yes ma'am we still work." When they showed up 2 hours late they immediately acted as though they didn't want to do the job. They stated that it was going to rain and that they do not work in the rain after all due to risk of falling and that they were still on the clock regardless. So you mean to tell me that we are going to have to pay $595 for you to sit in the truck? Basically yes that was the deal. We said that that wouldn't work for us and we'd find someone else. In the middle of all of this the guy in charge has the nerve to ask where our husbands were. My mom and I were helping my grandmother get moved into her new villa. My husband is deployed and my mother is not married. We were completely offended by this. This company is misleading, rude and disrespectful. We ended up hiring a new company for $100 less with no bs, hidden fees and worked until the job was done. They are called WE ARE THE MOVERS (WAT movers). Go with them.

Company estimator, while appearing to be fair totally overestimated the work required while underestimating the size of the move. On the day of the move, the truck they arrived in was too small and all of our belongings would not fit in the truck. We were left with the choice of paying for two hours more of travel time plus moving time or moving the remaining items ourselves. However, the biggest problem was that four men were estimated to perform the work. only 3 showed up as one was sick and performed all the work very timely. Had the 4th guy showed up I would have paid substantially more than what would have been necessary as the work was completed by 3 men. Finally there were two items damaged; they offered approximately $50 in compensation but never sent the money. I would not recommend this company.

MY PASSPORTS AND JEWELRY WERE STOLEN, and I just realized that other customers of 3 guys moving had the same experience! IF 3 Guys Moving employees will not stop stealing this company will be out of business!! BE CAREFUL! was and it is still a nightmare - need to fly to Israel in two days and the only way to renew my passports within 48 hours cost me $500 plus $270 government fees. Now per sheriff advice I must monitor my identity. Tried to call and speak with owners - THEY NEVER FOUND HE TIME O CALL ME BACK!!!! 3 GUYS MOVING is the WORST moving experience I ever had. BEWARE!

EMPLOYEES STEALING!!! Estimates are far from reality.. My passports, money and jewelry were stolen. I read some reviews here and I see that I am not the only one! so BE CAREFUL - 3 Guys Moving WILL BE OUT OF BUSINESS IF THEY DON'T STOP THEIR EMPLOYEES FROM STEELING!!!! Sheriff is on top of it now. Was trying to speak with the owners - they never found the time to call me back Once they get the job and he payment they will not respond to anything ! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ! another issue was the estimate - 3 guys moving sent Richard to estimate the cost of my move - it came at $1895 at the end they said it was $4,000!

While there was a minor mishap with my piano, 3 Guys has gone above and beyond to rectify the situation. They have acted professionally, and have taken every step they could to correct the issue. I would recommend working with them.

A good company to work with. As with any moving company make certain everyone is on the same page. I had a small hitch (the fault of one of their employees, not the company itself) but to the company's credit they worked it out to my satisfaction. I would use this company again.

Today was one of the worse moving experience ever. 2 Untrained movers showed up 2 hours late from another jobsite, however Joel advised me that I was the first BUT the drivers were having truck issues. A 3-hr job max doubled due to movers realizing the amount of contents that could be stored in my POD unit. Common sense would tell most to start with the "Must Go" items however after 6 hours of sheer laziness and lack of professionalism, I have two bed frames but no Mattresses. UnFnBelievable. .. Do yourself a favor CALL PROFESSIONAL MOVERS!! #TotallyDisgustedWithNoMattresses. Part 2: And the broken furniture, still in absolute shock. 20 large piece( 3 piece living room set, 2 accent tables, 2 Bedroom sets, Dining Room table w/4 chairs, 2 buffet, one with a hutch and 3 tvs), 15 boxes, 6 hours and two men later....Very traumatic

Great experience. Joel was very informative, not high pressure sales. I believe Brian was one of my movers and I cannot remember the other person's name, unfortunately. However, the move was done in under the time quoted. They were actually earlier than the time frame given, but called several times to make sure I was alright with the time (and I just wanted to get the move done so I was.) They moved all the furniture, boxes, disassembled/reassembled items and gave proper placement. They were friendly, professional and explained things in detail if I had questions. I'm very pleased with my experience.

This is our second time using this moving company. Hopefully at some point we'll be buying a house and we'd definitely use them again. I couldn't find the names of the guys we used the first time (until now) but the three guys we got were just as professional. Carlos, Marc & Montrel were awesome. They were there on time. They worked very fast and efficiently. I was super stressed that morning and these guys kept us cracking up. They somehow beat us to our new apartment (still trying to figure that one out) Lol! Once there they unloaded so quickly. Both times we've had no complaints and nothing lost or broken. Initially, Randy set up the process and that too was a pleasant and smooth process. I would definitely recommend them. Thank you so much for a great service, guys!

We were quoted the move would take 8.5 hours. The guys moving us were prompt and polite. We were supposed to have 4 guys and they brought 5 guys. It took them 8.5 hours to move us. So they hot their mark. lol. They did leave 2 pieces of plywood on their truck but brought them to me on Monday. We are still missing one box marked kitchen, but that could just be buried somewhere in the garage. All in all, it was a good experience and I would recommend this company for all your moving needs.

Excellent, easy, efficient and quick move today. Went from a 2 bed, 1 floor house to 3 bed, 1 floor house about 2.5 miles away. Received a phone call letting me know when to expect the truck, arrived within that window of time. Loaded all items within an hour (including dismantling 2 beds, washer and dryer); delivered and unloaded all items within an hour (including putting beds back together). Estimate was 3.5 hours, actual was 2 hours. Jon, Chris and Joey were top notch today, terrific time management and clear communications throughout the move. Easy to place the order with Jay as well. 3 Guys Moving was recommended to me, highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

I had an excellent experience with 3Guys Moving today. They had come out in advance to give a written estimate, emailed confirmation, and showed up today on time! Jon and his team were polite, professional, organized and ready to get to work. Everything about the load was great. Unload was also great. They placed everything where I wanted it. Never complained. And, they finished in less time than the quote so it cost me less than I expected I would recommend them to anyone and would reuse them without hesitation although I hope I'm not moving again or for a long time!
