We used them yesterday for our move and I couldn't be happier. Moses and his team were great! All of the guys were very nice and respectful. They were hard working and got the job done quickly. Would highly recommend!

The move went off without a hitch. Victor sent a professional team. They showed up on time, they worked efficiently and they cared about our belongings. Lindel was a great team leader. The move was a non-event which IMO is high praise. Thank you.

UPDATE: Since writing this initial review, the company has reached out to me, understood the miscommunication that occurred, and provided compensation for the disruption. I am pleased with the follow-up. I hate to write negative reviews, but this was just a bad experience. We were moving from Delray Beach to Lake Worth. A few weeks prior to closing, I called and discussed pricing for packing and moving. My prior moves have been long-distance, so I didn't have a great reference for prices. I said I wanted a full-service packing and moving for a 1-bedroom apartment, and they gave me a very competitive price. All good so far. They said if I packed anything beforehand it would make things cheaper for me. I said OK, we might do some of that if we feel up to it. The day of the move they came 45 minutes late. The pricing that was given to me was NOT for full-service, but for moving our larger possessions. We didn't notice this until the movers were almost done. Also, recognize it took 3 hours to pack up my bed, dressers, couch and TV. 3 HOURS! So now my fiance and I had to rush pack everything else, struggling to get it all together while the movers were finishing up so we didn't have to pay even more than we already were with the slow move. My fiance called the company at this point since we were frustrated. They blamed me. Then they called the movers and blamed them. Then they gave my fiance attitude. Do you get it yet? Its EVERYONE ELSE'S fault. Then to top it off, our new house was filled with boxes, tape and all the other crap we have never had left behind in prior moves. The movers were nice, so they gave me a discount on the moving materials (which we had to get a bunch of since we didn't know they weren't packing). Did the America's Family Moving ever call and try to make up for this experience? Not a chance. Took my money and ran. Good riddance to this company, and I hope everyone else looks elsewhere.

The three-man crew made up of Christian, Valentino and Alan did an excellent job. They were efficient and careful with our belongings. We were really impressed by how fast they moved. Our move was on one of the hottest days of summer and it didn't slow them down. They arrived a few minutes before the appointment which is always encouraging.

The two movers were cordial and efficient. Everything was completed quickly and all items were transported without incident. I will use them again for sure.

I am a moving veteran, having moved four times in two years. America's Family took all the stress and worry out of moving. Starting with the owner, Rodrigo, and continuing to the two excellent and clearly professional movers Lindel and Valentino, rarely have I experienced such a smooth, professional and worry-free move. Valentino and Lindel worked carefully, quickly and efficiently, moving a priceless family heirloom as well as a heavy electric bed and about a million boxes and household items like TVs. Everything arrived in perfect condition and they couldn't have been more helpful or kind. They even brought me wardrobe boxes so I could more easily move my clothes. Much better than my original plan of throwing everything in my trunk! I would recommend America's Family Moving and with complete confidence to anyone who wants professional, careful and outstanding service and a smooth move. Keep up the great work!

Very disappointed. We hired this company and they charged us double the quote and their movers took their sweet old time. Do not hire these people, they charge by the hour and will take a very long time. They came and looked at what they had to move and said no problem 3 hours no more at all and they tried to charge me for 6 hours even though they were only here 5. They are overcharging customers and move slow. If you are hiring movers please get a flat rate

This was the only move I have ever had to do alone and was the absolute least stressful one ever as well. I don't know what I would have done without Tommy and Christian. I was given a quote and that is all I had to pay, nothing more. These men helped me with garbage and helped packing my car and if that wasn't enough they even took down a couch I just sold. We had plenty of time to finish and went at a nice pace, so there wasn't any stress. They wrapped my furniture with amazing care and handled it perfectly. They are incredible at their job and take it very seriously and work very well and hard. I have had soo many different types of movers and will nevvvvver use any other company again as long as I'm in Florida. They even offered to help repair damage that another mover on a different time did to my beautiful bed. I knew it was there from before. I couldn't be more happy with the way this company conducts business and helps people in such a normally stressful time in their lives. Thank you again.

Unbelievable movers. I don't know who was better, Rodrigo or his employees. They arrived on time. Moved everything efficiently and quickly. Unloaded at the other end the same way. Moved furniture around for me until it was in the right place. I was quoted a price and that is what I paid. My date kept changing and they never blinked an eye. They made everything work for me. I was their main concern. GREAT. GREAT. GREAT.

These guys are like having your friends that would do anything for you move your stuff at a reasonable price. Love the company and love the employees that came to help us. They were caring and had good positive attitudes unlike movers I have hired in the past who loathe their jobs. Hire Americas family because they treat you like one of their own!

Amazing moving company! Had to move out of my place suddenly and decided to call them since I was referred by a friend. They answered my request promptly and were there the next morning ready to move my things. The entire crew was so friendly and easy going. Never once did I get a bad vibe from any of them. I have plenty of fragile things that they took such great care of. Not on thing was broken and the whole move only took a few hours. Could not be happier with this company. Highly recommend!

This marks the first time I've had a moving experience that was nothing but positive. The courteous and helpful staff, combined with reasonable pricing makes this a great company to work with... they obviously know what they're doing!

Was referred by a friend and decided to give them a call. I am so glad i did! The entire staff was so friendly and they did a great job moving all of my things.The owner Rodrigo, was even kind enough to call me weeks later asking me how everything was in my new home. Will use them again if I ever have to move again!

I used America's Movers to move a heavy sleep sofa. It needed to be taken around to the back of the building in order to get into the apartment. The original company I hired were not at all cooperative and were difficult to work with. America's Movers did it effortlessly and with a can do attitude. They were clean, courteous and competent.
