Just hired this company today to move my family. They packed some boxes for me and moved all my items. The office was very knowledgeable and friendly. The movers were professional and courteous. They worked quick and careful. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks again!

Moving can be stressful, to begin with. I hired America's movers inc on 10/20/2018, and I have to say that it was the worst moving experience of my life. The original appointment time was 9 AM, and the drivers arrived at 10 PM. We packed up most of the stuff they said they were too tired and would not be able to bring my furniture to the new address. So I called out of work the next day. Cary promised me everything would get done the same day. One of the drivers decided to EMPTY their bowel at my old address, did not flush the toilet and lit up a cigarette. How disrespectful was that? They needed up leaving my refrigerator behind because they had another customer furniture in the truck. Three days later they finally delivered my refrigerator. The fridge had dents and scratches all over and they are refusing to pay to fix it. America's movers inc the drivers are unprofessional, and the lady Cary is a liar, the owner is incompetent. The things that you will go through with this company, it is not worth it hire someone else

Probably one of the worst service business experiences of my life. I hired the movers based on their pricing, but beware they're just quoting you a minimum price to get in the door. Once they arrived the moving coordinator tried to have me sign a waiver that stated they cannot be responsible for breakables unless I purchased their overpriced moving supplies, and if they broke anything my contents would only be worth $.60 per pound. Are you joking? Then they got Jordan on the phone to explain what the moving coordinator just explained to me when I am perfectly capable of listening and understanding so I walked away. He said if I didn't sign they would leave so I told them go ahead because I had a backup plan. Long story short is the place is a ripoff, the owner talks down to customers and makes empty threats. The guys worked hard and nothing broke at the end of the day, but beware of this company because they try to take advantage if you let them.

Used America's Movers recently and could not have been more satisfied. Being 7 months pregnant I was dreading and completely over whelmed having to pack my belongings and attempt to move everything. They arrived on time, packed and moved everything (nothing arrived broken). Made what could've been a painful and terrible experience so easy !

Can you give them a minus ten? I hired these fly by nights and it all sound so professional and sweet, until the day before the move. I called to update that I had extra items and to inquire how much could the workers pack, Cary, the person on the other end of the phone was so sweet, she told me, and I quote here "they will pack as much as you want" I was so relieved as I passed Spring chicken many moons ago. Later in the evening when Mr. Charm aka Tony called to tell me the time frame of the movers arrival was 8-10, I verified that they would also be packing. This is when I was told it would be anywhere from 10 dollars-30 dollars extra a box. Well I agreed with the sweet Cary to box up to 500. Dollars extra, my husband and I packed what we could and we're up early making the final arrangements for the movers to come.... And we waited, and waited, and we waited. At 10:00 I called sweet Cary, 5x without a reaponse. Finally she answered, told me she just found out her driver had an allergic reaction and his throat closed up and he had to go to the ED for treatment, but not to worry, he has done this before and he would be ok once he was given a epi shot. 10 minutes later a man called me to say he was the driver and he was going to the ED because he had chest pain, but he would still come sometime today. Ok, I am a nurse, no way are you going to go to any ED with chest pain and then come to my home to do strenuous work. I figured some one was throwing some very heavy bull and I would have found it easier to believe that the dog ate the truck. Since this debaucle cost me a non refundable deposit on a hotel room, because you can't find a replacement to come in a hour notice, I feel that Mr. Charm, AKA Tony, the "manager with no people skills" should refund me the 110. Dollars I am losing due to their incompetence, and lies. Tony has now threatened to put all my personal information all over the internet. I believe this is illegal, what kind of professional would say k Such a thing. Don't bother to try to answer, as this company and professional constitute an oxymoron. Let me save you the trouble Mr. Charm, I have nothing to hide and you cannot hurt me, I have no interest in lying or accepting shabby service. This is not the company you want to use, there are many more out there. Read Leena's review, I am sorry i didn't look sooner, I am glad they did not come, got a real company coming now, don't use these liars, Try A Mother's Touch for quality service.

Moving is always stressful but I can honestly say that this company made it absolutely painless. They came highly recommended by a coworker but I still wanted to get multiple quotes from other companies to compare. Not only were they the most reasonably priced but I ended up paying less than the initial quote and that NEVER happens! The guys who helped me move were professional and very pleasant. I very rarely writes reviews but I was so pleased with how great they were that I wanted to give them a shout out!

we hired this company over the telephone to move a washer and dryer from one ground floor location to another ground floor location 5 miles away both in Pompano Beach Fl., we had a house inspection two days after and the units had to be there and functioning correctly. After the movers had left we noticed that the tub in the washer was out of balance, we inspected it and saw that one of the balance springs was missing, we called the office to let them know and that perhaps it was on the van, after a couple of other calls the following day we were told that indeed it was on the van and that the driver would drop it off. Well he never did, now we're running out of time and had to call in a repair man who could only supply a complete kit, so the move cost me $200 and the repair and kit cost $240.75. When I called the office I was told no problem. Well there was. No refund no apologies just told I should have bought insurance which was never offered when I booked them. Beware, never again.

I had a great experience with Jordan and his team. This is now the second time I've used them and each time they have been very professional and accommodating making my moves as pain free as possible. The teams took great care of my furniture even going the extra mile when it came to wrapping and protecting them during the moves. It was a great feeling knowing that my possessions were in good hands. I would definitely recommend using this service and plan on using them anytime I need to move.
