Just used them to move into an apartment in Orlando. They were very friendly and easy to deal with. I'm not sure where the negativity is coming from; we agreed upon a price and they stuck true to their word. The two men who helped with the move were extremely careful with all my furniture and boxes and made sure to use blankets/shrinkwrap on everything. Their price was very competitive when compared to other moving companies and I will definitely use them for my next move!

Really surprised about all the negative reviews on here. We've used them multiple times over the years as well as recently. They've always shown up on time and have been very professional and efficient! Rick was very funny and positive. Didn't see any of the behavior mentioned here in previous reviews...

I used this outfit due to the rave positive reviews on "Angie's List". Don't believe any of them! I wish I would have looked at the Yelp reviews first. They damaged my big screen TV and don't seem to have insurance to cover it. They wasted time on my $$$ to play a catch game with each other during the move. Although they helped themselves to several bottles of water, the owner, Richard, blasts me for not offering more. Then, although I paid them the full amount agreed (BTW, he only takes cash which should have warned me), the owner still became belligerent because I told him I wasn't totally happy. Now, I have to take them to civil court to resolve the issue with the TV because he's not answering my calls and this was almost a month ago. Who the h... needs this!

I wish there was a way to give less than 1 star because this was single handedly the worst moving experience I've ever had. I was moving out of my apartment and they showed up TWO hours late when I had a deadline to be out at a specific time. I ended up getting charged an additional months worth of rent due to their unprofessional and irresponsible actions. They were extremely inconsiderate about my situation and didn't offer any type of compensation for their wrong doing. Because I am an out of state student and do not have any family here to help me move, I decided to give them another shot while moving into my new house. To no surprise, the moving company arrived late again. Rick told me that he would arrive between 3 and 3:30 pm and showed up at 4:15. I called him at 3:45 to nicely ask what his ETA was and he rudely hung up on me. He had the worst attitude and did everything very carelessly, not handling my items with respect or delicacy. I had multiple decorations in trash bags and witnessed him throw them into the truck. Some of my furniture was returned scratched and damaged and he claimed they were already like this. I am extremely disappointed with the service this company has given me. DO NOT USE THEM!!

!!!!UPDATE!!!! They have moved their hiding spot to the Winn Dixie plaza behind goodwill on 434!!!!! I wish there was a way to give NEGATIVE stars! Rick and his team are extremely RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. The worst moving company you could ever imagine doing business with!!! Let me give everyone the exact run down of how TERRIBLE things went with this JOKE for a company. It was back in June 2017 when my mother, my fiancé and myself were moving out of our apartment and into a house only 16 mins away, approximately 9 1/2 miles away (From winter springs to longwood). It started with Rick and his two guys being 3 hours late, claiming their truck "broke down" and had to get another truck. We ordered the biggest truck size they had possible and they showed up with a truck half the size of what we needed. Rick assured it would be no problem and they will make as many trips as needed. First trip went fine. I made a stop and bought them all gatorades of their choosing because I knew they must have been thirsty. Second trip back at the apartment to load up the truck for the second time, they moved a lot slower, taking up more time. When we arrived at our new house from the second trip, Rick informed us that we had exceeded our time limit of 4 hours that we had planned for, to 6 hours and told us we had to pay an extra 200 dollars, when the entire move could have been completed in the 4 hours had they gotten a bigger truck and moved a lil quicker! And failed to mention that we would have to pay more since they had a smaller truck and it will take longer. He told us they would have it done in 4 hours, which was plenty of time if these boys moved faster. I was 9 months pregnant, two weeks away from giving birth to my first child, did not have the $200 on the spot and Rick got mad and slammed the door to the truck and refused to take any of our stuff off the truck until we paid, then threatened to call the police on me at my own house! As a 9 months pregnant woman at the time, I started feeling extremely stressed and dizzy and began crying hysterically because I could not afford ANOTHER 200 dollars and did not have it on me since it was so unexpected. I had to call my mother while she was at work , she got on the phone with Rick and he began to curse at her and threaten her! She had to borrow money from her boss and drive all the way to our new home to pay this pathetic excuse for a "man". After she paid them him and his team began rapidly taking our stuff off he truck and slamming all of it down with force. Multiple boxes to which contained our pictures in frames were broken, along with almost all of our coffee mugs and wine glasses which we had properly wrapped with bubble wrap and newspaper. We were so extremely stressed out at the end of the day and so displeased with how these men treated us, we did not even bother to call them and start another "war". We were in fear of retaliation. He is not insured like he advertises. He is the type of person who would have came back and said it was our fault, just like it was "our fault" when he rented a truck too small and forced us to pay him. It was a scam all along!!!! He hides his truck in a thrift store (the sharing center) parking lot off of 17/92 that is right near our house and claims his truck "is broke down". Then rents a smaller truck than what the customer ordered so he can take longer and scam people for more money. I met someone in the neighborhood who said the exact same thing happened to them when they moved to the neighborhood a year before. I would never even consider using this company again, and I definitely would never IN A MILLION YEARS recommend this company to anybody! Not even someone who I dislike! Nobody deserves to be treated and talked to the way they do to their customers! I have NO IDEA how this company is still in business. I want to give them one thousand negative stars, but unfortunately that option is not available!

I used these guys to move across town. I agree with the other negative reviews. They were dishonest, and left one of my pieces of furniture on the landing because they couldn't figure out how to get it into my place. Wouldn't return calls. Super shady. Also, demanded cash payment in order to "not pay income tax." Be careful.

Wow, all the negativity - maybe there is another bad Angel Movers? We just used them last weekend, they were on time, quoted us an hourly rate, they busted their butts and did not drag out the move. Make sure if you call you ask for Rick's team - they were really professional and really good

Angel movers was awesome! They were on time, prepared and very friendly. They moved an entire one bedroom in 3 hours that's with 30 mins driving time. The price Rick gave me over the phone was the exact price it cost! No hidden or extra fees. Would definitely recommend!

It was legitimately one of the worst experiences of my life. I actually created my YELP account because I felt so strongly about how awful this went and wanted to warn others. My movers were 6 hours LATE! That is not a joke in the slightest. We began our move at 9 pm! One gentleman was without a doubt on drugs. If I wasn't in a dire situation to have my furniture move there is no way I would have gone through with it. My husband ended up moving more than the guy on drugs. They also messed up the elevator in our apartment. I can't begin to describe how sketchy it all was. I left the owner a voicemail very upset and did I get an apology? NOPE! Please do not use them. Nothing about my experience was professional or appropriate. Spare yourself the misery.

I can't believe all the negative reviews! We used them twice to move our furniture and they're genuinely good people and very sweet. I would use again no doubt!

John and Ken were total professionals! We had them move many large antique pieces of furniture. They were very careful and wrapped each piece. No scratches! They were quick and efficient! This is the third time I have used for a move. I'll call them again without hesitation!

Worst company I have ever worked with. The name of the company definitely needs to be changed! They were late to show up, first of all. Then they were completely rude to both my boyfriend and I the entire move. I asked them to be careful with my furniture, as it was new. They made fun of me for asking and mocked me when I mentioned it. When I called them out on it they started belittling me. I said, what happened to customer service. I also reminded them they had said they had said they were going to provide pads and wrapping for the furniture. They came with nothing but some plastic wrap. They didn't not have mattress bags for the mattresses as they had indicated. They got offended when I said their truck might be dirty from moving other people's things and mouthed off to me again. I have never felt so mistreated in my entire life by people I have had to pay. They also increased the price drastically on us when they showed up, saying they needed an extra person and it cost more because it was a big move. My boyfriend clearly explained to them how much stuff we had on the phone and how long it was going to take. They said if we didn't like it, they would just leave. I was fine with that, but my boyfriend caved. They stood around a lot and kept asking me to put drinks in the fridge for them while I was trying to do stuff. My boyfriend ended up doing most of the moving. They are a total and complete rip off. DO NOT USE THEM! YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR!

Angel Movers is a good company to work with. I recently relocated from FL to PA and they saved me so much headache by helping me to load my things into storage! Ken and John were awesome, professional, and extremely friendly :) The only hang up that I have about the company is the fact that I asked for a receipt in the end, to which they replied, "Rick can email you one". I then proceeded to call Rick to request my receipt and he took my information and never sent me one! Piece of advice, if your company is paying to relocate you and you need to collect receipts, you might need to hound that guy until you get one. FYI, its been a week and I still have yet to receive it -__-

Angel movers were great to me. They got the job done very quickly and worked with me having two locations to pick up from. They we very professional and I have no idea why other people are saying they are thieves! I paid them exactly what i was quoted. The only reason they are not getting 5 stars is because they were pretty late getting to me. But overall wasn't a big deal. I would use them again!

This is the most unprofessional moving company I have ever dealt with. First an hour late arriving. I was told I would have 3 people and 2 showed up. They left again to pick up the third person, and an hour later they returned. There is a reason they don't send you any email confirmation. Typically they would be held to that agreement. The price ended up being a lot more than what is quoted. They only wanted cash payment rather than check or credit card, which I was never told ( Do you hear that IRS???) Don't use this company.

This is the worst company to use for moving I scheduled them 2 weeks in advance and they never showed up. At the time of booking I confirmed price 2 guys that they provided a truck and book the minimum of 2 hours. After they were 45 minutes late I contacted Richard to find out what your estimated time of arrival what is in which he did not even have me scheduled. He then tried to raise the rate on me by 20 dollars more an hour send 1 additional person totalling 3 people and making the minimum 3 hours instead of 2. He was extremely rude and nasty. If you are looking for reliable movers steer clear of these frauds.

Second time using this company and let me tell you I'm impressed even more this time. Amazing price, fast workers, and take great care of your stuff.Will definitely use again.

If I could have given them 0 Stars I would have. I called this moving company a few weeks ago asking for help with my move. I was told that I needed to hurry up with my move and make it fast as I was being given a great deal $250 for a small 2 bedroom with hardly any furniture to move. The movers were to show up at 10am, I got a call at 8:30am stating they would be 3 to 4 hours late. I called and called and nobody would return my calls while I sat around waiting for 8 hrs!!. At 5:30pm there were still no movers at my place. I took an unpaid day off of work for these movers. When they finally decided to show at 5:45pm the 2 movers had no explanation as to why they were nearly 8 hrs LATE. Not only that, but both guys looked half asleep and unable to complete my move. I sent them away, as It was pouring down rain at this point and I was so unhappy with the way the handled themselves. I had to delay my move 2 days after I found a great moving company last minute who charged $30 less than Angels Movers quoted me. I will never recommend this company to anyone. DO NOT USE THEM!! They will not show, or will show when convenient to them. What a terrible experience I had. They didn't even care or apologize for my wasted time, and the manager of the company didn't care or respond when I tried reaching out. Moving is stressful enough, don't add another level of stress to your move by hiring these guys. It was a waste of my time and an unpaid day of work!

These comments are so upsetting because the owner, Rich and his men work so hard in this Florida heat. I have used them twice in the past two years and these guys are excellent. In 2013, We moved from Lake Mary to Dr. Phillips for under $500 for 3 men! We had two stories, loaded with furniture and boxes. We just moved in June 2014 again. Only a 5 mile move and we only paid $400. People these prices are unbeatable for the service and dedication they provide to you. You do have to stay on top of them and CONFIRM YOUR MOVE/DATE time. This is because the owner is the operator. While he is moving hundreds of pounds of other peoples shit he is booking calls for more business. If you are looking for a moving company that is little more organized in services administration, then you will pay $1000 minimum for Two Men and A Suck. They charge you from the time their truck leaves their warehouse and you are paying until the truck returns to their warehouse. Meaning your moving guys just stopped for Breakfast and Lunch and you paid for it. You will get a bill a week later of damage...no thank you. I never had to pay in advance for Angel Movers, always paid at the end. This doesn't even make sense Leah D. Again, moving crap is hard. When people complain about being late that is senseless. Put yourselves in their shoes for two seconds. Do you like moving your own shit? No, Well they move other peoples shit all day long and sometimes people have more shit than anticipated. Hello....so this causes movers to be late. Have a little understanding the heat index is only 110 degrees in Florida. Again, I highly recommend this company. However, you need to confirm your date a week prior and day before. If you don't like tardiness than communicate this so the owner can call you when he is late or be the first move of the day like I always do. He is a very understanding, family man, and a hard working individual. I am sure if he saw all your untruthful comments he would shrivel down and shed a tear for you all.
