Jerryal and Jordan did a fantastic job and got everything I needed done in under an hour. They made sure not to damage my hardwood. They are a plus movers!

This was a very disappointing experience overall. We recently signed a lease with a new apartment complex who gave us free 2 hour unloading session with bellhops. In an attempt to streamline the process, we called to schedule movers to load our moving truck. They did not have anything on the day we wanted but could do it the day before at 5pm. On the day of the move, we get a call at 4:30 that the mover had a car accident and he suggested that we reschedule. We called Bellhops who told us that the other movers were still going and the lead mover who crashed would get to us as soon as possible. Well almost 2 hours passed and no movers showed up. When we called again they said that the movers had already checked in and clocked out of our move. When we explained the situation they told me they would call me back in a few minutes after speaking to their operations department. After 20 minutes and no phone call, I called back and they told me that I never called (which wasn't true) and then proceeded to say that they couldn't reschedule movers for the following day. While they said that they could possibly call other movers to see if they were available, they never once apologized for the series of events. Instead they blamed me first then realized they were wrong and then said that they couldn't do anything. I found their lack of responsibility and responsiveness appalling. I would not recommend their services if you have a tight timeline.

Courteous, on time and very hard working professionals. Yes they were mainly needed from the neck down, but the guys were professional the entire time and took time and care with our stuff. Appreciated all of their efforts, will always recommend you guys.

I don't know how much of a difference this makes to others, but apparently they do not have trucks available in the Birmingham area. If this was disclosed up front I would not have an issue, but it was only made clear after I received a quote and was going to book based on the quote I received. I even called today to confirm that the price was "all inclusive." If the truck was not part of the deal, I would think that would have been made clear then. I'm sure they're fine movers, just didn't see any other reviews mentioning this and it is something I would've liked to know ahead of time.

I used them for finishing up the move to move some furniture and things from the garage. The guys were friendly, courteous and professional. Great at moving things too. And very reasonable. I highly recommend them and I will use them myself.

I hired them to move me from one apartment to another. Same complex, different building. They come and don't have a hand truck, a screwdriver, nothing. So what are they thinking??? They are going to move one box at a time???? Stupid. Never ever ever again. Slow, struggle to put together a bed frame. Worthless. Thanks for nothing.

These Bellhops are fabulous! Every bellhop who has showed up to my home has been very professional, polite, capable of anything, careful...the list goes on. This is my new favorite service hands down!

They were even nice enough to disassemble some of my furniture for me. They were on time (one was even early), and were friendly to boot. Pricing is definitely the most competitive around. Great experience with Bellhops! Outstanding customer service. The pricing is the best around, only $40/hr per worker. I was able to book my move last minute through their website. Very easy to do. You can also cancel any time with no penalty! I received a personal phone call from the guy handling my move. They were on time and ready to help!
