Hired all my sons for a local move 5 miles away. Had an in home estimate done walked around house and went over what was to be moved. Was quoted $1580 - to move a 2100sq ft house 4/2 into a 2600sq ft house. We didn't require packing services. We were advised worst case scenario they move from start to finish would be 7 hours and that all of our things would only take up half a truck but since the estimate was done in person the price wouldn't increase. Deposit was given $500 to secure a date. On the day of the move, 3 men arrive in a large box type truck and we were questioning wether it was the right truck. After 5 hours loading at the old house they finally left to come to the new house. But had to leave a lot of our furniture and boxes behind because there wasn't room in truck. Once at the new house, payment was required before unloading. I paid the difference and they unloaded the truck. Our daughters desk was broken, our new dresser was dinged there were multiple gauges in the wall of our new house. It took over 2 hours to get our refrigerator in the house. We had to put all the beds back together- a service we were told they provide. They also wanted to charge more because it was taking longer and they had another job to get to. But the price was guaranteed- the only good part of this experience. So After unloading the truck they left. They didn't even attempt to go get the rest of our things from the other house. Other than the movers themselves being friendly and working hard, we did not have a good experience.

HORRIBLE moving company. Please stay far away!! My mom was charged $1042 to move furniture to from a one bedroom to 2 bedroom. She was moved from building #8 to building #6. Yep two buildings down for $1042. When she called the guy told her it was a flat fee of $500 if that. Huge lie and scam. Her huge wall clock was completely damaged with glass everywhere and the movers didn't even say sorry. Starches all over her brand new furniture also. Such a bad experience!

Used them back in February to move across the state of Florida. The truck showed up 2 hours later than scheduled. They showed up unprepared with out enough pads and NO wardrobe boxes. We asked for wardrobe boxes and even called days before to ensure that they bring them. The team did not have tools to break down furniture and I ended up using my tools and doing it myself because they appeared inexperienced. Not paying attention to how they loaded it they had put my dining room set, master bedroom and washer and dryer In the truck wrapped only in shrink wrap with NO padding. All 3 sets arrived the next week damaged. Without any wardrobe boxes they hung our clothes across the back of the truck and ensured me they would load them into the boxes when they reached Jacksonville and went into storage. I called the on duty manager that day and explained this to him and then called the next day to ensure the clothes had been put into the boxes. Upon arrival of the truck a week later when the back was opened out clothes had still been hanging with half of them on the dirty floor of the truck. I had paid to have my move stored on b a climate controlled area but see that it never left the truck. Part of my estimated price hours was the moving of the furniture in and out of the storage facility and when I called the office the answer to me was that I am still getting a lower than estimated price so basically what was I complaining about. The team from Cocoa The unloaded the truck apologized many times for the conditions and assured us that the Cocoa teams never pack trucks in this condition. They had been embarrassed by what they saw and heard from us. I will never use this company again and will warn everyone to stay away.

If I were allowed to give .3 star, I would. STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. Moved yesterday. Before the lead mover even touched a piece of my furniture, he made sure I knew they would take tips. Completely unacceptable behavior and rude. Although the movers themselves, overall, were kind and "quick", imagine my ABSOLUTE surprise to get my "bill" and see $125 fuel charge. I was NOT briefed about that. So, for a 3 hour move, my bill was $900!!!!!! WHAT?????? $139/hr for 3 movers (ok), $90 for materials (WHAT MATERIALS????? THE BLANKETS?????), $100 for "travel", and that ridiculous, surprise, hidden $125 fuel charge. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU LOVE GIVING MONEY AWAY. I have some damage, as well. I should have gone with Two Men and a Truck. Likely would have been complete in same amount of time without all the surprise charges. STEER CLEAR.

Never again!! I hired this company to move 1 bedroom. I was told the driver would call before arriving, they arrived at 8 in the morning when I was told between 9-10. According to their inventory I used 1 of everything??? When in reality they used 2 boxes. The entire pack up took LESS THAN AN HOUR. It was a small job. The delivery men told me that they wouldn't charge me for any of the inventory and that I would get paid back from the company. I paid a $500+ bill for this.

My move was a disaster. The first day they left even though I was less than five minutes away. There were people there and told them I'd be right there. They didn't even ask about the washer and dryer and we were prepared to unhook it while they were there. They left A lot of important items and had to return a second day. To their credit they didn't charge me for the second day but they still I think I left some things because I'm missing them. I paid almost $900 for the move and it was really not worth it. I'll certainly never use them again and would caution anyone to be very careful.

Please do not use this company!!!! They will send you drug addicted, alcoholic, lazy men. They will tell you one thing and it will be the complete opposite. I used them twice and the first time they were great. I was told I'd get 4 men.......they were the laziest 4 men I could have ever gotten. I tried to dispute the charge with my credit card company but I have to fight this in court or with their insurance company. I'm in tears because I trusted this company. They started my move at 9am and didn't finish until after 11pm. I can't even begin to explain how my brand new refrigerator was dents on the door, my washer and dryer has several scratches, the walls in my house were a mess from all the bumping, my daughters bedroom furniture is all scratched, our front door and hallway wall has a mark from every single piece of furniture that was brought into my house......this list could go on but please get my point DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS!!! You will not be happy!!!! Do not trust Charlie when you speak with him. As a matter of fact don't even call them. I did yell because my property is damaged, I could have paid $2,000 to a better company. I was warned about them but I did not listen but I am telling all the people that will listen PLEASE DO NOT USE ALL MY SONS!!!

Wow, zero employee accountability for damage to our walls. And their word is empty as their integrity. They keep passing the buck to someone else. Obviously nothing is being corrected- past posts speak for themselves. Good luck with claims.

We received an on-site walk-thru and then a written estimate for moving 3BR house, only 1289 SF. We had moved the exact contents of our home just 5 years earlier, for only $598 plus tip. Chris Caldwell sent a detailed estimate of ....(drum roll please).....$1,971.00. Seriously? I almost swallowed my tongue! The detailed estimate reflected a charge of 4 men loading up the truck for $661.50 - second charge for $661.50 for Unloading said truck to the 9-mile distance to our new house. I asked if it would be extra since they were located on the westside, and Chris had adamantly said, "Oh, noooooo" (since we live near Mayport). So...why is there a $272.16 charge for FUEL and an additional charge of $189.00 for TRAVEL? YET another charge of $187.00 for "MATERIALS"? Do you people think we just fell off a turnip truck? Do I have "stupid" stamped on my forehead? We chose the company we used 5 years ago, which had barely increased from their charge of $600. All My Sons moving is a huge RIP-OFF.

This is a classic company example from The Office. The sales man comes to your home dressed smartly, with an overly enthusiastic position. He does all the right things - raving about corporate vs a franchise and they will put the "best" men on your job. He even took a personal interest, asking me questions about our photos on the wall and all our gear, such as surfboards. They are more expensive than other movers period but I fell for the bait. Cue moving day. Little communication with the men actually doing the hard work. (Sales vs warehouse right??). They did not bring proper pads because they were not aware it was going to storage first because our house didn't close on time. Again why was this not communicated to the men doing the work??? Cue a lengthy phone call to his boss (at OUR expense because they are on the clock. They did do a great job padding our furniture and loading truck. That was the only plus of this whole situation. Now fast forward to the unload in our new city. They were more concerned with me signing paperwork via their iPad that again this is eating into time I am paying for. The iPad didn't work, cue more phone calls again at OUR expense. I finally said "look, the truck needs to be unloaded so let's do that before the rain comes." When the job was not done to the time they were given, I was given a sob story about how they are and I quote "working off the clock." Not my freaking problem. I UNPADDED HALF of my furniture and thank God I did or they would have been here longer. The guys were more content to chat about my home, paint colors on the house next door, tattoos, grandmother professions, etc. Seriously?!?!?!? I am paying for this and I do expect a level of professionalism. Granted again, it is not their fault but I do blame management. They don't train these guys as I was told by sales that corporate does train them. Bologna. You train the sales people to sucker people into using this corporation but the men doing the work are not trained. I even asked them that and they laughed and said "it isn't rocket science." Well then corporate lied. What a shock. Once the higher ups got that final payment (Tom?? Joe??? I cannot even remember because he was in such a hurry to take my remainder payment) there was ZERO further communication. Yet when the guys were loading the truck originally they wouldn't quit calling me to see how service was. Seriously?!?!? A little busy directing movers here but yeah sure I love answering your five + phone calls. I will never do business with this corporation again. Should have stuck with a franchise owned by a mom and pop. All they cared about at the end of payment was "well we quoted you at $4,000 and it only cost $2800." PS this was for a move to a city 2.5 hours away. No joke. 2.5 hours away.

Mistakes happen and I understand that, but a company should be professional when they make mistakes. They broke a 75" tv, and snapped the leg off my bedroom dresser, and are offering $180. I've never left a bad review but this is for protection of future customers that will hopefully keep looking past all my sons. They ignored me the whole time through the claims process and overcharged me. Also upon arrival the crew told me 2 out of 3 guys were brand new. Couldn't be more upset about the service and then an even worse experience through claims. If you read this please strongly consider some good people leave reviews and are really just trying to save you the damage and same mistake we made. I held off hoping claims would do right but instead they proved the company is crooked head to toe. USE ANOTHER COMPANY!

Never use them...they stole our stuff and broke our furniture. The actual charges are much higher than what they say but later on the bill got doubled. The claim money is low and not worth it because then you can't leave them a bad review. I refused their claim money and preferred to leave this review. Don't ever hire these thugs!!

I just completed my second move with All My Sons - the first, two years ago,a long distance move, was such a positive experience, I reached out to them again to complete this one, a local move - from the moment they answered the phone, I was treated so warmly, so efficiently - the move was scheduled exactly as I needed, several calls were made to check up on my plans, to confirm, to gather all the info they would need to get me moved fast and safe. Moving day arrived - the crew of three - "Kyle's Crew", arrived right on time, took charge and had me moved within a few hours - the choreography of this crew, composed of Kyle, Tyler and John, was so practiced, so efficient - my furniture was placed exactly where I wanted, and my many, many HEAVY boxes were arranged for easy access by me for ease of unpacking. {John is a PuzzleMaster!} They were exceptional. I recommend All My Sons to anyone planning a move, either long distance or local - their pricing is great, and they can't be beat for their professionalism.

The salesman put on a really good pitch. That was 2016. He said you will have the same people deliver your furniture that packed it. Not true. We were moving to South Florida. The guys who showed up got here late and one guy looked like he was really stoned. We were tired from working and waiting. We made the mistake of not checking the items off as they brought them in. We were meticulous doing inventory when packing. As we unpacked the boxes days, and weeks later we realized we were missing some items. And one item was smashed and broken. When I called about that I got the run around. I was referred to an insurance adjuster in Texas who advised me I needed to contact the movers. Just went and bought a new one. Today, March 2019, we realized we are missing more items that cannot be replaced. When we called to ask how long they keep items not delivered we were told they would call us back.

My move was 7-6-19, and it took only 2 hrs flat. Everything was packed, boxed, and ready to go, directly across the street in the same complex. The guys never had to reload the truck, but simply walked everything over to a 1 bdrm. Total for 2 hrs. work came to $278.00. When scheduling move the week prior, I had already given a deposit of $250.00. My bill should have been for an additional $28.00 + tip. Imagine my surprise when I was presented with a bill for an additional $227.36... I kid you not. Apparently "Charles" at the office considered 2 hrs. far too low for my estimated move time, and proceeded to pad my bill with another $139.00 for "travel time" (when the truck did not move), $33.36 for "fuel costs" (when the truck was not moved), and $27.00 for "packing materials" (that were never used). My additional bill was $227.36. This comes to exactly .64 cents under the $200.00 requirement to take a case to civil court. "Charles" in addition to all that was rude, abusive, and finally threatening to get his way over the phone. His guy said to me afterward "I can't believe he talked to you that way." Steer clear of this company, it is run by thugs.

We were moving a 2 bedroom apartment, plus one 10×15 storage unit to a new house about 25 minutes away. We were quoted $800-1000, at $154 an hour. I figured it would be around that or a tad more, because the last time we moved around the same amount of stuff it took a different company 7 hours, and they charged us $800. All My Sons sent us 3 guys, one of which did the absolute BARE MINIMUM the entire time he was there, and had a horrible attitude. It took them 6 HOURS just to load up the apartment. One of the guys kept apologizing to us, saying it had "never taken this long before." And this was with us helping them! The guy who wanted to do nothing got into a huge altercation with my sister, and when she asked him why he was standing around watching and not helping, he laughed in her face. After finally getting the apartment loaded up, we planned to get lunch and meet them at the storage unit afterwards. I called the office after leaving the apartment to talk to them about the one "lazy guy", and was basically blown off. The first guy I talked to basically placed blame on us because "you guys should've told us there were more boxes," and made the excuse "well, its hot outside." Um, I was pretty clear about what was in the apartment. And yes, I know it's hot outside. That's why I went to the store and bought a package of disposable cups and had ice water readily available, along with helping them load. I was also told "to keep the guy and my sister separate, and that I should mediate." I'm not a freaking guidance counselor. He should be doing his job. One of the guys, Melvin, was absolutely fantastic. He and my family basically unloaded the entire storage unit ourselves, while Austin loaded the truck. While guy #3 did, guess what? Nothing. He stood there and watched my elderly aunt load boxes while he ate French fries. I contacted my husband when he got off work, and he then called the office and complained. "Lazy guy" came down to the storage unit at one point and told us "the rest of your stuff won't fit on the truck." We were exasperated, and started pushing the remainder of our belongings back into the storage unit, were discussing getting a UHaul, and shut the storage unit up. Then Melvin ran in and said "don't shut it! Austin didn't tell him to say that, he doesn't know what he's talking about." So we then had to pull the stuff back out AGAIN, only with help from Melvin, of course. (Austin was loading the truck.) My husband then showed up, after working in the sun all day, and helped us load the rest of it, while "lazy guy" did virtually nothing. We're still being charged by the hour. The manager then calls me. He apologizes for "Lazy Guys" behavior, and tells me he got a call from my husband. Good to know you guys only take it seriously once a man calls. He says he'll take "an hour off for their lunch instead of 30 minutes" and discount our rate to "$139 an hour, instead of $154." Ok, whatever. We finally get to the house, our final destination, and my husband and brother are helping to unload the truck. "Lazy guy" is throwing boxes down, dropping things, and being generally unhelpful, per usual. Then we get the bill. It's nearly $2000. Even though we had to deal with ridiculous b.s. all day, and essentially do a third of the work. We paid because we just wanted this guy out of our house. They finally got done, and then had the nerve to ask my husband for a tip. What?! Only to find out several items are damaged/broken, including my father's antique dresser he left to me. So basically, DONT USE THIS COMPANY, unless you specifically request only Austin and Melvin. And even then, they are outrageously expensive, and the quotes/estimates basically mean nothing. The entire ordeal took 12 hours, plus the $200 fuel charge for driving a total of about 15, maybe 20 miles throughout the day, and then nearly $130 for "packing tape." This is by far the worst moving experience I've ever had. Next time we'll go with someone else. TL;DR : DO NOT USE.
