I have used Mike and his moving services on numerous occasions. I have always been satisfied with his service. I highly recommend him for your moves both big and small

We were given a quote. We were given a time. They knew what they had to move. The day came for the move. Then began drawn out back -and- forth communications delaying the appointment time. Many reasons were given for the delays. They gave the impression the movers would still come, but they didn't. Ultimately they cancelled the appointment. We were in a tight time schedule due to a closing, and needed the job done quickly. We were told the movers were delayed on a previous job. Fine, but don't keep saying they'll be there, and then don't show at all. Not professional at all. Not recommended.

So within the last hour or so the business manager/owner has continued to state that my review and my wife's review is not honest . Which is hilarious because Mike is a LIAR . He keeps stating on my review that this issue has been addressed which is untrue . I have been trying to get in touch with someone for 8 days now . And because my wife posted a review that tells the truth now their reaching out . It shouldn't have taken this long . I budgeted correctly I just didn't expect to be taken advamtCustomer satisfaction is not what this company is worried about , their worried about their image .

We were all set to go with a different company, and with just 5 days notice, we had a crew scheduled for a SUNDAY. This was really amazing to us. The three guys (The three J's) showed up on time after calling an hour ahead to let us know they were on their way. We gave them a quick tour of the house and the foreman did some kind of amazing 3-D Tetris in his head. I was looking periodically to see how they were fitting in all of our weird shaped furniture, garage tools, and different sized and shaped boxes containing 30 years of our lives. The crew used GREAT CARE in the handling of our things. They treated each item like it was a family heirloom. When we got to our new house, they continued to use great care with our doorways, walls, and steps. It was very very impressive. All this for 20% less than the other guys. We were so pleased, we feel like moving again. Okay, maybe NEVER AGAIN, but if we ever do, I hope to use Baymeadows Express Movers again. VERY professional!

Company did not show up at home for moving estimate on July 3. The appointment was scheduled the day before. Edit- No, your company is mistaken. I have a call log that shows me calling on the 2nd and I put it in my calendar for the 3rd. I also received no such voicemail.

No one likes moving, but Baymeadows Express made it as painless as possible for our family. Nicole made scheduling easy and even moved up our scheduled start time for me at the last minute. We moved a three-bedroom condo into a four-bedroom house, and the two gentlemen who moved us were professional, careful and FAST. Rates were very reasonable and they tackled disassembly and reassembly of my son's labor-intensive loft bed with ease. I was very impressed with their work and would absolutely call Baymeadows Express again should I move in the future (God forbid). Kudos!

I have personally used Baymeadows Express movers on multiple occasions with great satisfaction, as well as many friends and co-workers whom I have recommended. Mike the owner of the company is professional, courteous and does whatever it takes to make sure his customers are satisfied. Each time they have gone above and beyond to make sure items are where I want them and furniture is put together before leaving, even if meant staying well beyond your standard business hours to get the job done. No move will ever be or go completely perfect, things happen, it's moving and no one likes to do it. What matters most is when a company takes accountability and puts the customer first. I can assure you Mike and his team will make the process as smooth and personable as possible! Keep up the great work! We will be calling you in Feb/March to help us move yet again, once construction is completed on our new home being built.

Anyone moving knows how stressful it can be, so finding the right movers, with fair prices and reliability are key. If that is what you are looking for, this place is not it. First I was charged above what was their MAXIMUM estimate, next, they showed up for delivery after 8:30PM, AND managed to break a Smart TV that has yet to be replaced. I understand things happen, but there has been minimal communication and I am still waiting to find out how they will reimburse me. Definitely made this stressful time much more stressful. Disappointing. Treat others as you would like to be treated. Simple.

After leaving a review about my unsatisfactory experience they did apologize and offered to compensate the next time I needed their services. I will give them a second chance the next time I need movers due to their efforts!

These guys are the best! Very friendly, prompt and excellent customer service. They made sure to wrap all furniture to ensure nothing was damaged. Prices were very reasonable, better than most I priced. Hands down, best moving company I have ever used.

We had a fairly simple one-hour, two-man loading job on the calendar for a Sunday at noon. I asked for a confirmation to be emailed to me, and that never arrived. But the owner told me not to worry. After I repeatedly confirmed the start time as noon on Sunday, I didn't hear from anybody that morning until I checked in a half hour prior. The owner said another job was being finished and I'd be contacted in five minutes. Five minutes came and went. Then another half hour. At this point it was past the noon start time and the loading crew hadn't reached out. So I had to follow up again. (By the way, all this while, they only knew my zip code, and I had to be the one to remind them that they didn't have my address.) Anyway, after a lot of back and forth, only one crew member arrived, at least an hour late and possibly far more (at this point I forget), but because it was a two-person job, and the second crew member didn't show, they couldn't complete the job. So they rescheduled for 7:30am the following morning (Monday). (Mind you, we were on a tight schedule and everything had to be rearranged in my life to make this even feasible.) At 6:30am on Monday morning I got a text from the owner confirming we were set for 7am. (The wrong time, but fine... at this point I just need the job done and I'm done picking nits.) Then five minutes before 7am I get a call from the owner that nobody showed up for work because of the prior day's football game. So we had to scramble to find a replacement company to get the job done a couple hours later, and thank goodness for that. While I absolutely sympathize for the owner that his workers didn't show up for work on either Sunday or Monday, it doesn't change the fact that I was put in an extremely difficult, stressful situation several times over a two-day period, and that this company dropped the ball in a major way. So I can't in good faith recommend this company, given all the stress they put me through.

One of the best and easiest experiences getting movers (and I moved a lot). They were responsive, efficient and courteous. I will absolutely use them again for my next move and will recommend them to anyone rest of the size of the job.
