Ace Relocation, and then Atlas Van lines, did an amazing job for me as I moved my mother from Palm Coast, FL to Kensington, MD. "Candace" at Ace was a consummate professional -- smart, kind, efficient, and precise. She was a pleasure to work with, developed an estimate for us very quickly, and thoroughly explained what services would be provided, what insurance coverage was provided, and how the process would work. Once she handed off to Atlas, our coordinator "Gwen" was quick to follow up and arrange the mover. Then, our Atlas mover/driver, "Torrez" was great. A very nice guy, efficient, professional, courteous, and careful. He packed up my Mom's stuff, loaded the van, drove it to Maryland, unloaded and set things up at my Mom's new assisted living facility. Everything was in perfect shape, not a single item broken or damaged. Great service overall, and at a very fair price. Would definitely recommend to anyone and everyone. Ian

Do not use this company unless you like surprise costs. It is incredibly expensive when you get the final bill as everything is done by weight so the salespersons quote will not accurate at all. Expect you bill to be double. Their storage cost are super expensive (done by weight) as well if you are not ready to move into your next home right away. Look for better options unless you budget is unlimited.

Salesman seemed very open and honest. Did not "yes" me to death. On time, accurate, truthful, loading to unloading, smooth as silk. The personalities of the crew, from the salesman on down, made you feel like family. I hope I never have to move again.............................ever ! But if I do.......I'll ACE it.

Our damage claim got escalated (some how) so now we have gotten the floors repaired. Their manager was pretty frank with us, they get scammed a lot by people trying to take advantage of them to get their furniture replaced or get money for damage that existed already. I empathize, but that it still hurts to be called a liar. Our first move went so well, that my expectations were high. Our first mover (Ricky) was so professional and honest and a really nice person. If you can get Ricky to run your move, you will be well taken care of. I've updated my rating to a 3 (basically the average of my two experiences). Ricky = 5, Mr. In-a-Hurry = 1

All right, I really wanted to give 5 stars but I just cannot. I hired Ace to move all my household goods from Orlando to Cleveland. Kris was my sales rep and she came to view everything in my storage unit. I emphasized to her that I am a single woman without help as far as putting together furniture that was taken apart prior to Ace (the situation was, everything in my storage unit was moved there by the military, but not reassembled/unpacked, so another relocation contractor had taken it all all apart). Kris said she would put extra labor charges in the quote to make sure I had help with reassembling my furniture. On loading day everything went smoothly and on schedule. No complaints there. Matt told me they would not reassemble anything they did not take apart. I emailed Kris and Amanda, and Kris replied to tell me she would make sure they knew that assembly was included in my quote. Getting my stuff to Cleveland was actually surprisingly fast. It took about a week. I was given a 3 week arrival range. Now, unloading day is when I really became dissatisfied. They arrived on time to unload, but the tractor trailer could not fit down the street. They tried, but the police chased them out. They had to go get a Uhaul to be able to get to my house. This cost me an extra $538 on top of a move that was already more than $3000. I WAS NEVER TOLD BY ANYONE ABOUT THE POSSIBILITY OF THIS EXTRA CHARGE SO I COULD PLAN FOR HAVING THAT EXTRA CASH ON HAND. Not by Kris in Sales and not by Amanda (my move coordinator) either. I had no choice and had to max out my credit card to make sure I could get my stuff. Again, I am a single woman, and I am underpaid for what I do, which of course is not Ace's fault, but $538 is significant to me. I'm now going to have to figure out how to make up that extra huge charge I had to put on my credit card in the rest of my budget. Then as they were unloading, Matt (the driver) told me that they would not be reassembling anything. So, I was told twice by Kris (once at my estimate and again when I emailed when Matt said he wouldn't do it at loading) that they WOULD reassemble and apparently this was a lie. I had a meltdown because again, single woman without a lot of handy capability in me. Matt was kind enough to assemble a couple things for me, but due to the fact that some of my rooms are tiny and I had painters coming the next day, he couldn't do my bed (which he had planning on doing all along) or my dining room table. So I still am left figuring out how I'm going to "handle this" myself. I called Amanda as they were unloading to discuss the furniture assembly. She never bothered to return my call all day long. She took the easy way out and texted Matt to tell him she wasn't ignoring me but had 2 other customers to handle. So, I have my stuff which I guess was the end goal. But I think this company just wants your money and doesn't care if the customers are actually happy and taken care of. There seems to be a lack of internal communication. I was told that they took the furniture assembly cost ($34) off my bill. Woohoo, considering $538 was added on. Personally, I would not use this company again. Buyer beware.

These guys are the BEST! Always on time. We moved from Melbourne to Delray Beach, FL. Day one was pack, day 2 load, and day 3 unload. Very efficient, very thorough,very respectful of our stuff as well as of us.We moved from a single story to a 3 story and they got everything up the stairs with no damage. Plus, they were a lot of fun to talk with. I like to help and they eventually let me help by letting me carry lighter things to the garage--they didn't want a lady doing any work! We will definitely work with them for our next move!

A.C.E Relocation Systems was recommended by our Real Estate agent. I usually get a bunch of friends/family together to help me move, but I decided to take a break on this move. My wife and I have a new baby, and it's kind of hard to plan, and juggle everything with new responsibilities. I'm glad I used them, because they were quick and professional. They took extra care by covering corners in our house with pads/blankets, laying runners to protect the floors, and wrapping all our stuff with blankets and padding. We also had to close on our new home the following day, and needed them to keep our stuff overnight. We don't plan on moving for a long time, but if we did, I would definitely use these guys again. This was my first professional move and was a wonderful experience. The ACE folks were timely and responsive. Their moving staff was understanding and gentle with our items. ACE was also very good about accommodating our challenging moving schedule. ACE came to us via a recommendation from friends and neighbors, and I intend to pass along ACE's name to others. Make sure to check them out for your next move.

The guys that came to pack and move my stuff were great. They showed up when they were supposed to and didn't complain about being there later than expected. NOTHING OF MINE GOT DAMAGED! And I moved across the country...from Florida to California! I highly recommend using these guys!

They were terrific at first. They sent someone to estimate the cost and the guys who loaded the truck were fast, polite and efficient. HOWEVER... They demanded I take delivery at a time that was very inconvenient to me and I was forced to use a storage facility. That cost extra money and they CHARGED me extra to deliver it there. Here's the relevant info: I shipped my dining room table with my belongings and I found it broken in the storage locker. Also, boxes marked fragile are crushed under heavy piles of boxes. They have told me not to move my things out of the locker or they would deny responsibility for the breakage. I can't inspect it without moving it to get to everything. These people bury relevant info in a long contract and fail to mention the important points. I paid thousands and they couldn't fully explain things or point them out. Now they are giving me a very hard time about a refund. I will NEVER use these idiots again.
